We’ve just had a week at this hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. There was so much choice of where to sit during the day and was never a fight for a lounger for us (although we were up with a 9 month and 4 year old) the pool slides were great and my son was up and down them all afternoon. Free Wi-Fi was good and worked everywhere so don’t pay for any extra data! It did keep kicking me off though so I had to keep going back on it. Hand sanitiser on every table, masks to be worn everywhere inside and temp taken before each meal. The parks and pools are sprayed down with disinfectant every night. The food was ok- typical all inclusive, there was different things every night, which was served to you. Lots of games etc during the day. A nice bar that plays live music on the night or an entertainment show every other night. Mini disco every night. Only downsides: mini disco was in a concrete amphitheater so wasn’t really that nice to chill in for long. Transfer time was 1 hour 50 with 7 stops (us being last) even though it said on website 40 mins. Nightmare with 2 small children. So we paid for a direct transfer back to the airport...cost us 40 euro and had a car seat. There’s also nothing else around the complex but you really don’t need to leave it to be honest. Small Supermarket about 15 min walk away. Clothes/trainers/bag shop on complex is so cheap. We also got some professional photos taken, cost us £50 and we got 9 lovely photos. Hotel room cleaned everyday, no alcohol in mini bar though :( Don’t forget to ask for branded alcohol (Smirnoff, Gordon’s etc) or you’ll get normal Turkish cheaper stuff. There was once a fairground but it’s all run down and closed at the mo. There was a real mix of couples and young families and groups of older adults. It was also my sons birthday and because we had cards out they left him a little fruit bowl and card saying happy birthday and sung happy birthday to him at the mini disco. Shame that English people will probably not visit now due to quarantine restrictions.

My partner and I booked our turkey holiday last minute after the hotel we were due to visit in Tenerife closed. We chose this hotel as it seemed to tick all of our boxes but also remained in our price range.
The hotel is extremely clean. Ridiculously spotless! To the point where there’s a cleaner ready to wipe over the poolside bathroom surfaces after each person leaves. They offer hand sanitiser and free face masks upon entry to any area of the hotel that requires it. All staff follow the social distancing guidelines to a T. They clean the poolside sun lounger area about three times a day, disposing of rubbish etc.
Food!!!! Amazing food! The staff serve the food for you which actually ended up being better than old times because there’s nobody putting their hands in the salad bowls etc or breathing over the chips haha. Lots and lots of variety, changes every night. The al a carte restaurants were also immense, definitely recommend the Turkish one!! We also especially looked forward to visiting the poolside snack/splash restaurant. The food is all like pizzas/chips/kebabs/ burgers/ chicken/ pastas etc... all delicious and served by some really friendly and helpful staff.. we want to give a shout out to Erkan and Orcan as they were so lovely every time they served us.
The entertainment is brilliant, the animation team are really friendly and go the extra mile without being annoying or pushy. Get involved with the entertainment staff as it’s much more fun then you’d think and we only realised this towards the end of the hol! The evening shows happen every other evening in the amphitheatre, they’re good but get a tad repetitive but that’s to be expected when staying for ten days +
Only niggles but not things that could dampen the score are: - the beds a bit hard and uncomfortable for peeps with a bad back - the beach is sandy until you get into the sea and then it’s all hard pebbles, pack water shoes for kids
I would definitely recommend this area of turkey, this hotel for sure and make sure to visit the land of legends!!!

We were lucky to get to this hotel in mid June, when there were about 50% of the available capacity filled-in. No queues, great service both: in restaurants and bars. Tasty food. Cleaning was just perfect whether in the room or near the pool, and the cleaning staff is absolutely invisible! Quite limited animation: air gun, darts, mini disco and evening shows in the main bar, but it was enough for us. Mini club is working, water slides also, btw they are just great and children were absolutely happy about them! Very tasty icecream available in the fridge 12:00 - 17:00. Guest relation was very polite. They organized Covid tests for us right in the hotel, which was very convenient. Renting a car in the hotel was the right decision- fast, cheap (40 eur till the airport) and right on time! The only disappointment was that indoor pool is closed (due to Covid related restrictions), but the gym is available from 09:00 only, which definitely is too late. The rest experience was very positive and we had a great vacation time at this hotel! Thanks a lot to all the hotel staff for their efforts!

Having just come back from a 10 night stay at this hotel we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. The hotel is not huge which for our party is what we were looking for. I had asked TUI for luxury but I wouldn't say its a luxurious hotel. The room was adequate for our needs, we had a superior family room with a double bed and two single beds in a separate area sectioned off with the bathroom between the two areas and a corridor between both. The balcony didn't have any chairs or a table when we arrived and there were only 2 cups and 2 glasses in the room. As a party of 3 adults we needed 3 obviously. I asked for all of this at reception shortly after arrival. We got 2 chairs and no table so we used the table from the bedroom. By day 8 after asking 4 times on different days we eventually got another cup, which the handle fell off the following day! This aside, the catering was pretty good and we always food something to our taste to eat, one of the guest in our party was a pescatarian and had no trouble finding something to suit. The entertainment staff are excellent and do a fantastic job, all very friendly an engaging. The shows are very good especially the acrobatic and dancing shows.
The beach loungers are in a very regimented configuration in 3 rows with a wooden path to each row and then sand/shingle to the sea. We were not keen on this arrangement so didn't spend any time on the beach except to paddle for 10 minutes one day. There are a handful of shops on site but the market is just down the road and a pharmacy that sells suncream/aftersun a lot cheaper across from the market if you need more. I can say with honesty that the staff here are super helpful and friendly. I had a bad experience with a male guest at the hotel and upon reporting it to the guest liaison staff they offered to have him removed from the hotel. As a level headed female I considered it and did not feel threatened by his presence I decided as he is there till 12th July it was not necessary and at least the staff are aware.

The hotel takes your suitcases from you when you arrive and delivered them to your room, I waited over an hour only to find out they had given my bag to another room and I had to go find it. The rooms weren’t very clean. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. The room cleaners ignore the do not disturb signs and just let themselves in without even knocking. Not that the room was ever actually cleaned during our stay, they just came in made the bed and folded towels. Our “balcony” was an enclosed tiny box big enough for one chair with a small window in one wall, because it was facing the sea they refused to let us swap rooms. Majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful. There is only one lift for each block of rooms, which broke for a day meaning you had to trek up and down 5 flights of stairs with no other disabled access. The Wi-Fi is less than useless. The “water park” is literally a handful of slides which are not even open for very long. The pool had so many chemicals in it that it burns your skin and eyes. The food was usual boring all inclusive standard, but the a la carte restaurants were quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever eaten, my family and I abandoned our meal and went down to the buffet hall instead. The bar staff clearly weren’t trained, you could order the same drink in each of the bars and get something completely different every time. The hotel next door had no entertainment facilities so they were allowed to come through and use our hotel, this meant that the pools and bars were constantly busy and overcrowded. This hotel may have been 5* when it opened but it is definitely not anymore and I would not recommend to anyone!!

We booked this hotel very last minute having a few unexpected days to seek some sunshine. Having never visited Turkey before we weren't sure what to expect but we can honestly say that all the staff were very accommodating, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The guest manager was available to us any time we needed her and she dealt with any request from us promptly and efficiently. Near the end of our 5 day trip, she was keen to hear our feedback and recommendations. I'm certain they care deeply about their guests experience and in reading previous reviews and the issues highlighted by past guests, I can see they have addressed them.
There was plenty of entertainment during our stay and the staff got to know everyone personally which was great. The bar staff remembered our usual orders and delivered drinks to our liking. The cocktails were yummy and made fresh (not from a machine like we've experienced before). It was a novelty to have an all night bar for late refreshments too. The salad bar was always well stocked and fresh. The show cooking outdoors provided varied ingredients so you could prepare your own dish that the chef cooked in front of you. The rest of the food was typical of any all inclusive we've visited in the past, catering to most tastes.
The pools and outdoor areas were well kept and clean. There was even one staff member who delivered your drinks to your lounger on roller skates without spilling a drop! Very impressive indeed.
The hotel is right on the beach so a few steps away to the sand where loungers and parasols were in ample supply with fridges to help yourself to water.
One point I would like to add is the prices in the little shop are not on the products so we were caught out when purchasing some sun cream and one single razor (25€)! We should have asked the price before just paying by card so it's our own fault but we felt the price was steep and not good value. The shop that sells jewellery and trainers was good value though and the guy was a great help.
We paid so little for this trip and would definitely return for the excellent customer service and facilities. Our first trip to Turkey was a pleasure.

I am staying at the sherwood dreams belek. The first thing to say is that if you are worrying about Covid before visiting then don’t. You are far safer in this resort than you are in England. There are disposable masks wherever you go and the cleanliness and hygiene are superb. You are only asked to wear a mask in taxis and shops and when you go to any food or drink section which are all very organised and efficient. You feel safe but not inhibited which should shame companies in England who would learn a lot from this hotel and the nearby town. The second notable thing is the staff in this hotel are superb. I think they are a credit to the hotel and marvellous ambassadors for Turkey. They were all great but I would like to make specific reference to Celal in the main restaurant, and to Oguzhan and Meliha in the reception bar. These people are incredible at their jobs and a true credit to the hotel. The pool area is beautiful and again immaculate. You can get drinks all day and past midnight. You get ice creams and lolly ices which are included in your deal which are very welcome given the beautiful weather. The rooms are large and also spotlessly clean. Food is served all day till 2 In the morning and there is always something to have. For the worrying Brits I can assure you that you won’t have an upset tummy here, as again standards of hygiene are extremely high.
This is a really good holiday venue which is excellent value for money. However I can’t stress enough how wonderful the staff are which is so important to a good vacation

Stayed here for a week at the end of September 2020, lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful. With all that is going on with Covid, the staff could not do any more than they were doing. Masks worn at all times, hand sanitisers everywhere there were touch points, and all done with great pride and smiles. The hotel has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, with great food and a selection of restaurants, and a snack bar with very tasty food for those who just want to come straight from the pool or beach, get Orcan to pile your beer's up, great fun. 3 bars and a Spa, lawned areas and entertainment around the pools during the day, and at night in the Wave Bar. Definitely recommend.

As we booked this years family holiday with 48 hours notice after our much awaited trip to Malta was cancelled I have to say these guys have got it spot on. After the year the whole world has had it was a pleasure to stay in a hotel that felt 💯 % safe. We had temp taken on entry into the main restaurant there was plenty of masks and sanitizers and everyone adhered to social distancing where they could. The room was great it was cleaned daily and the fridge in the room was stocked daily too. The entertainment guys moh umot shabby and hayley are a credit to this hotel 🏨 they aren’t the usual in your face kind but they are good at their jobs and made our stay even more special. The only downside to our stay and this is no dig at the hotel but some other holidaymakers notably (Russian/french) are really rude both to other holidaymakers and to the staff also. I know the hotel can’t do anything about this but I thought I would mention it. We would definitely visit Sherwood dreams again. Thanks to all and keep up the good work in these uncertain times

Just got home from 2 weeks at Sherwood Dreams and had an absolutely fantastic time. I must admit on day one we were a bit uncertain about how much we would enjoy the holiday as parts of the hotel seemed "a bit tired". The steps on the slides and some of the toilet facilities and other areas could do with sprucing up but we just put that down to Covid n lack of funds over the last few years and am sure they will be dealt with in due course. The rooms and pool area were cleaned daily and if you dropped so much as a chip in the restaurant it was cleaned up within moments of hitting the floor. The rooms and facilities were good and we found the food was very good. The best we've had in Turkey for taste and selection but what made the hotel for us were the entertainment team and staff. We never managed to catch the male entertainment staff members names which takes nothing away from their involvement with our family but Angela, the loudest but loveliest girl we've ever met and Masha and the kids club girls Hailey and Keira (forgive spellings if wrong) were amazing with our children Connie and Dougie. From the pool games through the day for both adults and children to countless other activities through the day then on to the kiddies disco and shows on a night they all work so hard and constantly have fun and interact with the guests making the holiday feel so much more personal. They were all amazing! We got really close with some of the waiting staff as well. Celal was great. I'm personally blaming him for my weight gain as he was always there offering more food and "one more beer sir?" "Ece" in the restaurant formed a special bond with our daughter. Connie absolutely loved her and although we didn't always sit in her area she always took time out of her day to come see us and see if we needed anything. They even exchanged a few little gifts and I know Connie will miss her dearly. Although these interactions are personal to our family I'm sure anyone who visits this hotel will undoubtedly form many fond memories of their own. I felt like everyone was trying their hardest after a difficult few years for everyone to make our holiday a special one and we thoroughly enjoyed it
