Spectacular experience at Symphony Suites at Santorini. This facility has all you can hope for at very special experience at this unique island. Reservations Manager Georgia was extremely helpful from the first contact and organized everything with utmost hospitality, even offered an upgrade to better suite on arrival. Highly recommended hotel altogether.

Our suite had fantastic cliff view which we didn't get tired of admiring and taking endless amount of photos. Location of the suites is right at the beginning once you rise via steap hill rod from ferry port, some 5-10mins to Fira center by local bus only. Breakfast was delivered to the room on agreed time and quantities of delicates. Jacuzzi was of course the highlight of the stay and I spent hours and hours there just enjoying the moment.

We went on our honeymoon and it was Absolutely awesome! We stayed in the Venus Suite which has an outstanding private view to the Caldera and the rest of the Island. It is the best place to see the sunset without the confusion of the crowded places in the island. The location is perfect because it is in the middle of the island, so we could see the whole island through the 3 days, and the distance to the capital Fira is only 7min by car. Georgia was the host, always available to us! We could text her any hour and she was always so kind and helpful and every situation! We also loved to meet Peter, who always helped us in everything :)
Highly recommended to have a romantic and beautiful stay in Santorini!

I spent 2 nights in this amazing hotel. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable and remarkably clean. The suit came with a great size Jacuzzi offering the most amazing view one can look for. The stuff members were extremely helpful and very polite, always there to help us in any request we had. Also, the suites are just a step from the bus stop were you can easily access Fira and the beaches of Santorini. I highly recommend this accommodation for couples and friends! One of the best places I've ever stayed.

The only reason that we booked Symphony Suites Santorini is that it is a 5 minute walk from Santo Wines, which you must visit during any stay in Santorini.

We were greeted by the lovely Katarina who made the whole check-in process a dream. She was also very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and activities, with one restaurant being The Vine in Thera where we had an amazing experience for drinks, then dinner.

Our suite was the Honeymoon Studio Suite even though I was traveling with my BFF. The suite was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, kept by Peter and other staff, and had a jacuzzi with an amazing view of the caldera.

A few nights after we had checked out we saw Katarina in downtown Thera and she stopped to have a chat with us, which says a lot about her genuineness.

Symphony Suites Santorini is one of the very best places that we have stayed in anywhere in the world and we highly recommend them and we wished that we had stayed for more than just the 1 night.

It all seems taken from a dream. Every awakening was overwhelming, the view is incredible and the breakfast in the room, as well as a great bonus, is very well prepared and delivered on time. The jacuzzi has a wonderful view and works very well with plenty of privacy from the other rooms. The staff team is 5 stars, Despina and Georgia are tireless, very friendly and attentive, thank you very much. It is more isolated from the rest of the places, which captivated us more due to its privacy and there is a bus stop at the Grigoris bakery right near the hotel, we never waited more than 20 minutes, the buses work very well. They assist in the motorcycle or car rental service that they bring to the hotel in a very short space of time where we rented an ATV without ever having driven it, they gave some explanations and we were ready. In short, it was a dream stay. We highly recommend the room, it is very well prepared and the bathroom is excellent with great products and coffee is always available. We stayed in the Venus suite (with the triangle terrace seen in the photos)

We loved our stay here! The room and bathroom were nice and very clean, the included breakfast was brought to our room every morning, and the view was breathtaking even from the more affordable suite we stayed in. The main downside was the hotel's location on a busy road, with loud buses and motorbikes going by fairly regularly. Still, we had no problem sleeping, but I could see how it might be bothersome. The upside to the location is that it was right around the corner from a bus stop as well as Santo Wines, and just a short walk to the quiet but beautiful town of Pyrgos. We opted not to stay in Fira because of how busy it is, and so the location of this hotel worked well for us. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions via Whats App. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to stay in Fira but still want reasonable access to other parts of the island!

I’d like to make it clear that my rating is simply based on the location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the suite was lovely. However, this hotel is split in two and both sides are on a main very busy uphill road, and the noise of cars and trucks struggling to get up it is constant and very disturbing.

You have wonderful views and lovely staff, but you can get this in so many places in santorini that I don’t think I’d recommend that un are able car noise to anyone who wants to stay here sadly.

Luckily, our two days here were the two days we spent outside on excursions, otherwise I think I would have checked out shortly after I checked in.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Symphony Suites. The views were incredible, as the hotel is located on top of Caldera, overseeing the gorgeous Mediterranean sea and the volcano. The views alone are worth your penny. Not to mention the very friendly staff, especially Georgia who helped me choose the room that best suited my needs and recommended the best local bars & restaurants.
The private heated jacuzzi was a really nice touch and added much value to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely be back.

An absolute gem a bus ride away from Fira and Oia. Superb views and comfortable beautiful room. Staff could not have been more helpful. Considerate, helpful Attentive, S lovely vibe and amazing value for money, to get this quality in Oia would cost considerably more. Thank you Georgia got a fantastic stay.
