Located within 9 miles from the Letchworth State park , this motel is everything you could ever ask for.The check -in was quite unusual as it only required you to walk straight to the unlocked room. The room was spacious and very clean. However the tidy bathroom felt smaller in size .There was a lack of brightness in the room even after...

Great room, clean, bright, spacious, quiet. There were no staff around but we didn't need any and had a cell phone # if we did. Reasonably priced as well. It's right in the center of town and just a few minutes from Letchworth State Park.

This is not an expensive place and worth every penny. The location is good, not far from the Perry entrance to Letchworth Falls State Park. It was clean, it was quiet. All in all a good deal. No room service, in fact, the staff was ghostlike in that we never saw them. It's a little dated. Again, for the price...

I booked a room for 4 nights at this motel for my wife and I, based on the reviews on this site, BIG MISTAKE. If these reviewers are real, one cannot help but wonder the quality of the places they stayed in prior to staying at this less-than-adequate motel! I mean what are you comparing this motel to! Sleeping in...

I stayed at this motel with our hiking group from Ohio. This is a small motel that is within driving distance of Letchworth State Park. Rates were decent. No real amenities in the room, but there were a few close restaurants. Rooms were clean-that's what counts.

Pro: clean, comfortable bed, good sized standard room Con: intense deodorizer smell that permeated room apparently to cover up stale air or mildew, not able to have cross-ventilation as front window had no screen, door security chain missing and door and frame had been splintered by forced entry in the past (fixed with wood filler) , inadequate lighting for reading...

We were very pleased with our stay at the Park Lake Motel. My only complaint (and it's a very small one), it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in our room -- without renting one of the efficiency units.

This was the perfect place for checking out Letchworth Park for the weekend. The room is huge and clean. There is even a small kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, counter and cabinet space, a small table and chairs. The ac was cold, the shower hot and there was coffee in the communal kitchen space. We will come back here...

We really liked staying here! The room was spacious, shower was strong and hot, and beds were very comfortable. Motel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and walking distance to the downtown shops and diners. I like that they didn't come in to make up our beds during the weekend. Preferred to know we would not be disturbed...
