For me and my wife was a positive and relaxing stay. The position is great cause the view is amazing. The room was clean and the hydromassage got hot water. One negative point is too much stairs with the luggage.
Disastrous. Don’t go here. The owner owns a cafe right next to IDOL (no sign with a name expected from dishonest people) Himself + his doorman didn’t realize I’m greek or well known on social media, and were EXTREMELY rude to my wife and myself. I’ve never heard such filth and insults come out of a professional working in an establishment. I filmed the encounter to protect myself incase they became physical, and to show police (I felt in danger) I will be uploading it to YouTube and to my many followers on instagram. Maybe next time they can learn some manners. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs.
Really great location but room was standard. Breakfast arrived different times everyday and was basic. So worth it for the views though sunsets were amazing. Pool wasn't cleaned for our week stay either but everything else was clean. Also, on arrival a member of staff Alex tried to persuade us to move to a villa on opposite side of Island for a few days, thought this was weird and said no... then a big family group arrived and we realised they probably wanted us out to double book our room! Found this abit cheeky
I am a travel agent and my clients stayed at this hotel and, while they had a nice room with a view, there was no maid to clean the room and therefore they ended up not having toilet paper and new towels available. The pool, which we thought was heated, was not, and they were staying here in winter.
Okay, so I can only speak of our one night experience. Our stay was in Athens and we planned to fly to Santorini in the morning, and take the night ferry back to Athens. The weather turned nasty and the ferry company cancelled our night ferry, so our travel agency booked us in this hotel for one night and took the next day afternoon ferry back to Athens. The hotel is difficult to locate because it is not on the main street, it is on the coastal side, so you have to look for it. There is no main reception area, but rather a roll desk at the entrance to the hotel. We arrived around 10am and the manager was not present, but there were 4 phone numbers to reach someone. We could not get an answer, but I called our travel agent and he found the manager who arrived in about 10 minutes. He was a pleasant enough individual who showed us our room which was not clean yet, but he had the staff clean it so we could occupy it in about an hour. The room was nice enough, but it was painted in many different bright colors. The shower was huge, but there was a glass window between the shower and the bedroom (not sure what that was for). The room was satisfactory for our needs and there was an outside hot tub, but because it was winter, they were not working, so we could not use them. It was kind of warm in the room and we could not figure out how to turn down the heat. The view was great and in the summer, i'm sure it would be nice to be in the hot tub looking out over the sea. However, I'm not sure how loud the area would be as I am told that Santorini in the summer is extremely crowded. As I said, for we 3 guys, this was a nice hotel room for the one night we stayed. not sure how it would be for an entire week or a longer stay.…
