It can be hit and miss with accommodation in Santorini. Choose these suites, especially with children, and you won’t be disappointed. We stayed in the Carmen suite which was truly beautiful and very spacious. We loved sitting outside by the pool and enjoying the view with a wine which we had bought with us. The only fault was trying to get any other kind of drink by the pool bar. Michael was quite busy and no one else seemed to know what to do. That was a little frustrating and perhaps more staffing around 4-6pm would be wise.
We arrived and immediately someone helped us with our bags and gave us ice cold lemonade! The hotel is perfect. Clean, beautiful rooms, a wonderful pool, on the quiet side of town. Everyone was so helpful. Fantastic breakfast served right in front of our suite. I only wish we had more time here! Highly recommend.
Close to all local attractions but with only 6 separate suites around a nice pool area with great views over the Caldera Aria offers tranquility from the hectic nature of Fira and the cruise crowd in Santorini. Final two nights of our Greece trip staying in La Boheme suite. La Boheme is a large one bedroom with additional separate loft bedroom good for kids plus large family room very nice bathroom and outside patios plus a cool garden patio. The location is perfect as well as you can pop down to the supermarket if you wish, it is reasonably close to a parking lot if you have a car or wander up into the old town area to get a different view or to catch the cable car to the old port. When in Santorini again we would definitely go back to Aria Suites.
We are a family of 5 (12 year old and ten year old twins) from New Zealand and had the final two nights of our Greece trip staying at Aria Suites before flying all the way home. We normally go budget on accomodation and often squeeze into one room but decided to splash out a bit this time for a good view and a pool as all we wanted to do was lie around for a whole day after a very busy two weeks travelling around Greece. Aria Suites could not have been more perfect for us, we had the Carmen Suite which was simply beautiful and they kindly made up an extra bed for us in the lounge when I booked directly with them. We had huge indoor and outdoor spaces, outdoor table, chairs and loungers, the pool was perfect, the view sublime. We could hardly believe it and our children were blown away. Then there is the breakfast ... ordered the day before and all bought to your outdoor table - it was huge and all of it delicious. The staff were also lovely but overall it was very relaxed and they were unobtrusive. If you're going to splash out as a family this is the place. The location is perfect as well, you can pop down to the supermarket if you wish, or wander up into the old town area to get a different view. We mostly sat in the sun and enjoyed the view and watched people walking the little path in front of us looking rather hot and tired! What a perfect way to end our Greek holiday, it was truely a memorable experience for our family. Thank you.…
These spacious clean and well resourced suites made for a fabulous stay. The staff were friendly , helpful and offered speedy service. A special mention to Yiota on reception who was especially attentive and helpful. Close to all local attractions with great views Aria was a highlight of our trip in Santorini.
