Great location, walking distance into Fira. My room was very spacious and the balcony had a brilliant view. Staff at the pool bar are friendly. Vanessa at the front desk is amazing – she cant do enough to help you. This is the place where you come to have quiet time and just relax.

We stayed here three nights on our Gate1 trip and found this hotel to be very comfortable and and pleasurable. We liked the breakfast and enjoyed the pool facilities. We found the staff at the front desk to be very helpful. We especially like the location of the hotel, in a quieter part of Fira. We still had a great place close to see the sunset and found the local restaurants fine for our needs. We had a great rooftop dinner at Vanila restaurant. Our group of 8 highly recommend this hotel.

This is nice little hotel . Newly renovated , very friendly staff. Particularly, Venessa at the front desk was very very helpful. Hotel has a great breakfast spread , excellent choice for healthy eaters. View from the room is beautiful. The only surprise element is , jacuzzi does not have warm water and for sauna they actually charge additional.

This was my first time in Santorini and I really regret booking this place. It’s the middle of firs very hectic. The pictures online look like a nice hotel but they are completely different from reality. There is no service here you have to carry your own bags inside when arriving. Hallways smelled terrible and the floors were very very dirty. I have some pictures here of my room. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels that are way nicer and cleaner!!!

We spent a week in this hotel visiting Santorini again after about 15 years since our last visit. We wanted a hotel from where we could walk into town in the evening and the location here did not disappoint. However the hotel itself was lacking in atmosphere and facilities you would expect from a 4 star. Our room was spacious with a balcony with a so called garden view - there was no garden it looked into other neighbouring buildings! The bed and bedding were spotless and the shower/ bathroom was large with toiletries provided. The decorative metal bits and pieces housing the taps and shower hoses were loose and not attached to the walls and were able to be spun round. The hairdryer provided was extremely old fashioned and was either on or off. The main doors to the rooms were locked and unlocked with a key , not self locking doors! The windows and main door in our room were not sealed properly and this meant that when it was windy ( which it often was due to the elevation of the building) the wind howled! The shutters on the balcony were also ill-fitting and the catches not fixed properly enough to ensure they were held in place so they banged about quite considerably in the wind. There are a lot of steps to negotiate in the hotel, although there is a lift it does not access all levels without the need of steps. There is a pool bar, no pool side service that we encountered during our week here, and it served lunch time snacks. There is what the reception staff called an emergency bar located next to reception but the bottles on show here were empty. So there is no real lounge bar where guests can relax and enjoy a drink. It was often too windy at the pool to do this despite bar staff asking management to come to close some screens to give shelter. There is a spa- it’s rather small with a tiny hot tub, a sauna, and a small gym. In my opinion this is probably why the hotel has 4 stars so take this away it’s more like a 3 star hotel in reality. Food is always buffet style. The breakfasts are adequate and the one buffet evening meal we had was the same. However there is no atmosphere in the dining room - it is echoey and resembles a school dining hall. So location was the best facility for us.
