This hotel is located 5 mins walk from the caldera and 5 mins walk to the bus station, but just away from the chaos of the Main Street. Nice, clean but compact room with everything where it should be. Key selling points are the communal balcony on the first floor and the friendly, helpful staff. Great value ( although breakfast...

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Pretty central to everything and far enough from road the ensure a quiet nights sleep. A/C, fridge etc in room. Shower rather small but no complaints. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value at 40€, can recommend.

First impressions are everything and Villa Soula did not disappoint! Right from check in the staff were incredibly helpful suggesting activities and sights to see and places to eat! They made sure we had everything we needed. The location was right on point in the centre of Fira right near the main square (but not too close to be noisy)....

Rooms cleaned every day . Fresh towels . Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Rooms cramped and shower/toilet really cramped . Shower over flows. Pool not very sun friendly . Bonus is the ideal location in the heart of the town . 5 mins from bus station , shops , restaraunt and pubs. Beautiful picturesque location .

It's in the centre, just 1 minute walking distance to the main street of Fira. Because of this it's not noisy. The room was incredibly clean. The staff was also helpful and really friendly. It has a small pool but there is no sun because it's built inside. Hotels in Fira are expensive in general, this hotel/villa is a nice...

Booked for 5 nights in their family room, which was located across their reception office and by the street. It was a pretty good size for a family of 5. We didn't really experience any noise despite our room location. Bathroom and room were decent and clean. Towels were not the best, but expected. Location is great! A few minute...

The towels are garbage, our room is so noisy we here other guests and staff talking. The pool is not what you think it is and it's right beside a dirt patch. The photos are misleading and aren't accurate. Stay away.

We have recently stayed in Villa Soula and loved it. The location was perfect as it was only about 600 meters of Fira which is like the capital of the island. At night Fira comes alive but sound was not an issue. We stayed in room 16 which was on the ground floor next to the breakfast room which we...

Location: 4 minutes walk to the town centre where all the cafes, restaurants and pubs are. 5 minute walk to the caldera with the spectacular view. 5 minute walk to bus stop to catch buses to other villages. Rooms: Quaint, cosy and clean. Rooms cleaned everyday and linen changed. Private balcony where you can sit out with your wine and...

I thought this hotel had some major positives but some equally as bad negatives. We came late from the airport and they were very helpful with an easy check in process because they were gone. However, the information they gave me on late transportation from the airport was incorrect leaving us frantic to find our own way. Negatives: When we...
