#7 of 12 B&Bs / Inns in Penn Yan
New Vines B&B represents a unique niche in the B&B industry. It is a newly constructed home, designed to be a B&B. It includes all modern amenities while the energy efficiency is friendly on our environment. Many of our guests are trying a B&B for the first time, and are finding that they love the "New" accommodations, along with the personal attention. The Finger Lakes area wine industry is a big draw, and New Vines is conveniently located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and adjacent to the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Wine lovers can also enjoy our backyard vineyard and get an up close and personal look at small scale grape growing and wine making.

A beautiful home overlooking Seneca Lake and located in the middle of their vineyard, the home is bright, extremely clean and very comfortable. Dani and Todd made us feel very welcome and served us some of their own wines and chatted with us about the area and activities and other vineyards. The breakfasts were wonderful, creative and included food from their own gardens and other local produce. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable and included their own ensuite. We would highly recommend staying here. No wi-fi but sit on the porch and watch the sunset instead.

This is a newer bed and breakfast. It does not have some of the old time charm of some older B&B's. However, it is located in a good central location for wine tasting in the area and away from town. The property is not huge, but just big enough for a little walk through the vines after driving all day. The owners gave and other guest a full wine tasting of their wines. We asked about dinner nearby, they had many suggestion in the area. However, they also shared with us an activity at another winery down the road that had food available. We would definitely go back to stay a few days. The price was similar to hotels in the area. The breakfast was also amazing, lots of products from their own garden.

Wow. The stay here was incredible. Dani and Todd were such nice, friendly, and accommodating hosts. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The wine time on the porch was wonderful too. Todd makes some really nice wines and we enjoyed talking about them with him on the porch while eating cheese and crackers. We also appreciated the advice they gave on places we asked about. (Thanks for suggesting the Stonecat restaurant for on our way home. It was really good!) I thought the way the house was set up was absolutely perfect. You have a nice, private sitting area inside, (there is even a bathroom down there!) and you can also go out and sit on the porch with a good view of the lake if you’d like. It feels like your own private space. They had coffee out in the morning before breakfast so I could grab a cup and go back to our room, or sit outside and enjoy the view in privacy. I highly recommend this place!!!

We were on a vacation driving through the north eastern states and found New Vines B&B on line, read the reviews and booked a night. SO glad we did! What a relaxing, peaceful place to stay! The hosts Dani and Todd were so hospitable from showing us their vines, garden and bee hive, to the wine testing and the excellent breakfast. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. We had a wonderful stay!

Another great stay at New Vines. Our group rented the whole house. Lost track of the number if times we've stayed here! Every stay has been exceptional. Todd and Dani are such awesome hosts! We booked here for 2018 Deck the Halls. Everything you could ever want in a B&B. No other place I'd stay on the lake. Truely a hidden gem on Seneca Lake!!!
