I booked for one night as a treat during a solo trip. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was unreal. It was the perfect place to be for sunset. The room was lovely and quiet. It was down a narrow spiral staircase which didn’t bother me but wouldn’t be great for everyone. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites for 2 nights. We were in Greece for 12 days and this was our favorite place to stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and we were served an amazing breakfast each morning on our own private terrace. The staff goes above and beyond to make it the best experience. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. The sunrise and sunset were absolutely breathtaking. Truly amazing experience.

Firstly I must apologize for being a few months late writing this review! We stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites for 5 nights in July in the Volcano View Suite. Everything about this stay was beyond perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond every day. By the end of the trip you feel like they are friends more than staff as they make an extra effort to remember special requests and ask personal questions about your trip. The room was absolutely beautiful. We were in Santorini for a wedding and had friends staying all across the island and learnt that ours was one of the largest. It was very modern and kept spotless by the cleaning team. The food was perfect. You have the option of an A La Carte breakfast every day which you can order from 8:00am - 11:00am (I think) meaning (if you really wanted) you could have an egg breakfast at 8am, pancakes at 9:30am and then granola at 11:00am! I am not a huge fan of Greek food in general and didn't really have great food experiences anywhere we went on the island but the food at Cosmopolitan really is top of the range. People say you can't stay in Santorini for that long as it gets boring after a while, but I could honestly stay at the Cosmopolitan Suites forever!!! If we ever return to Santorini there is no doubt where we will stay. Thank you for everything!…

Very nice place, with a great location and great customer service, I have one of my best experience on this boutique hotel, they wait for me outside of the hotel to carriage my lounge and from there make sure everything was fine for my stay, the photos does not justify how beautiful is this place, thanks to everyone for the nice experience we have

We had a wonderful experience at the Cosmopolitan Suites! The hotel is set high on the caldera with stunning views of the Aegean Sea which are truly breathtaking!! The location is ideal, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our suite was fabulous and exceeded our expectations for a boutique hotel. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated inspired by the beauty of Santorini, air conditioned, large sitting area, big comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom complete with a jacuzzi, and a private terrace! The entire property is fabulous, there is a nice infinity pool and many areas to sit and take in the view, wow! The hotel offered complementary breakfast each morning, which was a wonderful treat. Breakfast was fantastic, made to order, beautifully plated and delicious. The breakfast menu is extensive and chef inspired. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel itself is fabulous, but it was the staff that made our stay the best it could be! The hotel staff is excellent and that's an understatement. The hotel manager, George is very welcoming and made our experience at the Cosmopolitan Suites very personalized. He is extremely knowledgeable about Santorini, where to dine, what to do, beaches, etc. He booked all our dining and sightseeing reservations, which made our trip to this beautiful island effortless and truly the most memorable experience. Eftehia and Dina, are fantastic! They are extremely friendly, and have excellent customer service skills. They grant every request promptly and with a big smile. We can't say enough about the staff and their excellent service at Cosmopolitan Suites. They are very attentive, professional and make sure that each guest has a wonderful stay. What a wonderful experience! I've been there with my fiance as a start of our honeymoon trip and couldn't be better! This place is paradise! Super clean with cycladic esthetic, well maintained with a friendly staff always smiled and willing to assist you with everything! I mean everything!!Excursions, best restaurants, transportations, wine tour or even cooling class! I followed Anastasia's suggestions and I will surprise my friends with my moussaka! By the way, breakfast & lunch were delicious. The infinity pool was our favourite relaxing spot. We felt like home but also like a VIP and that was amazing!

Anastasia was absolutely the best ever! Thank you for making our stay the best it could be! The customer service is perfected! Our arrival and departure were seamless. Welcome drink on arrival, breakfast on our balcony. She arranged dinner reservations, buggy rental and transfers. I stayed here in 2009 and this time was much better. The entire hotel has been updated. Internet is fantastic, the views are amazing and sunset to die for. My only complaint would be there are only 4 lounge chairs by the pool and they were always full. The infinity pool was refreshing and incredible views of the caldera.

This is a beautiful property with very comfortable rooms, spectacular views and wonderful food. However, the thing that makes it amazing is the incredible staff. Fabulous! 10 room boutique hotel. Rooms are small but well appointed w Agean Sea views . We reserved superior room w free breakfast. Excellent staff. Very romantic setting! If you are a very big person or over 5’10” this may not be for you . Its a high end boutique hotel. 10 rooms cut out of a mountain great location

Outstanding staff! Even in a country renowned for great hospitality and service, Cosmopolitan stands out. Through great management, hiring, and fostering of talent, they have managed to excel in that hardest-to-harvest element so many businesses struggle with, the “people piece”. George helped us with so many of our inquiries and needs and he is exceptional! There were several exceptional team members (Matina! Constantina! Eftixia!) and each provided not only excellent service, but ensured that each customer experience was an interaction and not a transaction... AND they ensure sincerity in every act they committed to. With so many beautiful views and facilities in Santorini, the friends-among-staff at Cosmopolitan truly take their distinction to the next level. Other aspects: property and architecture are lovely. You feel as if every room is carved into the side of a mountain (which it very well may be!). The pool space is a bit limited but the great minds at Cosmopolitan took that in mind as they thought to include each suite with a personal space to offer enjoyment of the breathtaking scenery and privacy.
