This is located quite a distance from the centre of Fira and the bus station where there are buses to Oia, etc. Breakfast was pretty basic. Room was big but with basic furnishing. Service was ok. Perhaps it is better to stay near to the centre of Fira.

I wrote a big review on Hotels.com already so I will keep this brief. 3 star hotel, 5 star dining. Spiros, the chef is amazing. Gabriel, the hotel manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He was almost our own personal tour guide and travel agent. Lots of great advice and interesting history about Santorini and Greece in general. I noticed in some comments that cleaning was a problem. We didn't find this the case at all when we stayed there. The rooms are quite basic and sparse, but not dirty.

Room Tip: Choose half-board food option if you can. Dining here was one of our favorite parts of the trip.

If you want to enjoy Santorini, stay way from this hotel. zIn my 9-day stay, I had to move twice. Room 1: Shower with mold, humidity, super small (door hit the sink/had to enter sideways. Room 2: The next morning when I flushed feces came out of the floor drain and innundated the whole bathroom floor. If you are walking to the city center, you'll must walk 1,2 Km up a steep street WITH NO SIDEWALKS. At night, cars zip by. I did not stay the rest of my reservation. The place is run down, the breakfast not worth it. The staff tries to make up for what the management/owners don't care about. If you want to enjoy Santorini, stay away from this hotel.

This place is a MUST! The staff have all gone above and beyond. I have felt safe travelling on my own on the whole island and most definitely in this villa. I would 100% stay here again for the friendly/helpful staff alone! Amazing pool, tidy rooms, yummy breakfast, 10 mins walk to beautiful Fira centre. Such a dream. :) Highly recommend. - Megan, New Zealand

(They ended up upgrading us free of charge after we called our agency- Logitravel. Check with your travel agency which rooms they are booking for you!! If you are booking yourself, contact the hotel to make sure you're not getting the bad ones. They say they are renovating though. I still think they definetly have a problem with their cleaning staff. Basic stuff is not done. The reception staff is very sweet and kind. ) The bathroom of our rooms were disgusting. I don't even think that bathroom meets legal hygiene standards. Everything in it is rusty, moody and filthy. They don't even bother to clean lime or get people's hairs out of the shower. Towels smell like mold too. The surroundings are beautiful. Im sure nee renovated rooms are gorgeous but they shouldn't be selling this kind of filthy ones. The outside and the pool are gorgeous.
