Quaint and clean and very,very affordable. Kept up nicely and friendly staff. Roomy and definitely a great place to stay. If you want to cook and save even more money with mini kitchen. Didn't want to use campgrounds.

We had such a great stay at this retro gem in Peru! Janice is great! Be careful not to let her cats out when you check in. We stayed in room's 14 & 15. 14 has a kitchenette. Both rooms are very spacious and clean. The motel was very close to Ausable chasm, Ausable Point Beach,

This little motel is time travel back to the 1950’s and 1960’s. We arrived early evening without reservations. Janice, the innkeeper, let us look at two available rooms; one a little cabin, the other a motel room. We decided on the cabin with two queen (maybe double?) beds.
