As the saying goes, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You are smack in the middle of restaurants and shopping as you walk down the cobble stone streets. This lovely hotel has a unique open wooden staircase that leads your room. Upon entering the room, the simple and chic decor is perfect. But nothing beats the most gorgeous view of the island. Take... More

We arrived in the evening, and the taxi let us out near the Orthodox church. It was a very short walk to the hotel. Our room was small and spartan, but the tiny balcony afforded us the view we came to see. Stunning. I recommend Room 302, because there are stairs to the front door of the hotel right outside... The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is right on the main cobblestone walkway, and if you get one of the "400" level rooms, those rooms are also right at street level so you never need to navigate stairs to go out into the town. It is steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The room was... More

Arrived by shuttle transfer early evening, were dropped at the bottom of a hill due to the street panorama is on been pedestrianised. Out of the blue a porter appeared from the hotel and carried both our suit cases up the hill to get us checked in. I liked the fact the shuttle bus company and hotel were in contact... More

I absolutely recommend this place! Right in the center of town. Very kind staff. Hotel soaps and shampoos smell amazing! Soft and comfortable linens! Absolutely amazing! Our view was absolutely stunning we almost didn't want to leave our room!

The standard rooms are relatively small. The location is just great if you want to be at Fira with a fantastic view from your private balcony. Quality of the room furniture could be improved and specially the bed. Breakfast is of excellent quality and having it on the rooftop makes it even better. Make sure to eat at the Naoussa... More

Visit to Santorini delivered everything we expected. The room at the panorama was spacious and the view from the balcony was just as pictured on the website. Don't need a hot tub though. Expensive but handy to the town. We chose this motel to minimise step due to bad knees. There is a lift but it was out of order... More

Location was great, so was the view. It was so good to be able to order something made fresh on the breakfast menu. The restaurant recommendations were a bit hit and miss. Antony at the front desk was very helpful.

This hotel wants to be high-end but it doesn't provide everything it should in order to meet its goal. Half the price per night and it might be reasonable value for money, but at the moment, sorry to say, you'll be paying for luxury without receiving it. The positives are that the hotel is nice (some might say very nice),... More

We stayed at Panorama in June 2016 and absolutely loved our experience here. The staff is accommodating and provides excellent service, especially the front desk. We booked several months in advance but had to change our reservation to add a third guest and the process was seamless; Panorama was very understanding. We arrived in Santorini quite early in the day... More
