We stayed at Santorini Secret in Oia for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The property is gorgeous and located in a convenient location, and the views are breathtaking! Highly recommend getting a room with a hot tub, especially when it cools down at night. We loved our stay here and hope we can come back again to visit!
I am a travel advisor and stayed at this luxury boutique hotel with my husband. I have many requests for Oia from my clients and wanted to visit Santorini and stay at Secrets Suites myself to better advise my clients. We had many wonderful experiences during our 4-night stay, but I will highlight some that stood out below: • The daily breakfast service was incredible with an amazing selection of offerings and quality of food. We enjoyed dining on our private patio with stunning views of the caldera every morning. • Our room was spacious and very comfortable in every way. We had a large bathroom with all the luxury amenities and bathrobes available. • The bar and pool area were a delightful and relaxing part of our days. The bar tenders were very skilled at making unique cocktails and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests from around the world. • Dinner at Blackrock was exceptional! The chef was world class, and the cuisine was delicious and beautifully presented. All the staff were warm and courteous, and I would like to thank them all for making it such a special experience. • I love the fact that guests at Secret Suites have access to the View Hotel. It offers a different experience that is still exclusive. The pool is large, and you can see the famous Santorini sunset from the bar. The hospitality shown to us throughout our stay was much appreciated. Alex and Ionna were extremely helpful and handled all of our requests for us, including dinner reservations and tours. Our experience at Secrets Suites in Oia is one we will always remember fondly, and we hope to visit again soon.…
This is a beautiful property, and our room was very comfortable with a very large bath and sleeping room, a comfortable bed, and very nice linens and towels. Breakfast on the terrace was a beautiful way to start each day. But what sets this hotel apart from many others is the staff. Everyone we met, from check in to check out, and everyone in between, was thrilled to be serving the guests. Our relationship with our personal concierge, Alex, started before our arrival. I had emailed the hotel requesting help with reservations for dinner for the three nights we were there. Alex had made them and emailed me the details. He met us when we arrived, and after checking in, sat down with us at the pool bar and finalized our plans for our stay. Everything worked out perfectly. Alex, the bartender at the pool bar, made excellent drinks and always made sure we had plenty of water. The man who delivered our breakfast each morning was amazing. I have no idea how he could run up and down the steps carrying the large, awkward, heavy trays without spilling a thing. This is definitely where we will stay when we return to Oia.…
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Everyone on the staff was so helpful and friendly. I received a massage during our stay and it was wonderful and so peaceful. Also the breakfast to the room was unbeatable with the views. Loved relaxing in the jacuzzi every evening too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini!
Stayed here at the beginning of September and it was AHHMAZINGGG!!! The location was perfect, service was top notch and the VIEW .. THE VIEW, WOWWWW!!! First the location, it was in the perfect spot...near the beginning of the main Oia drag so you don't get too many tourists congested in a small area. The service was great! Everyone was so friendly and nice! Alexandros and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and always eager to help! Anytime I had a question prior to our trip someone was prompt to answer whether it be about shuttles, food, restaurants, etc. The other thing that amazed me was how helpful they were to assist with our covid test back to the USA. They were able to arrange someone to come to our suite for the test! So helpful and convienent! Our room...was the Grand Pool Suite and boy were we glad to have booked this room! Our door opened up to our own private pool with the famous Oia caldera view! Yes, we took a million pics but the pics does not do justice of actually being there! Every morning we woke up to the beautiful view and would even leave or doors open because THE VIEW!!! I must say the mornings were the best seeing the sunrise and the calmness of the morning. So peaceful and calm soon after we'd have breakfast delivered to our suite! I wouldn't change a thing about our stay in Oia, at Santorini Secret Suites & Spa! …
I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. A part of me wanted to keep this magical hotel a "secret" ;) , but I needed to give credit where it is do, as this hotel staff and facilities are not only amazing, but the view is the best from here. The hotel was very helpful prior to arrival emailing back and forth on transfer, and they went about and beyond helping with all transfers the rest of my stay. As I travelled alone, this really helped a lot, as I was less inclined to walk to places by myself. They were available by phone at all times to help arrange for sometime to pick me up later post my drop off. And the hotel has it's own car which adds a nice touch to the experience. I stayed in a room with hot tub and it was amazing. The room was super large and modern. The best was the balcony of course overlooking the caldera, and the breakfast served to you on your balcony was not only beyond delicious and a huge portion, but just so nice to enjoy that view from your own patio. You select the food and time for breakfast the day before, and it shows up right on time. It was so nice! The staff just goes above and beyond. They couldn't have been more helpful and truly care about their customers. The staff at pool bar and restaurant were so kind and take the time to get to know their guests. As I mentioned I was staying alone, they went out of their way to speak with me and to see how I was doing. The food and drinks were amazing and this is coming from someone that lives in NYC where we have plenty of high-quality food. The pics already posted on here are accurate, and there is no word to describe the view. I am a beach person, but actually loved staying here in the caldera 100x more than my stay at the beach hotels. The pool is small, but that's ok, bc the view is what you want. This hotel is centrally located on the caldera cliff and right in the middle of all with high views. Everyone looking down from above is definitely jealous of you for sure! Truly this location and the view you get I feel was better than some other more expensive hotels near by. I truly feel that the price here (although a lot *lol*) was beyond reasonable for all that you got!!!! I miss being here so much!!!! The fitness room was very small, but has some dumbbells, matts, benches to work out with which is better than nothing at all which most hotels on the caldera don't have anything available. The cardio equipment is old, so I wouldn't plan to do cardio, but you can do some weight workout and climbing the stairs here will keep you in shape! Truly this is the place to stay! I miss everyone there! They were truly amazing in every way! Thank you all…
Outstanding room, view and service I’m 52 and flying with my bestie. Santorini is absolutely stunning but more so if you book this hotel and walk out onto your terrace to view the Calderas and Aegean Sea. Our first (2 nights)room was large with pool, the second room was great too with hot tub (2 more days)The hotel has a excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner(Black Rock). The signature cocktails just amazing. You can walk directly out to the street( after several stairs which is normal in Oía)to all the shops and restaurants. The highlight of this hotel is the customer service, all the staff are great, Johanna was fantastic, booked us restaurants, excursions and transportation so our vacation remained stress free. I would absolutely return to this hotel!!
The hotel is perfectly located at the start of the hustle and bustle of The Oia strip. Handy drop off area across the way. To die for views from our own private infinity pool. We arrived late around 145am and still had a warm greeting and helpful pointers. Even then the private pool was warm and we enjoyed a middle of the night skinny dip! Room was massive and very, very clean. Breakfasts are all served to your room as standard, you can go to the restaurant if you like. Views are amazing day and night across the bay to the old volcano. Staff are all wonderful, super helpful and super happy to see you and speak to you about your day and what they recommend. They can organise anything on the island. The spa staff are great. In room massages, terrace massages or if you like there is a spa next to the main hotel pool and bar. Black Rock Restaurant is in the hotel and the food is amazing. One of the best on the island.…
I highly recommend staying at the Santorini Secret Suites & Spa while visiting Santorini. When we checked in, we were greeted by the staff, taken to the pool bar to receive a complimentary cocktail then given a tour of the place/our room. The hotel is within walking distance to everything in Oia but the front desk can schedule a transfer if you plan to travel to other parts of the island. The hotel provides a sheet each day of different full breakfast options (eggs benedict, spinach pie, fresh fruit, pancakes, etc.) to select from and serves it to you on the balcony the following morning with beautiful views of the caldera. The Black Rock restaurant at the hotel had delicious upscale food, fantastic service and great views of the caldera. My fiancee and I got engaged while in Santorini and the Santorini Secret Suites/Santorini Secret Legends made it an unforgettable experience.…
The staff here is phenomenal! The people made this place and the experience worth it. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The best part was the spa. Stella is beyond talented. I can't praise her enough!
