Stunning views from these fantastic suites. All the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. Great location. The junior suites each have a very nice heated hot tub on the balcony. Rooms are spotless, with shampoo, conditioner, etc. provided. Fridge, coffee machine, and safe in present in the room. The bed is comfortable, and a bonus is that breakfast is served on your balcony. Breakfast is so tasty, and they had gluten-free bread (upon request). Likewise, the cocktails are fab and can be had poolside while enjoying the view.

What made my stay in Santorini so magical and unforgettable is our stay in the superior suite. OMG !! You will get the perfect view , privacy and the view that you’ve been seeing all over the internet planning ahead your trip. You will never regret booking this hotel! It’s located in the perfect spot in Oia , great service , clean rooms , spacious rooms , clean toilets & great team as well. Thank you for making our stay so memorable 🤍

Amazing stay with wonderful staff. The staff were very helpful to make our trip to Santorini. We stayed in the cave rooms, which were very comfortable to stay in. The staff offer a personalized breakfast, which was a great way to stay your day with a great view of the sea.

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights in May 2023. We are experienced travellers and usually stay in 5-star properties. We can honestly say we saw no room for improvement in any part of our experience at Kima Oia Suites. We were amazed at the attention to detail in cleaning, room amenities, room décor, breakfast, etc. Each of the staff that we interacted with did their job perfectly.

Atrocious! I have never been treated so badly ever in a hotel in my life (and I travel A LOT). Staff is horrendous. Adriana in the front desk is the worst professional to ever work in a client facing business and a horrible human being. Service is outrageous and offensive. I had to take the time to write a review and help other travelers avoid the same mistake - do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place!!!
If that wasn't bad enough, they promise sunset view but there is absolutely NO sunset view. There is Caldera view, but no sunset view from anywhere in the hotel whatsoever. They will recommend lousy restaurants. They will try to rip you off selling the worst boat tours for 50% more expensive than better ones outside. They will outright lie to you in your face. They will not give you proper instructions on how to get to the hotel, park the car or handle luggage - it was a complete nightmare given how hard it is to reach this dirty hideout.
Bed was pretty bad, breakfast was poor (ONE egg per person), got a room with a hot tub which could barely fit one (slim) person, reception closes early and doesn't open until late morning, AC shuts off for a long time when you open the door, Hostile environment, offensive (Adriana at the front desk is the worst - looks like she wants to stab you at any time). It's dirty and disgusting with spider webs all over. And the list goes on and on.
Definitely not worth the money. Not even worth staying there for free, to be honest. Honeymoon ruined. I wish I knew 1% of this before booking. Well, at least now you all do.

Just great! First we stayed there for 2nights in Kima Suite and then we went to the other side of the island, in Kamari. Because of the bad weather on the other side of the island and strong wind we quickly returned to Kima, in cave suite. Our stay there was like a fairytail. Kima offers privacy, quiet, best views on the whole island, because of the position is not windy like the others parts, breakfast was delicious and the people there were so nice! Worth the price, so do not consider twice, just booked it!

The Kima Oia Suites exceeded our expectations! This place is amazing with the most spectacular view, beautiful rooms and an amazing breakfast! We are a family of 4 and stayed in the 2 bedroom cave suite which is on the main level by the pool. We had breakfast every morning right outside our door overlooking the Caldera and it was absolutely stunning. Adriana arranged all our transfers and excursions and Aris was so friendly and helpful and is such a hard worker! We highly recommend this beautiful location and will definitely be back!

Nothing bad to say about my experience at Kia Oia Suites. From arrival to exit the lovely team did everything they could to ensure our stay was everything you'd expect it to be. Located in a beautiful spot on the Caldera it gives you unrestricted views of the Sea and the famous Santorini view that brought you there in the first place. Would recco the Cave Suite as its slightly elevated and has a private heated jacuzzi (VERY HOT for us Brits if you make the mistake of asking them to turn it up!). Daily breakfast was lovely, coffee facilities in the room, decent TV, decent WiFi, not too many steps to get up and down, fairly priced and very well organised transfers - your calves will be stronger when you get home but that's just Santorini!

We just returned from Kima and we had the most incredible time at the hotel. The location is stunning, the best location on the island.
The rooms are beautiful and the staff could not be more helpful!
Andriana was exceptionally helpful and always a step ahead in helping us book anything we needed.
Aris was so friendly and could not do enough to help in any way he could and Mary was so kind and informative about the island and could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back!
