Outstanding staff! Even in a country renowned for great hospitality and service, Cosmopolitan stands out. Through great management, hiring, and fostering of talent, they have managed to excel in that hardest-to-harvest element so many businesses struggle with, the “people piece”. George helped us with so many of our inquiries and needs and he is exceptional! There were several exceptional team members (Matina! Constantina! Eftixia!) and each provided not only excellent service, but ensured that each customer experience was an interaction and not a transaction... AND they ensure sincerity in every act they committed to. With so many beautiful views and facilities in Santorini, the friends-among-staff at Cosmopolitan truly take their distinction to the next level. Other aspects: property and architecture are lovely. You feel as if every room is carved into the side of a mountain (which it very well may be!). The pool space is a bit limited but the great minds at Cosmopolitan took that in mind as they thought to include each suite with a personal space to offer enjoyment of the breathtaking scenery and privacy. Thank you Cosmopolitan!!

I really enjoyed my visit to this fantastic boutique hotel. The service was exceptional. The rooms are excellent. Perched high on a cliff in Fira, visitors will see the most amazing sunset. I also couldn't believe how well the staff remembered the name of each guest. Visitors will love this hotel. It's easily one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.

Having stayed in Santorini on a few occasions and noticing this little gem we decided to book for our recent visit. We were not disappointed, from the moment you walk in the service is exceptional and you're breath is taken away by the views. Our room was beautifully positioned on the first floor to take in the wonderful Caldera and every morning the staff noticed when you were awake and brought you all that you required, in this case a stunning Greek breakfast. The hotel is calm with a delightful eternity pool and positioned in the heart of the village with shops, bars and restaurants situated meters away. We can't recommend this place enough and have rebooked for the 4th October!! Rhys Nevett

My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites for 3 nights in early August. We had what we both thought to be one of the best trips of our lives. Santorini is absolutely stunning, but the Cosmopolitan Suites and its staff made the stay even sweeter. The grounds are gorgeous (on par with what you will find at world leading hotels) - the rooms are gorgeous, clean and spacious - the infinity pool is one of the best on the island - the food and service is spectacular. Another important note: The service from all of the staff is some of the best we've ever experienced (we've stayed at more than a few world leading hotels). The staff, especially the manager Katerina went above and beyond in ensuring that we felt unequivocally pampered. While on the island, we went and visited some of the other top hotels on the island, each of which cost 2-5x as much per night as the Cosmopolitan. What we found is that the Cosmopolitan is right up there with the best of the island, only much more exclusive and with extremely personal service. Overall, there is no question in our minds as to why this is a 'Small Luxury Hotel of the World'. They truly deserve the title." We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you COSMOPOLITAN SUITES!!!

We were given used towels, the rooms were very small and had the featured pool tables. Could never find a sunbed by the pool (only 4 to share between 20 or more guests). You have to pay for the tea bags in your room (at almost $1000 a night!). Zero customer service at the front desk. Not recommending at all.

This hotel is nothing like the photos. It is crammed and cheap. The towels and linen are stained and torn. The hotel does not comply with COVID regulations and is letting random tourists to use the pool. Rooms have pool furniture as tables or night stands. The toiletries are not provided for all guests (we were 3 paying guests and we were given toiletries for two). When we asked for more toiletries the manager said "two will be enough". The manager/front desk receptionist is rude. Surfaces of the hotel are dirty and with a lot of wear and tear. Avoid at all costs because it's a waste of money.

I can’t say enough about the view, but the real gem at this hotel is the warm and welcoming staff. Katerina was at the front desk and was the most skillful hotel host I had ever met. The team working in a harmonious symphony in the effort to ensure the guests all have a wonderful experience. The staff was not shy about sharing their perspectives when we were looking for attractions to visit. They also provided us with optionality to find the excursions that suited our tastes. This hotel and its staff make for the most pleasurable vacationing I have done ever!

We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel has 10 rooms and each room has a breathtaking view of the volcano & sunset. Not only were these rooms incredible, but the infinity pool also has one of the best views I've ever seen. However, the rooms and the views weren't the main reason we loved this hotel. The staff was what really made this stay incredible. Anna and Fotini offered exceptional hospitality and great ideas for what to spend our time doing on the Island. Kristian & Vasilis served us meals and drinks and were so fun to chat with and get to know. We were so sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had 4 fabulous nights here and experienced what might be the best service in the world! The hotel is chic with a cool design and fantastic location. Lots of great details for design lovers and everything is perfect quality. Cleanliness is top noch and we felt super safe. Rooms above and below pool are great. This is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever visited in the word! Thank you Katerina, Fontana, Dimitris, Anastasia and all the rest of the fantastic professional staff! We will be back 👍🏼
