Good points...a young man sent us to the port early in the morning with a reasonable cost, which I am grateful. a young lady at the reception was nice Bad points....the older lady (owner?) was rude. She got angry when I asked for the receipt for the cash payment of the shuttle the next day early morning. Also though it was still time we can swim in the swimming pool, she continued to clean the same pool, brushing around the pool, which was disgusting, so I had to get out. TV was out of order, and big sound was heard around 10 pm. It is about 15 min walk from the city center. Mainly because of that person's attitude, I did not find this place pleasant.

Super friendly staff and the room was very comfortable and clean and the pool area was very well maintained and tidy,The only reason I couldn't give an excellent rating was my room was the corner top one which has 2 balconies which would've been great to use but un-shaded and you couldn't sit out there during the day and at night time there is a large spotlight that shines out into the street above the balcony which glares into the room and lets in a lot of light.Apart from that I had a great stay and would again

I'm going to get straight to the point with this review. This hotel does not have alot going for it in terms of accommodation in santorini. The good points and the reasons I did not give a 1 star review are as follows; The pool area looked very nice and seemed to be well kept, although we never actually used the pool. The person who I assume was the owner was also very friendly and informative of the area. The rooms were also cleaned every day and were quite large, the air conditioning was also very effective and the price for staying in the room was cheap. Now onto the bad points... I'll start with the misinformation on booking.com (which we booked the room through) and trip advisor. On booking.com the rooms are listed as sound proof, which ours certainly was not, and on trip advisor the hotel is listed as having an included continental breakfast, which the hotel does not even have the facilities to provide. The biggest problem with our room was the smell, I assumed it was a dry sewer problem coming from the bathroom that was causing the awful smell, but after using the bathroom, we expected the smell to go away, it did not, and having the bathroom door closed all day made no difference either. The next biggest problem with the hotel was the location, to get to the town you'll have a tough 15-20 minute walk, and at night, I would not recommend this walk without a torch as the roads are extremely dark and the drivers aren't the most careful. Luckily we had the option to stay in alternative accommodation which we did for more than half of the week we were in santorini. The decor of the room was also very dated and minimal, the shower hook did not fit the shower head and the only way to wash was to hold the shower, the curtain was also completely ineffective and full of holes, the beds weren't particularly comfortable either. I think the current rating on trip advisor is unrealistic when compared to what a 5 star accommodation should be, but despite this, I do believe that this accommodation would suit some people, if they aren't concerned for frills and are looking for a budget hotel to stay for a night or 2, but if you expect anything more than what you pay for, you'll probably be disappointed. I would not stay at this hotel again unless it was completely refurbished. From what I saw of the staff during the day, they do seem to care about the upkeep, and I think this hotel has the potential to be a nice place to stay, without the owners having to spend too much money, despite it being a bit out of the way. From what I've seen seen of hotels in other parts of Greece, this hotel may not be far off the standard, but if I ever visit Santorini, I would definitely spend a a little bit more for better accommodation.

We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay here, and had an amazing time. When we arrived the lovely landlady greeted us and gave us lots of useful local information. We were shown to an upstairs room (better than we had booked and paid for) but advised we would need to move downstairs to our original room after 3 days, this was due to another visitor being unable to climb stairs. The room upstairs was spacious, clean and had 2 balconies, which had the most spectacular view! The pool stayed mainly deserted the whole time we were there, aside from a few quiet friendly couples. The area was clean and tidy and a pool boy came to tidy it up daily. We followed the lady’s map and went to the shops to get some essentials (there’s no shop or bar at the hotel and tea and coffee aren’t provided) and I must say the nearest shop although only 10 minutes walk away, is up an extremely steep hill! Luckily myself and my boyfriend are reasonably fit and young but we were both sweating and out of breath at the top. Definitely not recommended if you’re out of shape! There’s free WiFi and it’s pretty good, we were able to order in good food and eat on the balcony. There’s a bus stop right outside the villa that runs around 4 times a day (€1.80) and can take you all over the island. We tried to order a taxi through the lady but both times were unsuccessful as they were busy. There’s a minibus for €35 daily at 11.15 that takes you on a tour of the island. After 3 days we moved downstairs and the room was very decent, AC good, fridge and spacious. We had a table and chairs at the front but it obviously wasn’t as private as our own balcony. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, anything we asked was never too much trouble, they are a lovely family. I would 100% recommend this beautiful, clean, quiet accommodation.
