Staying at Rivers Edge Mansion is like a dream. The period rooms are exactly as described and the grounds of the house are magnificent. Breakfasts are delicious and if you get lucky with sunshine, dining on the beautiful balconies is the best start to any day. Ann and Bella, her adorable goldendoodle, are so welcoming into their home, they are the perfect hosts. We truly loved our few day's getaway here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape.

From the time we walked in, we were welcomed and treated like family. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with the fireplace and whirlpool tub putting the icing on the cake. It felt like stepping back in time. We enjoyed all the views that the balcony had to offer, including getting the chance to watch a thunderstorm roll through! The river was so peaceful, and was a wonderful back drop to our delicious morning breakfast. And we can not forget about Ms.Bella. She really made our stay. She was the sweetest pup, and her waiting at the door for us made our faces light up! Anne was such a wonderful host, and complied with all the guidelines to make us feel safe during our stay. We were nervous about staying at our first bed and breakfast, but that feeling went right away after meeting her.

Anne made us feel at home at her lovely B&B. The dinner excellent, we enjoyed the company of the charming host and her dog Bella. The dock is convenient and in excellent condition. We had a pleasant walk along the riverside road near the house.

My wife and I have been to this B & B many times. Anne is always a great hostess. The setting is great. Location on the canal is wonderful. Excellent breakfasts. Always comfortable rooms. The B & B has so much character and so well maintained, especially for a building of this age.
