In a word - wow! I've stayed at many B&B's over the years, and this one is really special. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, with a wonderful sense of history (being from 1850), and overall so lovely. Even so, it is the owners that really add that special touch - they feel like family from the moment you walk... More

My husband and I stayed in this B & B while passing through this small town. The owners of this B &B were just lovely, as was the decor of the house. The beds were very comfy, as were the pillows and a special kudos for the absolutely scrumptious bathrobes! There was an inviting wrap around porch which overlooked an... More

Beautiful 1850 home lovingly maintained by charming and attentive owners, Barry and Peggy. Owners immediately make you feel at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location convenient to various area attractions. Would not hesitate in staying here once again.

My wife and I were there for 2 nights for our 23rd anniversary 07/31/2016. Barry & Peg are just the best ever, very accommodating to any need you may have. We had the best time sitting in the dining room at breakfast with the other guests discussion was lively and interesting especially because Barry and Peg know everything there is... More

We stayed for two nights and the visit was even better than we hoped for. It was like a home away from home, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Barry and Peg were so warm and inviting. They cooked a delicious breakfast each morning as we all sat around the dining room table. We were visiting our kids at camp and... More

Stayed here recently while my friend was visiting her daughter at a nearby summer camp. As it turned out, all of the other guests were there for the same reasons, so immediately there was some level of automatic camaraderie. As for myself, I was there for company and so I had the house relatively to myself for most of the... More

Needed a budget friendly place to spend the night so I chose the "economy room" at this B&B based on other reviews. So glad I did! Cozy, quiet, clean and inviting! Delicious 4 course breakfast included! Barry and Peg are delightful hosts, my daughter and I felt welcomed and pampered from the first to the last minutes of our stay!

Barry and Peggy were very welcoming and accommodating even prior to arrival. We received emails inquiring about dietary needs and other details to make our stay comfortable and they were prepared for us on arrival. Their home is gorgeous, the breakfast wonderful, and we regretted being only able to stay one night!

Barry and Peggy are the perfect B&B couple - warm, welcoming, helpful, conversational, extensive experience. The Inn has been beautifully finished by this couple - numerous collections, comfortable bedding, quiet town, and Barry's magical 3-course breakfasts! This is a lovely "landing spot" to allow you to explore this HUGE natural Adirondack area.
