I stayed in Pension Petros with my girlfriend in June for 4 nights. Location of Pension is just perfect - 3 min. walk to the bus station, 10 min. drive to the airport and a few minutes to the city centre. Staff is very friendly - we had late night flight, so we arrived at 1 AM - the hotel arranged us taxi (25€) and let us in even though they don't have 24h reception. They also let us leave the luggage on the day we left, since again we had the late night flight. Room is good - you have access to the terrace and air conditioner works perfect. Is true the room gets a weird smell if you're not using the air conditioner or you open the terrace, but as soon as you do, it's fine. You have TV, and the WI-FI works perfectly. The only thing that I would change is the size of the bathroom - I don't mind if it's small, but the shower really should be bigger. Othervise the room was cleaned daily - you even get fresh towels everyday, with organic shampoo! Room also has hairdryer. Hotel offers also the pool, but we didn't like it since it's not outside (it's in a small whole below the Pension) and the water is freezing! So the shower and pool could have been better, but I would defenitely recommend you to stay here if you don't want to waste all your money just for the hotel.

Stayed for one night only . We reached Santorini taking an early morning flight , it was getting so hotter outside but the only hotel in our Spain and Greece trip that didnt offer us to checkin even 30 mins before time. Hotel don't have enough staff to clean, only one maid cleaning all rooms . They did offer us to freshen up in one of the most dirtiest toilets ever with clogged basin and no tissue paper . Room was cramped and bathroom was 2 feet by 2 feet or smaller ...i dont know . Bed was okay , there was a small balcony overlooking the road . Location is no doubt very good . A young lady who works partime helped us a lot with tips to move around . Its just walking distance from Fira Bus station . it has a superstore in 200 mtrs . Incase you want to enjoy nightlife , this property can be useful . Rooms are not soundproof . Overall stay was just okay . Could have been better .

We stayed there with my husband while celebrating our wedding anniversary in Santorini, and upon arrival they offered us fresh fruits and wine in the room, it was a nice attention. The room was very simple (maybe I would had prefered the orange beautiful one in the picture, but ok never mind) but very clean and agreable after all, and with a balcony that did not have a particular view, the door of the bathroom did not close well. The ladies at the reception were both very nice and polite with us, and in the last day when we left the luggages at the entry, to empty the room, they even allowed us to take a shower downstairs after we went scuba diving, and that was very appreciated. The location of the place is also a plus : you can easily go to the bus station and to the center of Fira by a simple walk of 10 minutes, and there is a little market on the corner to buy everything you need. The prices of lodging in Santorini are always high and it was high season, so I don't know if we would have found better for such a practical location on the island.

Really nice hotel (smaller rooms, but modern and renovated nicely). Perfect location, within a 5 min walk to the Fira bus station and near bars/restaurants. Ideal if you want to be in the center but not in a noisy location. Highly recommend staying here.

Family travelled to Santorini for first leg of our Greece adventure. We checked into the hotel and found small comfortable rooms. it was a 5 minute walk to Fira for the shops and restaurants and the staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. It is a small hotel with less than 20 rooms-stay for the location and go out and see the sites!

Although room was very small, this could be because it was over-crowded with furniture (who needs a TV while staying in Santorini?) and it was sufficient for a good night's sleep and stayed cool and shaded all day. The bathroom was clean and not too cramped. The room had wooden French door that allowed air to circulate and opened directly into the communal sitting area and the pool (although there was little separation between smoking and non-smoking guests). Management's photos on here show the rooms to be much larger and brighter than they really are. Receptionist was very eager to provide information and advice. Great location, fairly central and less than 10 minutes' stroll from the bus station and markets. Some general advice: Santorini is best enjoyed on foot and by bus (don't be persuaded to hire an ATV!)

The hotel is near bus station and 10 min to city center. Shower is available after checkout in a separate bathroom. You can leave bags at reception. Water from shower is a bit salty. The room looked new and the bed was comfortable. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Fira!

Location is great - 5 minutes walk to Fira town for restaurants, shops and the caldera view. We organised a pick up for 20euro from airport which is actually only a 5-10 minute drive! There are buses but not that often and full! Clean rooms, AC, hairdryer, small but functional bathroom, towels and door to pool area with seating.

Pension Petros is a very nice place to stay in Santorini Location is fantastic (less than 5 minutes walking from Fira's main attractions and from bus station, which will lead you anywhere on the island) Rooms are very comfortable. Soundproof could be better, but it is in a quiet street so apart from other hotel rooms, it is very quiet Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us tons of tips about the island, helped us plan our stay and organized quad rental for us. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I go back to Santorini!!
