This hotel aims at being aesthetically pleasing, however the functionality and customer service is appalling. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the reception by women who clearly did not want to be working there and were provided no information other than our room number. Our room was swarming with insects, our bathroom walls covered with mold, the walls were paper thin and the AC did not work. We were yelled at by presumably the owner, for having our shoes on the pool deck, even though this is not a pool rule. We inquired at reception about check out time, to which we received an answer of “I don’t know.” And we had itinerary information sitting out publicly on the reception desk for all to see, and when we took the paper we were scolded for doing so, despite personal information being on public display. They treat their pets better than their guests. Please look elsewhere for an accommodation in Santorini.

Had a blast reading all the comments on tripadviser about the hotel that was probably the only good thing besides the outside of the hotel. The breakfast was really bad were hopeing to choose from variety of things since it was a 4 star hotel but didint get that. The Staff were also a bit disapointing quz they were rude and didint threat there customers well enough.

Hotel looks good on the outside, however don’t get your hopes high up, this place is terrible. The staff is coarse and not nice, they have no respect for their guests. Rooms look nice however some people won’t be lucky enough to have a normal bed and they will get a military bed.For breakfast you can eat variety of things like: milk, cereal with milk, milk with cereal, milk with chocolate chips, chocolate chips with milk, so don’t even bother waking up for it. Also if you got KIDS that are like 15 years old then you can use the swimming pool only in certain hours, and remember not to splash the water outside of the pool because it’s treated as vandalism. The owners of the hotel are wandering around all the time and looking to bother the guests, they are on a all time-period. Some of the rooms have jacuzzi that you can look at, because it’s prohibited to use them. Not counting us there were no other guests in the hotel, so I guess the hotel dog is making complaints on guests. Also the hotel costs 170€ per night so you are probably better of renting a quad and coming back to sleep were you came from then spending a night here.

We were supposed to stay at a different hotel but when we arrived there was a sign to walk to another hotel for check-in and they told us our hotel had plumbing issues so we were put up in Blue Suites. An email would’ve been nice as the other hotel was much more central of a location. The hotel was clean but the staff was rude and unhelpful. The day of check out we asked them to call a taxi and they said they didn’t know the number... you’re a hotel?! The WiFi sucked and you basically have to stand literally next to the box outside and even then it doesn’t always work. The lock took like 5 min to jimmy open or close. The walk to and from downtown Fira was a pain and a bit dangerous. Just stay somewhere else.

No need to add more than to say read the recent reviews for an accurate account of this place. What a waste of money. If you get room 103 with a jacuzzi the shower doesn’t drain properly and there’s a terrible smell, Jacuzzi took 2 days to heat up, they turned it on when I questioned if it should be warm, what a joke.
