Hotel's Favorite
We had 33 relatives fly in from Ireland, Scotland and Norway, to attend, and surprise my dad for his 80th Birthday! They all stayed at the Pearl River Hilton and our party for 55 was held in the Conservatory. I can not say enough about the catering person Jaime and her staff. Every single detail was perfect from start to finish. Connor in reservations was just amazing as he dealt with confusion on reservations made via Booking.com. He went above and beyond to solve the confusion that had nothing to do with the Hilton. The room was stunning, the food delicious and all our little specific ic requests were met with a smile! My dad and family are still raving about their experience and how gorgeous the accommodations were. Deborah at the front desk was amazing and attentive and they were all as excited as we were for dads surprise! Jacque went above and beyond all night going with the flow as the order of things changed! I’m sure I’m missing some people but know that any event that you have here will be supported by amazing, kind people who are excellent at what they do!!

Our family had an opportunity to attend my nephew's wedding this month at this resort. whole weekend event was over the top in all aspect. we loved the town as well. would recommend for individual or family vacation at this location.

I checked in with Mike at the front desk and proceeded to my room. The room had a king bed and I reserved a double beds. I went back to Mike to explain an error had been made and he told me I didn't reserve such a room. We argued and I had to pull up my email reservation to PROVE to him that I did reserved double beds (reserved on the Hilton website, not a third-party website). Mike told me he had no double beds left so he couldn't do anything for me. I told him I was sharing the room with a friend. He said 'Fine, I will give you a rollaway bed free of charge." He never apologized. He acted as though he was doing me a huge favor. He repeated that 'he was not charging me for the rollaway bed.' I found his tone incredibly offensive. I tried calling the main Hilton number to complain about this horrible interaction and was connected with a person who was associated with existing reservations. She told me I should really complain to someone (meanwhile I thought that I was) and offered to connect me with customer service. I then sat on hold for such a long time that I gave up. Not only did Hilton not follow through on the room that I booked through their website, the front desk service and online support was horrible. It was a disaster. Never again!
