My husband and I took a trip to Santorini in November. After reading several reviews about this being their off-season I was a little nervous at what we would get. As it turns out, we had the best time. We stayed here for 3 nights and Olga at the front desk made our stay so wonderful and was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was fabulous, the view was incredible, and the staff here were just so great. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Olga arranged for us to have a private driver one day and he did not disappoint. He was so friendly and fun. The location of this hotel is also in walking distance to the main square with great restaurants. I'm ready to go back, already! LOVED this place!

We spent 5 nights in Porto Fira Hotel and Sanorini. For our arrival we chose for the hotel pick up service which was perfectly organized. We were picked up from the airport and brought to the suites were we immediately received a welcome drink. After the check in we were informed that we would receive a upgrade to the porto Fira suite which was the most amazing suite. The staff was super nice and always polite and supportive at any hour. The location is breathtaking! We had beautiful time and would definitely come back here. We were always professionally advised for any further activities we were looking for and received the best insides in regards to tours, restaurants or cultural activities. Special thanks to Christina from the desk who was super nice and supportive for any additional information we needed.

When booking our travels to Greece we realized how closed the island of Santorini would be, but forged forward and were greeted by the most friendly, informative, and welcoming staff. Recommendations, a map walk through, made dinner reservations for us - just the absolute best. Bianca and Olga are two of the best hostesses I’ve ever experienced, and I travel for a living. Our room was one of the “more simple” ones and holy cow was it the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. Over the caldera, we ate breakfast overlooking the water, a rain shower in our room, Netflix on the television for winding down at night and a comfortable bed to boot. I will he sending all my friends visiting the island to stay at this location.

We stayed here from Dec 8 to December 13. Through the hotel we had arranged a driver, which was perfect. He met us at the airport and took us to the hotel, where we were met by Dimitris who portered the bags to the hotel, Olga checked us in, offered us a refreshing drink, filled out our breakfast card, reviewed areas on the island and we were In the room by 1715. We had room 19, a Jr suite, it had one bed, panel TV, small living area, washroom/toilet area, and a very efficient heater. This room affords nice views of the caldera from the bedroom windows. Breakfast is served each morning on the terrace infront of your room. All staff at this location is friendly and helpful beyond expectations. It starts with Penelope, (operations manager), Olga and Bianca (front desk) Dimitris (Porter and general handyman) Vasilis (our waiter) Joanna (cook) Nantiu and Moza (housekeeping) Overall an excellent and pleasant stay at Porto Fira Suites.

This is a cute place to stay at. However, I did not like that the room doesn't have good air ventilation system so it gets frogy after shower. But we did love the room. The breakfast was okay. Must try their greek yogurt. Don't get their bacon. It's not what you expected.
