Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa garners mixed reviews, with a number of guests commending the spa facilities and entertainment options. However, the resort's location is frequently noted as inconvenient, potentially leading to additional travel expenses. Critiques often point to the disparity between the high cost and the actual value received, citing issues with room cleanliness and malfunctioning gym equipment. While some guests were satisfied with the level of service and overall cleanliness, others experienced unprofessional staff behavior and inconsistent housekeeping.

I had a stop gap of a couple of weeks between two trips in Belek and decided that I would stay at the sensitive premium.

For what worked out at about £35 a night for ALL INCLUSIVE, this was simply a fantastic hotel.

I was working and therefore a bit concerned to initially get a room overlooking the pool which had a loud party at the time I arrived which was swiftly changed to the other side of the hotel. I’d recommend a room in block 3 on the even number side for a bit of quiet from the pool. Given I was working the WiFi was a key point and I’ve been here 7 days now with 11 to go and not encountered a single issue with WiFi. Has been able to hold work video calls easily.

The food, yes it’s relatively basic but I’m happy enough with some grilled meat, rice and salad each lunch and dinner and some eggs in the morning. Previous reviews really worried me about the food eg nothing fresh and raw eggs... these are false. Plenty of fresh fruit and salad every day, yes the meat is lower quality than I’d prefer but ultimately you’re paying £30-40 a night for a room and all you can eat and drink (including waffles/ice creams etc in the afternoon). It’s simply incredible value!

There is a gym and indoor pool open 8am-7pm and the beach is a 5 min walk away (or you can get the free shuttle). There’s a bar/afternoon snacks and plenty of sun beds at the beach for those who prefer to go to the beach in the day.

The staff were fantastic in my experience, again very different to what others have reviewed. The level of English speaking is low but what can you expect when coming to a restaurant which is full of non English (mainly Russian speakers). Personally not an issue for me and something I enjoy, I spend enough time around English people in England!!

The mini bar is also all inclusive and topped up daily and the cleaners also did a great job. The rooms are a bit outdated but again... £35 a night? No complaints.

Don’t be put off by the negative reviews and give this place a go if you don’t mind having a mix of cultures around you!

The visit was amazing for kids and adults variety of food available, I'm unsure how much variety people want, if the variety of the food available isn't enough. They would change the main course every day.

Food and drinks was available all through the day.The staff were amazing an helpful, Mustafa was very welcoming, booked an appointment on our second day to ensure everything in the resort was ok an answered all our questions. Reception agents were always available, didn't have any issues with anyone in the resort. Rooms were amazing cleaned every day, shops available outside the resort, beach is 5 mins walk, can catch shuttle bus also, down side no iron available, extra charges to iron clothes so would suggest to take your own, overall amazing place really recommend.

My most sincere recommendation for this hotel. It is located in a quiet place, has a great pool with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas and an even more beautiful beach. The beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel, although there is a transport that very often transports guests. In my opinion, transportation is a complete surplus, because the walk from the hotel to the beach is really relaxing.
The food is great, the selection is really large and varied. Personally, I liked breakfast the most. The kindness of the staff is really at a high level, the rooms are cleaned regularly. The minibar is replenished on a daily basis. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the terraces as well. My terrace overlooked the pool and partly the sea. From the terrace, I was also able to watch wonderful themed evenings. Many thanks to the animation team and all the wonderful young people employed at the restaurant.

Before I booked the hotel, I have to admit that I was worried about certain reviews, which I read here. As someone who has really traveled a lot and stayed in hotels of various categories, I must admit that the hotel has met all my expectations, even exceeded them. I completely recommend Sensitive Premium to individual travelers like me, as well as to families and couples. Greetings to all employees and congratulations to the management.

The hotel is by far a very big hotel, however, it’s quite basic and I would perhaps rate it more if a 4* rather then their 5*. The food is one of their biggest let downs. Over my 7 night stay there was not a single dish I enjoyed. It was the same, routine repetitive dishes. Nothing different at all. It’s also in bogozkent within the Serik district. So to give you an idea it cost approximately 65 euros or £50.00 to get to Land of legends by taxi. The beach is a 10 minute walk but full of glass stones and rocks. No sand lol. The hotel staff are good friendly and helpful to the extent that on my first night there was water in the bathroom and I called reception. They immediately sorted it. The next morning there was a build up of water again and I notified reception. They changed my room (as the pipe under the sink was leaking). I did not appreciate the maintenance routine, they decided to paint my room whilst we were out, so when we returned at night we had to smell the paint smell all night. The Ala Cata restaurants were closed. The outdoor pool was closed. There’s No AC in their winter. The best thing about this hotel is the Spa. The Bali therapist are brilliant. For £65.00 can get a 30 mins Hammam and 60 min massage. The shops were very expensive, even the barbers. The barbers quoted £40.00 for a haircut!!! At the shops you can pick up a small snack for £6.00 cheapest. The entertainment and games room is charged at £10.00 per hour for pool and the tables are all slanted. At the gym, all the equipment were broken. The sauna is good though. So the moral of this heart warming tale is that probably check out other hotels. Some rooms do come with partial sea view and their double standard rooms are actually triple rooms (1 double and 1 single).

Lets start .
Family trip. The room was alright, but they gave me toothpaste, bathrobes for the last day, just soap and hair conditioner (witch was horrible like water) shampoo and shower gel was at shower cab 2in They didn't changed bed sheet for the whole 7 days, towels just one's. They tried to clean our room in the morning before we went for the breakfast, i told them to do this after, but they didn't understand , that was every day so in the end when i left the room everywhere was 2cm dust great 👍 The hotel is by far a very big hotel, however, it’s quite basic and I would perhaps rate it more if a 4* rather then their 5*. About food, some of the food was cold, just a few dishes and soups were alright , not too many options of fish dishes, mostly chicken. Generally was alright, but . It was the same, routine repetitive dishes. First day steam broken, water at the pool cold, after 2 days they warm water and was plenty kids and Muslims mom with clothes so i just give up. The gym would be alright if 80% of equipment wasn't broken or missing parts .Sauna was great, Jacuzzi as well ,which i paid £50 was nice ( champagne and fruits) and friendly staff. At my all-inclusive package, i should have minibar at room i guess, but it was just water. The biggest disappointment was that all restaurants a la card closed 🤬, No entertainments for adults or kids, comon don't tell me its not season for karaoke or disco 🤦‍♀️ Arcade games room of course paid Location was a bit confused for me i was thinking it will be closer to some city but you must take bus if you don't rent car. I would like to thank the restaurant and bar team 👍🥰for their interest and relevance. They are very friendly. Just because of them, this holiday was acceptable. People around the hotel area, shops and bazaars are also very nice. So the end of the end was a nice experience .

Nice all inclusive holiday at sensitive premium resort hotel.
Taxi from airport used Ella Taxi £23
Lots of staff and all attentive, lovely big pool, shame they allow glasses in the pool area, whilst there for a week I witnessed a few being broken.
Used the spa as a couple a we had a Turkish bath, then massage and face mask, I negotiated to €100 for both of us, only issue there was they allow children in the spa area which is rather annoying if you are having a relaxing massage!
Food was great even if repetitive but then when you are visiting for over a week I suppose it’s difficult to cater for everyone bear in mind there is no pork at this hotel.
Drinks are good proper cocktails and the beer is Tuborg Gold Never had to queue much for a drink.
Plenty of food around the pool all day long.
The entertainment staff try to suite everyone and do a good job, even if you don’t take part it’s good to watch.
We were the only English people at the hotel.
There is a few shops in the hotel selling the fake designer goods rather expensive and the staff are quite rude and not sure if they are employed by the hotel, but they could do with a shake up, they are sat around with their feet up or on the phone, they appear quite disinterested in the customers!
If you are looking to buy some Turkish designer items try Deniz Market it’s around a 15 minute walk from the hotel there are quite a few little shops in that area so we’re well worth a visit for a bargain.
I would definitely return to this hotel if the price was right.

This is no way a 5 star hotel !! There was faecal matter in the pool, slides only open 2 hours in morning and 2 hours in the afternoon had no room service daily. I was given the bed sheets to make the bed myself !! Toilets are leaking in the rooms, kettle had Mould in. Lamps on bed hanging off, tap was broke in bathroom, shower was dirty, and bedside table had dust and food of some sort over it. Food I wouldn’t feed to a dog, and on the subject of animals they allow stray cats to run round their restaurant whilst you’re eating. The food was poor and did not cater to everyone. Entertainment was not in English so we didn’t understand any of it. Overall I will not be returning and I would advise nobody else either. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I would say this is a 3* max and that’s me being generous. We complained 5 times and each time all we got was they don’t understand as they don’t speak English. Don’t let the pictures tempt you as it’s awful. Iv attached photos don’t wast your money!!!!!

Me and my friends are currently still here, we have 1 day left on holiday

Very disappointed in the hotel, we book this place as it is near to the airport and beach .

We had booked a Private transfer and we are glad we did, it was excellent.

First night we all had to share a family room , even though we had paid for our own rooms. They were fully book, which made us very upset as we had arrived 1am hoping to be in our own room and in bed. The next day we were given our rooms after lunch.
When we got our room it was not clean and soon found out that the rooms are not cleaned regularly, you have to ask if you want your room cleaned. Also bedsheets are never changed. The surfaces are dirty and not wiped down, floors inside the room and in the hallways are not cleaned or vacumed. The lifts are dirty and there are hand smears on the mirror. The lift has not been cleaned since we have been here.
The buffet menu is the same every day, so there is not much choice. There is limited veggie options and not all food is labled so it is difficult for people with allergies. The only nice thing is that the salad and fruit is fresh.
Good points are that the staff are friendly, the pool is nice and the beach is only a 5 min walk from the hotel.
Overall this hotel is not a 5 star as they claim it to be, I feel it is more like 2-3 stars.

This hotel is not a 5 Star more like a 3 star and not for vegetarian and reception staff are not friendly. The room was not cleaned every day.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner timing you only have 1.5 hours each before they start packing away and spa tile are breaking away.(Stream Room)

This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel ! The hotel itself was nice and clean and first impression was good , but staff are all so miserable and you feel your putting them out by asking for something , I made mistake of asking a waiter at dinner for spoon only to be told to get one my self , and asking for a bath towel at reception instead of the hand towel left by room service turned into a 10min argument with the guy on reception ! The bedding was changed every day but room wasn’t once cleaned during our week long stay . The drinks at bar during meals where pre poured flat and warm . Coffee In the hotel was from an instant coffee machine. The worst thing tho was the food !!apart from there been No choice and the same thing every day at dinner it was terrible ! We found ourselves eating soup and filling up on bread ! The entertainment was just as bad , a supposed 5 star premium hotel and the evenings where filled with bingo , a quiz and getting women on stage to perform chicken impressions!! This hotel is 3 star at best and had we booked a 3 star hotel at 3 star prices we would of been happy but this is definitely not what the hotel is advertised as not the price reflect
Very disappointing!!!!!
