So yes...we would stay here again for the ambience, price, history, and proximity to the State Park entrance. However, I would not recommend it if you're expecting a modern hotel with all of the amenities or if you are very particular. Firstly, Debbie does a great job maintaining and running the hotel on a daily basis. She loves to tell the story of the hotel/town and is part of the reason we would return. Most of the rooms have period furniture and antiques are scattered throughout the first floor. There are times when Debbie is not there and you may be the only person in the hotel... literally. Some minor repairs are required here and there, but nothing big. Breakfast is basic coffee, tea, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, and fruit cups. This was not a surprise as it was advertised this way. And lastly, the motel is rumored to have spirits. Just YouTube the hotel's name and you see the hotel in detail. We were there for three nights and didn't hear, see, or sense anything unusual. We slept great and enjoyed our stay. We WILL stay there again. Thanks Debbie.

Room Tip: There is no cable TV. The Internet does work well. Bring some snack food and drinks.

Jeremy checked us in and showed us around. It was fun peeking in all the beautiful antique-filled rooms. It was very quiet as we were the only guests on a Monday night. Bed was comfy and shower water was nice and hot. Something for everyone at breakfast and a good selection of Keurig coffees. Check out nearby Wiscoy Falls; roadside and absolutely amazing!

This is an absolutely unique B&B Historic inn. super convenient to Letchworth State Park. All rooms are differently decorated and furnished with real Victorian antiques, the lobby and dining area have to be seen to be believed1 It is like walking back in time - amazing.
The room we had was very comfortable and clean , it had a bathroom, not all rooms do, so check when booking.
The host , Debbie, (owner) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Prices were very reasonable and included a continental breakfast.
If you are in the area and are looking for a place to stay - Check this out, a truly great place.

Johanna the innkeeper was very easy to book with but we never saw her the 4 days we were there. Debbie the housekeeper was very welcoming. Our rooms were very clean BUT only upon our arrival were we told that the water pressure in one of our showers was very low and we would need to use the "community bathroom" down the hall. The water pressure in the shower in our second room was also awful so we all had to troop down the cold hallway to the community bathroom. Debbie had to leave to take her mother to a medical appointment and did not return for the other 3 days we were there. By the end of our stay, the "grab and go" fruit on the breakfast bar was spoiling and the trash was overflowing on the floor. When we had a heater plugged in during breakfast and used the microwave, we blew a fuse and had no power!
There was no one else staying there, the front door was always unlocked and we never saw the Innkeeper. There was a ring doorbell on the front counter which triggered a somewhat creepy disembodied voice asking "Is anybody there?" from Johanna who was watching us from her home - I think. The rooms did not have heat. We were given portable ceramic heaters that we were afraid to leave on at night because we felt the place was not fireproof.
The outside of the Inn is in need of repair, the inside smelled moldy and there was tape on the rug to keep it in place upstairs.
It was indeed an "adventure" to stay here but I'm sorry to say, not one that I plan on repeating.
