We paid over £100 a night for this hotel and while it was clean, it looked dated and our room was cramped. I have stayed in far better hotels in the UK for less than half this price. The shower room was clean but problematic as when showering the drainage system didn't seem to work well and the bathroom would flood. We had to keep towels on the floor pretty much the whole time to absorb the water. The shower itself was tiny and, worst of all, the shower curtain (which was at least new and clean) clung to me every time I showered. However, the room and bathroom were spotless and the hotel staff were brilliant and gave great customer service. The hotel is also well located, away from the noise and chaos of the main drag but within a five minute walk of it, so it was peaceful. The hotel breakfast every morning was good, with choices of hot and cold food, plus healthy options such as fruit salad. It was a sweet little place but in my opinion overpriced. However, in Santorini in peak season perhaps £100 or more a night for a hotel like this is the going rate.

We love Melina and her family. They did their best to make our stay comfortable and safe. The hotel is in a great location with a sea, not caldera view. The room's furniture seemed a bit older but the bathroom was beautiful and modern. Our balcony view was gorgeous looking out over the flowers that surround the entrance to the Mediterranean. The pool area was also nice. Morning breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices that changed daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative on the location is walking through the dusty parking lot to get up to the caldera view (2 blocks). There were people squatting in a Grove of trees next to the lot as it was convenient place to then go begging in Fera. Not the hotel's fault and nobody in our party of 10 had any issues with the beggers. A shop keeper said they move seasonally to the island. I would stay there again.

What a quaint little hotel - very much in the style of a family run hotel. Rooms were clean but in need of an update in some areas. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice with the standout being the Greek yoghurt. Pool area was spacious and we generally had it to ourselves. A small walk to the bustling town of Fira. All in all a most enjoyable.

Great location for centre of Fira and for bus terminal station to take you anywhere on the island. Owner is very knowledgeable about great spots for sunsets, walks, restaurants, etc. We had a renovated bathroom which was lovely, however room was a little like stepping back in time, although very clean and all we needed for our stay.

The hotel has a familiar environment. Rooms are very typical, clean and comfortable. It's a five minutes walk to the center of Fira. The staff is superb. They were very welcoming and gave us very good tips for restaurants and spots for the amazing sunset. Delicious breakfast. The swimming pool area is nice too. There is an area to park your vehicle. Everything good, so it defenitely deserves a 5 stars evaluation. I want to come back to Santorini! And I will defenitely stay here again.
