Having been regular visitors to the North Fork for several years, my wife & I found a "Wine Camp" run by Darolyn & Chris at the Harvest Inn in 2014. As wine lovers, we immediately signed up & loved every minute of the experience. Since then, we only stay at the Harvest Inn, and are always greeted as old friends. Darolyn & Chris always go "above & beyond" with help & suggestions on places to visit & keep us updated on changes & any new & upcoming vineyards and restaurants. We have recommended the Harvest Inn to friends & coworkers and have had nothing but positive feedback from those who have stayed here. Chris, as a fully trained chef, produces incredible breakfasts using fresh, locally sourced, ingredients and will cater for any dietary requirements without missing a step.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at The Harvest Inn! The house and property are beautiful... our room was clean, comfy and spacious... and Darolyn and Chris are the best hosts! From welcoming us upon arrival and recommending fabulous local vineyards to the amazing dinner and breakfast Chris cooked up (along with the fact that they're both just really fun, friendly and interesting people to have a meal/conversation with!), they made this a truly unforgettable trip and we already can't wait to go back!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Harvesr Inn for the last weekend in April. Darolyn and Chris are THE perfect hosts. The inn is THE perfect place- comfortable and charming rooms, spotless, private and in walking distance or short car ride to all major wineries on the North Fork. The added bonus is that besides being lovely and interesting people, the inn keepers are super knowledgeable about the local offerings, wine ( foremost!) and what to do and see in the area. We had the best time, we shall return and am still dreaming about Chrisโ€™s awesome cooking skills - THE BEST!

My wife and I were looking for a place to spend our 45th Wedding Anniversary when my wife suggested the Harvest Inn, a place we have stayed in a number of times before. It took me all of 30 seconds to agree. We contacted Chris and Darolyn for the date and it was all set. We went this weekend for a Wine Dinner, an event we were never able to participate in due to scheduling, and it was worth the wait. As I have learned Chris was educated at the CIA and his Breakfast meals have always been outstanding. The dinner we had last night not only topped them all, it was better than any meal we have had in the Long Island Wine Country, and this was our 4th trip. In addition, every time we have come for a visit we have been made to feel at home and their Inn has become a place to

For those who think that great wine is only found in California or Europe, many surprises await you in the North Fork of Long Island. You will find great wine and even better people in Darolyn and Chris of the Harvest Inn. Nestled amongst some of the best vineyards the North Fork has to offer, this cozy spot is the perfect escape. Darolyn does a wonderful job providing you with recommendations of restaurants, vineyards, and things to do before you even arrive. Her and Chris really helped us maximize our weekend away, and we felt our time could not not have been spent any better on our first trip out. Take their advice on things to do, they will not steer you wrong. Chris is a fantastic chef and we advise you to ALWAYS enjoy his breakfast. They are excellent hosts, and we had a
