I really respect mom & pop businesses. And this hotel may have been less run down at one time as the current owners have owned the place for nearly 40 years. But it was a really rough stay. From what I saw through the doors in the kitchen, I didn't feel confident about eating at the restaurant, so can only...

First off this is not the hotel to go to for hanging out in your room. TVs do not have cable and only some rooms have HDMI hook up. WIFI is available is it reaches your room. This is an area that does not have alot around it. One grocery store in Margaritaville 20mins down the road. When looking for...

Lumpy mattresses, mice scurrying around the walls and ceiling (stinky fragrance in the room to try to cover the odor of mouse droppings?) and unfriendly management -- taken together, this place --altogether in very shabby condition -- was a big rip-off. I am not particularly picky, but couldn't wait to leave. We didn't eat here, but Zephyr, just down the...

The rooms are utilitarian, even spartan, if the Spartans had a ski team, but the staff is friendly and everything is clean. They have a nice bar and a fine restaurant. The heat is sketchy during the day, but you come here to ski and it is convenient to the mountain. Don't plan to hang out in your room. Ski...

I stayed here this past weekend with my retirement-age parents and we had a great stay. Our room was big, warm, quaint and had everything we needed. We had some housekeeping issues, but management was really helpful with rectifying the situation to our satisfaction - and it was a busy holiday weekend so I understand these things happen. The main...

Lodge was a good price, no wi-fi in the second building but was available at no charge in the main building. Stayed in the second building, room was simple but had all of the necessary amenities such as toiletries provided, large jacuzzi tub with shower. (and the shower was better than some of the 4 star hotels that I have...

At the PHA, our room was rather small; the entire building appears to be sagging and/or sinking in areas. Not really a negative, but it could pose some problems if you have balance issues. Hosts were gracious, accommodating, and down to earth.

We enjoyed a very relaxing family dinner at the Pine Hill Arms. The atmosphere is cozy, the dinner was delicious and the portions were huge (early bird specials are also a great value). Our waitress could not have been nicer and we will definitely return.

We went to Pine Hill Restaurant on one of the coldest nights in February. Parking was a bit of an issue, but we were able to find a spot and easily get seated with a party of 8 at 6pm. We had 4 kids under age 5 and 4 adults. The wine list was reasonably priced ($6-8/glass) and comprehensive. Since...

Enjoyed an early dinner that included soup and salad. Portions were very generous. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the cozy setting. My father-in-law enjoys it so much he comes here once a week for the specials.
