Hotel's Favorite
Room was very clean, accommodated our pet. Even a bowl of fresh water at the reception area. Woman who checked us in was very gracious. Other staff members offered a good morning on their way to and from... Clean bathroom and shower, additional sink in the living area... bed was great as were pillows, often a complaint of ours. Very pleasant experience.

We spent 2 days for a short relaxation trip in Plattsburgh. The room was perfect and the included breakfast was very good. Front desk team is very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned properly. We ate twice in the attached 99 restaurant where the food was excellent - best calamari we have ever had and the wait staff were very attentive. Our waitress Sam was a real joy.

We made the Plattsburgh Best Western our family get together location. Our group comprised od adults and children. The hotel is family friendly with a large and comfortably heated indoor pool and an accompanying ping pong table to the side. Breakfast is excellent with extended hours for early and late risers. The hotel is clean,and well appointed.

There was this young lady named Mckenzie working today night, and she was SO RUDE, we payed full price for the hotel and reserved it online. We go in and she just kicks us out and tells my husband who is 20, that it’s only 21+ to check in to every hotel in New York. We literally went to another hotel and it took us 5 minutes to get checked in. She could’ve at least been nice about it and said she didn’t know INSTEAD OF LYING

Good afternoon, The bookings reservation came to us about 5 minutes prior to your husband checking in. When we asked for Identification McKenzie noted that he was under 21. Our policy and that of the Bookings .com state we can not check someone in under the age of 21 without a consent of an adult. Your husband made it clear to McKenzie he was not happy with her. McKenzie did not throw your husband out but did repeat the policy that we follow. I do know it is a common practice among hotels to follow this policy. What other hotels in the area do is beyond my control. I am sorry this frustrated you and your husband but we stand by our decision that McKenzie was not rude she just told your husband something he did not want to hear. Safe travels Bob Smith owner

Amazingly clean , extremely friendly every single person you run into. Making a reservation directly through them saved me money compared to websites. The room was exactly what we needed the king suite with great features and the jetted tub was amazing. The pool was great for whole family and was very big, a crib was provided for my small child and they are pet friendly too. The suite had everything you need for a weekend away without having to pack utensils plates etc nice coffee maker and even a toaster oven besides multiple tvs and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything was just perfect
