Place has great taste, shower works fantastically, shampoo and conditioner are good quality, you get free drip coffee and tea, and the area is beautiful. Now the not so good part… Whether they gave us the wrong room number, basic services didn’t work, or there was a an attitude, it was a mediocre experience. When I alerted the hotel that there was the name for someone else in a document on the bed of the room I had been told to go to, the lady in charge replies, “oh now I have to clean the room for the other guests!!!”. Heating wasn’t working. For hours. The reactions were so unfriendly, that in spite of freezing (temperature was about 34 and pouring), we were becoming afraid to request heating worked. We even were told, “it’s not like the temperature is 20”. They have this movie room. Concept is cool, but function is lacking. Internet wasn’t working nor the speakers. I had to figure out how to make sound work, because the night shift had not been trained on it. And then, the remote control wasn’t functioning either. But since you feel you are talking to some angry teacher when you head to the reception, you hesitate before requesting any help from staff. And the cherry on the pie for this hospitality all time low, is when the male night employee, yells and then slams the door on us, two female guests, after another mishap in their service. In addition to terrible service, room carpet is dirty.

Property's Favorite Review
My wife and two friends and I escaped to The Graham & Co for a long weekend getaway from the city. Having been cooped up in the city for months due to Covid-19, this was a much welcome and needed break. We loved this place from the moment we arrived. Martin and the staff were so welcoming and gracious. Breakfast delivered to the room, private use of the Den, moments around the fire, bike rides, great hiking just minutes away and very comfortable, stylish accommodations. The only sad part was that we could not use the pool! Next time! We will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Graham and Co. I think they did a fantastic job of refurbishing an old motel and have updated it with all of the amenities you want. The beds were really comfortable and the fan was enough- it rarely gets super hot in the Catskills and the weekend we were there was pretty hot but it was bearable without air conditioning. The pool is a great addition and it was fun to spend the afternoon there with awesome mountain views attached- loved the idea of outdoor movie nights on the lawn. Covid times mean breakfast is delivered to your room but lots of to-go choices to fuel your daytime activities. The staff was super helpful and anything you need you can just text them! I would definitely recommend the Graham and Co. great for families or couples. We will be back!

Had a wedding at Foxfire Mountain House and stayed for stayed for 2 nights. First the positive, Martha couldn't be lovelier or more accommodating and the bed was decently comfortable. However nothing else could justify the over $300 a night, 2 night minimum of this place. There was a musty smell immediately upon entering the room. Nothing was updated, the bathroom floor was this rubber mat like tiling and there was industrial carpet. There was barely any lighting so it was always dark in the room. However the ultimate disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. Being August the humidity was off the charts and each night I couldn't sleep from being hot and having a headache from the humidity. I have learned a lesson to always check now, but given the location and the humidity in summer on the east coast I could never have imagined this.

Our biennial Family reunion was planned in 2018 for 2020 but we had to postpone for a year for pandemicky reasons. But the folks at The Graham were SO understanding and accommodating! And when it came to our actual visit, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to meet our every need. Our family's ages ranged from 93 to only just two, and everyone was welcomed. In fact, despite the many attractions in the area, most of us stayed right there because there was so much to do. Anything we needed was provided - Management even went out to get a cable to connect one of our computers to the projector in The Den. And the Internet worked perfectly; we even Zoomed with a cousin in England.
