Great Suites, Perfect view of the Caldera overlooking the old Port of Fira. Very Close to city Centre of Fira. Excellent and well kept rooms with vintage feel. We had a perfect Family suite. Breakfasts are great by pool side with Caldera views. A small private pool is a bonus. Stacy at the desk is very helpful and courteous.

Spectacular room, amazing staff who catered to our every need and a view that can only be described as stunning. I cannot say enough good things about this property, the staff and the overall amenities of this property. We stayed in the Norma Suite which had 2 large bedrooms, a spacious living room with a nice kitchen counter well hidden behind a cabinet with sink, nespresso machine, and a well stocked refrigerator. The views from every window were amazing, with two private balconies with ocean views, and delicious breakfast made to order the day before and delivered to your outdoor dining table for breakfast with a view daily. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms and living room had smart TVs and the bathroom and shower was very nicely appointed with a wonderful high end shower. My family and I could best describe this experience as fabulous.

Our family spent 4 days and nights at Aria Suites. Manager Stacy welcomed our family of 7 graciously and accommodated two of us with a wheelchair accessible suite, right next to a beautiful swimming pool, with many lounge chairs and extra towels, since my husband was temporarily in a wheelchair, and could not climb all the steps to our previously assigned room. Breakfast was served every morning just outside our suite, brought on trays and set up on our outdoor table, under an umbrella. The staff, especially Bacho, his brother, and a number of other extremely kind and courteous people, was incredible. Someone was always there to assist with the wheelchair, holding my husband's hand, if needed to climb the steps, or anything else that might be needed. The view of the sea was incredible, and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go from our perch, high on the cliff. The hotel is located on the main walking path into Fira, which included many shops and restaurants, so it was a perfect location. I highly recommend Aria Suites - you will not be disappointed.

What an amazing place to stay. We are so happy we chose this place to stay. I can’t even explain how accommodating they are. They want to be sure your stay is the best experience. With the included delicious breakfast everyday delivered to your room. We had the privilege of dealing with Alex. He was constantly checking in to be sure we had everything we needed. The additional staff that delivered our breakfast every morning were always happy and friendly. Not to mention they clean the suite 2 times a day! When you are out for dinner they sweep in and refresh towels and tidy up anything that’s needs tidying. The suite we were in was the Norma. Beautiful huge 2 bedroom suite. Right off the pool deck. But also very quiet. This hotel is also in a great location. Just a quick 1 minute walk to the action which keeps it quiet when you want to relax. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you will not be disappointed. This was my favourite place I stayed while in Greece. If I go back to Santorini I would not hesitate to stay here. The Aria suites experience was filled with surprise and delight. My family of seven included myself with my three children (ages 10, 13 and 15) and my parents. From the moment we arrived and were introduced to Costas our groom who brought us to the hotel in a lovely van, every member of the staff offered exceptional hospitality and the kindness. My father suffered a recent injury and has been traveling in a wheelchair and every one of the staff was helpful and accommodating in every way if possible. When we arrived to the property, we met Stacy, who is an absolute dream. She took care of transfers, reservations, recommendations and made sure that her team was on top of things. My parents stayed in one of the rooms with a sea view and it was a partial view of the caldera right by the swimming pool. My family and I stayed in one of the villas that included a small private pool and indoor hot tub inside the bathroom. My kids loved every second of it. The view was something dreams are made of. We watched every sunset with a glorious view of the glowing caldera below. Every morning we were greeted with breakfast delivered to the patio overlooking the island. The food was delicious and everyday was a special treat of pastries, fruits, eggs, cooked to order and a complete lovely greek breakfast. In the evenings when we were just hanging around the resort, the staff continued to attend to my parents and check in on them and make very pleasant small talk that was always welcome. When we arrived in Santorini we encountered cobblestone making it rather difficult for my father to move around in his wheelchair, but it was such a relief to have a wonderful team of professionals there to make our experience all we had hoped for and then some. I'm not typically a five-star kind of guest, so I can't speak to a typical five-star experience. However, I can say that this was one of the most pleasant hotel or resort experiences I have had. The room was spectacular, uniquely designed and decorated and just a super cool experience. The staff was exemplary and if I ever have the opportunity to return to Santorini, there is no question. This is the place I would return to. Bravo!

Loved every minute! The La Travieta suite was perfect for our family of 4, as others have said it is immaculate, comfortable, and the view is unbeatable, we had a delicious breakfast every morning on our terrace and sat in the hot tub every night enjoying the sunset and skyline view. All the staff are so helpful and nice, you will feel pampered and refreshed staying here!!

Me and my family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed at the Aria Suites for 4 nights. We were nervous about booking because we wanted this stop in our vacation to be the best since Santorini was on our dream bucket list, and me and my husband were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This place not only met our high expectations, but it went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND!! The location was amazing, the staff was so attentive, friendly and always helpful, and the view was just incredible. We stayed in the Fidelio suite and it fit our family so comfortably - the room was modern with an older authentic feel, super clean, and the back terrace had a hot tub with the best view. The breakfast was out of this world, and again, the staff made us feel at home, and also like we were royalty all at the same time. The Fidelio suite has a separate private entrance to the main shopping area which was such a huuuuge bonus. I can't recommend this place enough. If I'm lucky enough to go back to Santorini, I would 1000% stay here again!

As a family of three we stayed in the Tosca Suite for three nights during the first week of August. The location is perfect, very close to the main area of Thira, just a few minutes walking, yet quiet. The view is fantastic and couldn’t have chosen a better place in Santorini to stay. The staff are all very friendly and professional ready to assist you in any way. They can even assist you in booking excursions, if needed. If you are arriving at the airport or seaport, the hotel can book your transportation (highly advised). The suite is very spacious and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning in the suite worked very well. Nice pool. Breakfast was great. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We were a family group of 8 adults/6 children. Annie (manager) was gracious, welcoming, and of immense help arranging airport transfers, restaurant reservations, bus trip to ferry port, & guiding us 6 months in advance to reserve Aria, Carmen, Norma, and Rigoletto suites all with stunning views of the caldera. Spacious, clean, air-conditioned suites with daily maid service. Abundant, delicious, unlimited breakfast offerings delivered on time to your private patio by attendant, courteous, friendly staff who did all the heavy suitcase lifting upon arrival and departure. Close to town - Fira. Pool always clean/crystal clear. No hidden fees or surprises.

Stayed near end of May. Room was not ready so they stored luggage while we explored, Hotel has great location at the beginning of a foot path to shopping/restaurants. The view is incredible, could have happily relaxed at the pool everyday. The suite (Tosca) was perfect and clean (such a comfortable bed!) - I worried that being on the pool level would be noisy but that was not the case. There was a seating area in the front of the suite where breakfast would have been served (but it was too windy). Breakfast was AMAZING many food choices and all excellent. There was also a nice patio area in the back off the bedroom that looked into a garden. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is located at the caldera, in the center of the town of Fira which is the largest town of the island. The most noteable sights in Fira are in very close proximity, like a 1-5 minute walk (max) from the hotel. Our coordinates are : 36.415593, 25.431736 . The names of our suites and villas are Tosca, La Boheme, Aida, Rigoletto, Carmen, Norma, Dolce Far Niente, La Traviata, Fidelio and La Vida Breve. There is no room called apollo in Aria Suites.
There are more places to choose from in the Fira area.
