The staff are very helpful, facilities are excellent, entertainment for the children is good, food and beverages are great too. Strong Wi-Fi connectivity can be found almost everywhere on hotel grounds and the beach. Many of the staff don’t speak English, but this is easily overcome with Google translate. Had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

This holiday has been fantastic, the staff cannot do enough for you, ferhat the customer service rep is always there to help you, if not by face by phone, Turkey is fantastic, I would strongly suggest this holiday resort. My father struggles with disability and we could hire a wheelchair for cheap price

This was our first trip away in over 2 years as was really looking forward to the trip due to the facitlies advertised by Jet2, what a let down it turned out to be. The A La Carte restaurants were shut, the waterslides open only for part of the day if at all, indoor pools closed, disco closed, 12 bars it said, only 4 open, only 1 restaurant open ( Buffet ) so selection of food limited, no enterainment and the service from Jet2 when we complained was no exisitence. The overall hotel was nice ( not 4 star ) and the hotel staff were ok, just the overall experience from Jet2 was terrible. Hve complained several times already directly with them waiting froma response, nothing so far. Not worth what we paid for.

Main Restaurant, Snack restaurant, Caretta Restaurant, Lobby bar, Pool bar, snack bar were open during their stay. Snack restaurant is also at our guests service day time. Both Gözleme (flat bread) service is given near the Caretta snack restaurant and Ice Cream service is available in Patisserie during declared time period. Within this planning, Turkish night is organized one day a week, also during the day were available food in the Aqua snack bar and 3 A La Carte restaurants. We would like to say that our Animation team is an integral part of our hotel. We have soft animation and our animation team has served to our guests with the daytime animation activities, evening shows, live music shows in all summer. We would like to inform you that we shared your comment with related departments and we have taken the necessary actions on them. It would be an honor to have you and welcome you back in our hotel. Our 9th visit which we were really looking forward having had to canel our last two planned trips. We arrived the 23rd October, which was the UK half term. We have travelled to this hotel in May, August and also travelled at this time of year before. This review is a comparision of previous visits at the same time of year to be fair and not being compared to facilities available in August at peak season. On arriving we were put into the Annexe block, although we had specifically asked for a room in a block in the main hotel. On viewing the room as we arrived late it did appear to be better and was in a far newer part of the hotel although possibly not practical for our son who returns to the room throughout the day. As we ended up using the main pool for the first time and not the water park to be fair this did not really cause us a problem. The rooms were nicer in terms of a bit more up to date. In the morning though we realised we had no hot water in the sink. We did think it may be temporary so waited until the end of the day but it was not. We also discovered loose plug sockets and the balcony door would not lock. We had a remote control with no batteries, despite 3 attempts to get some we gave up and went to the supermarket. Whilst this may not seem like a big thing we have to keep our son occupied while we shower etc. and is very useful for us. Whilst the hotel offered to move us by that time we were unpacked and did not want to repack and unpack. We did ask for a kettle which they agreed to provide and not charge us for. Normally you get a fridge with soft drinks and water in, restocked daily. Not this year. We then tried to book the al carte restaurant, which is included in the price. We were told they were closing three days after we arrived and were already fully booked before we even arrived. And this is really how our 10 days went. The Terrace Bar we use as it is quiet for our son, who has autism and ADHD closed two days after we arrived. The restaurant and pattersiere have substantially reduced what they offer with less and less daily by the end of the stay it was the same few things over and over again and we ended up going out for meals, something we have never done previously. Towards the end of our stay the hotel got busier as it was a national holiday but they continued to reduce food and variety, staff etc. so restaurants were crowded with long queues. The hotel by Wednesday 5 days into our 10 day stay run out of quite a few soft drinks, including anything reduced sugar, bitter lemon and anything else our son could drink as we have to be careful. They then ran out of hot chocolate as well by the Wednesday, which he also drinks. Back to the supermarket this time to buy drinks for our son as it was also his holiday so to be far wanted something other than water. Whilst we know there is still COVID which the hotel may say is the reason we travelled to this hotel in August 2020, during the peak of COVID and there was far better service and facilties at that time. We have also travelled at this time of year multiple times and never seen such reduced services and facilities. We left really disappointed had it been clear about the reduced facilities and this was reflected in the price it may have been reasonable but we paid quite a lot more for this holiday than previously at the same time of the year, then by the time we added on drinks, meals out etc. it made it even dearer. Prior to travelling we had been looking to return for 2 weeks in August next year and October again, although the hotel have substantially increased their prices. If this is to be the level of service/facilities it may well be time to look elsewhere and my partner has made it clear he does not want to return given our experience this time and would take soem persuading to pay the amount being asked for to return next year.

After previous visit to an excellent Crystal hotel ,we were looking forward to coming here.How wrong we were.It’s truly awful .It’s supposed to be ultra all inclusive but many drinks we asked for were not available.First time we have had a minibar with no drinks in the room.Our room was very dirty . Luckily only here for 2 nights and I feel sorry for families that have paid a lot of money to come here and receive a poor hotel when there are many amazing ones in the area. So much of the hotel was shut as it’s coming to end of season but you shouldn’t be closing things until last customer has left. I could say other stuff but others have wrote about their bad experiences as well

Our Family stayed here for ten nights in October heres my honest thoughts on our experiences. I'll start with the positives. Weather fantastic Open Pools great and water slides brilliant if not congested ( will explain further later) Some hotel staff were so friendly and the cleaning staff despite being so busy did a great job! Bad points Large groups of Middle eastern men around who felt it was acceptable to intimidate / follow and film women and kids around the pool and hotel. When I asked the Hotel management to intercede little action was taken. Many advertised facilities were not open including Juice Bar Chinese restaurant Latino Restaurant Prestige Bar Cinema Coffee bar shut a week before our holiday ended Sunset bar same as above Swimming pool and slides over the road not open and clearly been out of use for a long time No Tennis courts (used for storage ) Very poor food on offer and certainly nothing catered towards British guests unfortunately In no way would I say this hotel should be advertised as Family friendly as during our stay the large groups of males made it a hostile and uncomfortable experience. Finally if you have booked this hotel as a 4 star plus hotel (uk rating ) check again as it has been downgraded to a 3 star plus ( didnt find out till we arrived ) and Jet2 never advised of the changes !

The main water park was open from 10 am until 12 pm , in the afternoon open between 14:00 until 17:30 , Unless for hygienic reason it has to be closed for the short period of time . Main Restaurant, Snack restaurant, Caretta Restaurant, Lobby bar, Pool bar, snack bar were open during their stay. Snack restaurant is also at our guests service day time. Both Gözleme (flat bread) service is given near the Caretta snack restaurant and Ice Cream service is available in Patisserie during declared time period. Cinema to be out of service. Because 2021 is a year of unpredicted risks and dangers. The main concern for the industry is to offer a safe holiday despite the great risk of Covid19 infections. Turkey Tourism and Culture Ministry started and carried out a very succesfull Safe Tourism Certificate policy against the Pandemic. The main reguirement to receive the Certificate is Mask, Distance and Hygiene. Due to the instruction all the hotels were asked to keep the mentioned service areas closed. We at Waterworld tried our best to provide the best level of service despite the risks. We proudly announce that we were successful. All the issues you have mentioned will be evaluated carefully and the necessary precautions will be taken as soon as possible. We checked in after midnight after a long flight as someone was checking out and she made it clear she was unhappy with the hotel and stated it was more 2 star than 5 star. We decided to make up our own minds. The hotel itself is huge, like really big, to walk from one side to the other is a decent walk and so many facilities. It was my granddaughters first holiday abroad and she's only 5 so was so excited. We went down for breakfast the next morning and what an eye sore, it was like a cattle market, it was so busy and hectic. Not a single person was wearing a face mask and the staff serving was so unbelievably rude. They wouldn't even look at you and would just throw the food down in front of you. After we couldn't get a clean table we left and decided to eat from the snack bar later and go to the kids pool. The slides in the kids pool was the saving grace, our grandaughter was in her element, unfortunately it doesn't get any sun so the water was literally ice cold. As we found sun loungers and settled down for a day sun bathing and fun in the pool it showed how battered the hotel is with the broken drains and dirty loungers areas. The indoor pools and one of the aqua park areas are closed for covid but my granddaughter absolutely loved the kids area anyway The hotel advertises 5 a la carte restaurants and you can book 1 free visit per 7 night stay or pay extra for the steak House or Chinese restaurants We tried to book however was told the Chinese and the steak house are closed this year and they only had the Turkish restaurant available. It was delicious, they deliver to your table a range of food to try. At the end they give you a note asking for a tip, we had already taken money out to leave a tip but thought this was a bit pushy. We tried the restaurant that night but again it was so busy it was unbelievable, I have genuinely never met so many rude staff members, It is clear they are unhappy at work, there is meant to be a colour coded routine so slow down the amount of people in restaurant at one time but this isn't being used so it is horrendously busy. Most of the guests in the hotel were other Turkish people on holiday but they would walk up to top of line and be served before everyone, because the juice and drink machines are no longer self serve it is long waits for a drink, we would often go without a drink until we left and regular had to sit at dirty tables. The kids had their own section for kids club (free during day, chargeable at night) kids play park and they would get on stage for the kids disco at night. The workers were fab and so much fun for the kids. We left the hotel to try find places to eat nearby but it's literally in the middle of no where there are some shops across the road or you can get a taxi into Belek for €30 which has plenty of shops etc. We didn't use the beach so unable to comment on this. The patisserie and coffee bar is nice to chill out, the hotel has WiFi throughout which was able to stream in our room, the room has a hair dryer which works well. The shops inside are horrendously expensive, just go across the road to the shops instead. I am usually such a positive and pleasant person but I def found myself getting frustrated after too many rude staff members. The pools and slides are the saving grace for this hotel however everything else needs a lot of work. There is a lot of upgrading and things needing replaced, staff need training and the food needs looked at. We have never ate so little on a holiday before. The day we left the main pool was shut due to human excrement being in the pool. Summed up the hotel. I am sad leaving such a negative review as this hotel has great potential but needs an over haul and a lot of work. Overall I would give the hotel 2.5 stars, I would go back to Antalya but not this hotel.

Let me express a few points, which hopefully will show You the real picture of the tourism industry. The Covid19 pandemic destroyed almost all the systems in the Hospitality sector. The industry ,is based on human touch and close relations, whereas we had to keep a distance in every contact point with our guests. The spirit of the Hospitality was lost. This is one of the reasons which triggers a dissatisfaction in all areas. The staff The global tourism industry has lost almost 40 percent of the talented staff by 2021. This percentage includes managers, chesf, executives etc. The lack of the corporate experience and skills has decreased the focus on guest satisfaction. The first step to overcome a problem is to admit it. We do so. I have read Your review with a great empathy. Please make sure that We at KHG ( Kilit Hospitality Group ) are determined to achieve better levels of service and product quality. I am already in contact with the tourism schools in neighbor cities for a co- operation in internship periods of the students, besides employing the most talented ones throughout the summer season. The board has approved a major renovation project on the infrastrıucture, the rooms, the outlets and the food service areas. Thus I can promise for a better system next year.
