Clean, Quiet bed and breakfast. Just a quick drive from everything in oneonta. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Bed in the Sadie room were very comfortable. The bathroom is private in The Charles room which is on first floor but the other rooms share a hallway bathroom or a main downstairs bathroom. There are only 4 rooms so you most likely will not have an issue having private time in a bathroom anyway.
The host Chris was super friendly and made you feel like you were in your own home.
Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Jerry cooks to order and did a fantastic job.
There are cats on premises which were cute and kept to themselves but in case you are allergic you should be aware of the fact. We will definatley be staying there again during our many trips to the college. Everything you need is there so all you need are your clothes and toothbrush! Nice screened in deck to sit out and sip your coffee or have an evening cocktail. Highly Recommend!

We were in this area to visit our son and stayed here for just one night but would not hesitate to return the next time we are in town. The location was perfect for us with restaurants nearby and a short drive to our son’s place. Our room was very clean and the rest of the house was lovely. Chris is a wonderful host who we enjoyed talking with and makes the best stuffed French toast ever. Be sure to order it!

Chris is fantastic to work with. Communicates well via phone or text. Made my stay very easy. He helped in many ways helping with laundry, cooking amazing breakfasts. You won’t be disappointed. The home has loads of character, built in the 1800’s and the property is well kept.

We stayed one night in the room on the first floor with a private bath. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and room were both super-clean. Very nice amenities, including Roku with Netflix. Super easy check-in and very friendly innkeeper. Breakfast was delicious. In the morning it was just a few minutes drive into downtown Oneonta. Social distancing and mask-wearing was done by the innkeeper, and we felt very safe. We had a lovely stay and hope to return next time we are in the area.

This place was right off the highway and close to everything. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, he even upgraded our room since there was no one else there during our stay. The breakfast of stuffed French toast was delicious. The room was a good size and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Country Living is really fun. Chris is hilarious. Great stories to share. Nice bed. Slept really well. Great personalized breakfast. I had eggs over easy, bacon, whole wheat toast. Coffee and juice. My husband went for the raspberry stuffed French Toast. Both were really good after all the hotel food we have been eating. Just hearty, simple and well done. Chris gave us great tips on how to get the most out of visit to Cooperstown. He also made sure we found family fun, food and entertainment at their community fourth of July celebration. Thanks Chris.

This B&B was fantastic! The host, Chris was so gracious and welcoming! We (our family) need an overnight stay to break up a 9 hour drive and this home was beyond our expectations. The beds were comfy, the atmosphere was laid back, peaceful, and relaxed. The breakfast - Oh my gosh - it was out of this world, homemade & Delicious!! I highly recommend a visit - you will love it!

We stayed here for one week while our grandson was playing at the All Star Village. The location was perfect for attending games. Kountry Living is the perfect place to stay. If you are in the area for any reason stay here. Chris, the owner, is a great guy and a perfect host. Jerry, his right hand man, cooks an awesome breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you won't need lunch. Our room was very comfortable and sleep came easy. Chris knows the area and the right restaurants to go to and the ones to stay away from.

We can't wait to come back to our Oneonta home !!!

I loved my stay with my mom here. The owner was informed about the area and the best eats around. The cats were super sweet. And the house was so clean! The french toast the next morning was amazing. Thank you for having us. We will be back!
