Amazing three days here. Faultless. Perfect location, staff 10/10. They couldn’t do enough for you. Stunning views. The breakfast is amazing, fresh and plentiful. The restaurant at the hotel was the best meal we had during our visit and the most reasonable. The owner is on site most of the time and makes you feel so welcome. We had a double room with poo view and a caldera view villa. Book the caldera view villa if you can. Stunning. Can’t wait to go back.
We only stayed two nights at this lovely hotel, which was perfectly located away from the crowds of Oia. The room was very clean and my teenagers loved the outdoor hot tub. Only downside was that we didn’t have a sea view, but the hotel isn’t on the caldera side of the island, so not a huge issue. Their restaurant serves delicious food in the evening and I would highly recommend it.
We ate here one evening and had drinks on a second occasion. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent and the location is just perfect, situated just as you arrive in Oia and a 30 second walk to some of the best views in the World. The chicken skewer with tzatziki was great. If we’d have stayed more nights I’m sure we’d have eaten here again. The prices in here were much more reasonable than other restaurants nearby.
The good- Location is perfect, it's around 5 minute walk from the center which is nice to get away from the crowds in Oia, which can feel a little bit claustrophobic. The staff are so friendly and informative- I think her name is Anna Marie, which is a great asset to the hotel. She gave us information on what to do around Santorini and helped us book a boat trip. As well as the staff in the restaurant. The hotel offered a taxi to the ferry port which was very beneficial to us. The average- The rooms are decent, but needs updating. The breakfast offered is limited, and nothing above average. The poor- I could not get a good night sleep at this hotel, the doors are so loud when closing- which could benefit with a door closer hinge to limit the noise. The pool bar was closed, no information on why (maybe because we went in the mid season?) but it could have been communicated better. The WiFi in the rooms is bad, but this did not bother us as we did not stay in the hotel room for very long.…
My family and I stayed in their villas and couldn’t have enjoyed our time on the island more! The location is great, just steps away from the market and their AMAZING restaurant (where you get a great free breakfast each day) and a little walk from old town Oia - but the best part is the spectacular views and privacy. The villa is fully complimented with everything you need, it even had binoculars and telescopes! What we will most is the wonderful warm and caring staff that cared about us and really took care of our every need - helping to make sure we knew our way around the island and going the extra mile to arrange for a private tour. Our time with them was one of our highlights of Greece, and of our lifetime.
Our rooms had the most amazing views and every amenity but what was even more amazing was the highest level of customer service that each person provided from the desk to the bellhop to the delicious restaurant - everything exceeded every expectation. They also are great at arranging tours, they arranged a tour that was stellar and was beyond words - I can’t speak highly enough - would repeat again without hesitation for the views and for the people. I’ll miss this but the memories will live forever.
I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter for spring break. We loved our room. It is a little dated but it is still a very nice room and a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. This was a working vacation for me and the only thing I can honestly complain about is the internet connection which was very unstable. We had a room with a pool view. My daughter went to the pool which was very nice but I am afraid the weather was still too cool for much pool use. I chose this hotel after the hotel we originally booked canceled our reservation for no reason. I am happy to say we stayed at Anemomilos instead of the other hotel because we really enjoyed the hotel and the staff.
My wife and I traveled to Santorini in Sept. 2021. We were greeted by Dimitris. He was so welcoming and took care of all of our requests. He is a perfect representative for any business. We had a Superior suite w/hottub. The room was very spacious and had a stovetop, which we never used, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was huge and yes, it has a hairdryer. Maid service was exceptional where they promptly had our room done by the time we were done with breakfast. The on-site restaurant has breakfast available and it was good with fresh eggs, bacon, and pastries. The owner of the hotel and his wife operate the restaurant daily and were very gracious and friendly. They have a good menu with lots of options for lunch and dinner. The wait staff was very attentive and professional. The hotel is located 3 or 4/10th of a mile from the main town of Oia. It's an easy walk but watch out for the speeding cars, scooters, and motorcycles. The road is very narrow. Across from the hotel is a small market with everything you may need and a car/scooter/dune buggy rental office next door. Driving in Santorini can be a bit nerve-wracking but take the chance and go for it. The island is well worth the risk. Kidding, it's really not that risky. Have fun and check out this hotel. It was very nice.…
If you want to stay in Oia, Santorini, make sure you book this place. It’s situated in a perfect location. Our luxurious cave room with pool and breath-taking views was simply 🌟 A M A Z I N G 🌟 You don’t have too many steps either at this residence and Dimitris the hotel manager works pretty much seven days a week and is the most helpful, kind and friendly hotel manager you’ll ever meet. He is a credit to the hotel. He never failed to deliver an awesome service with a smile. He even organised a romantic couples massage for us on our terrace at sunset 💞 The breakfast was varied and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. The photos of this hotel online do not do it justice, we booked here because the reviews were extremely good and after staying here I would not look elsewhere when going back. If you want a wonderful place to stay with breathtaking views this is your place! Fairly priced for what you get, unlike many places in Oia and it’s also unpretentious. Staying here was like a wonderful dream. Far better than other places I have stayed previously in Oia. Ben & Charlie..…
This place is honestly the cutest hotel in Oia. There are different price ranges for all travellers, more basic rooms and then even those nice villas with pools. We had a slight mix up with our room but the owner and Dimitris in reception were so accommodating to us. The pool is so nice to have especially because in Oia is harder to find places with pools that are so so close to the town. Breakfast was super! Thank you Dimitris you are amazing!
