We loved everything about this hotel, it's placed almost in the middle of Oia facing beautiful caldera volcanos, views are simply magnificent. This place used to be an old vinery so rooms are spacious and fully equipped with privet jacuzzi and veranda and there's a main pool for guests too. We considered a big benefit the placement of the hotel, it's near the parallel main road making the access very easy, you don't need climb steps or walk far to reach the hotel. It is quiet, cosy and very professionally managed, everyone is very friendly and ready to help or assist. Special thanks to Katerina, Dimitra, Alexis and everyone else for making our stay special.

Spent four nights at the Filotera Suites in the two room two bath cave suite. It was nothing short of amazing. The villa was very large and easily slept our family of four. Breakfast on our patio each day was amazing. Very fresh fruit and cakes and yummy omelets. Special shout out to Hari who made awesome drinks poolside and made sure we all were well taken care of. And Argy at the front desk was lovely. Book this hotel. You will not regret it. Fantastic start to finish.

We loved our recent visit to Oia and our stay at the Filotera suites. Rooms were great, I highly recommend the Patitiri Suite, which is closest to the reception. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning, which was fantastic. There are many fantastic hotels in Oia, but the location of the Filotera Suites cannot be beaten. At the start of the marble path entering Oia, it's close to everything but not overcrowded with thousands of tourists. The hotel arranged transportation for us all over the island, which was great. Overall, we would recommend staying in Oia over Fira, which we found to be much less impressive. The hotel had excellent air-conditioning, fast and free wifi, and views to die for. Staff were efficient and friendly, especially the bar tender and gentleman that served the breakfast each day. Highly recommended.

Where to begin? This may be my favorite place in the world so far. If we ever have the privilege of returning to Oia, we will be staying at Filotera Suites again. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by staff that helped carried our bags 3 at a time. The work they performed was astonishing. Kate greeted us at the top and immediately we felt like we were visiting an old friend. She was welcoming and warm and maintained her smile every time we interacted with her! She was incredibly helpful in planning some of our trips and assisting with transportation. We had 3 rooms at the hotel and stayed for 8 nights. Our room was the "pool room". It does feel like a private pool like others have mentioned and was of course the go to spot when we were just relaxing. You can't mention relaxing by the pool without mentioning Harry. A great conversationalist, mixoligist and master concierge. His advice and tips regarding some of our restaurant choices resulted in some real red carpet treatment. His advice gave us unforgettable experiences that we will always be grateful for. Each morning we had breakfast consisting of a choice of 3 items from the hotel menu. The portions are huge, you will not be hungry after this meal. Santos's fresh squeezed orange juice was a must have and his service each morning was flawless. Get the chocolate crepe, you won't be disappointed. The entire staff was friendly and hard working. Always greeting you with a good morning and a smile. Our room was always clean and the turn down service was exceptional as well. I know I didn't mention everyone by name, but you were ALL appreciated and made us feel like we really belonged. Thank You! Doug, Jackie, Dennis, Cindy, Danny and Wendy

Let me start off by saying we were very excited to stay in the famous oia and experience the luxury that Santorini offers . we stayed for 3 nights in the cave by the pool and were very happy with the Outdoor jacuzzi and room . there is no view from the room but that didn’t bother us because we were at pool level and we’re able to take in the view from the pool. On the last night I inadvertently booked an upgraded executive cave suite . this room was a downgrade based on size even though they claim it’s the same size . The outdoor hot tub doesn’t go past warm and it was smaller than the previous room . however . The view from this suite is better than the previous category . I would not recommend this hotel overall because when you book a luxury room and pay ++++ you would think that you at least get what you pay for . I am disappointed with how the front desk handled the situation . The continental breakfast was okay . nothing special but nothing bad to say either .

This hotel is amazing. Very small and personal where the staff are very helpful and attentive. As soon as you arrive at reception you are completely blown away by the stunning views over the caldera. As you walk down the path to your suite you appreciate the location and that everything is spotlessly clean. Our cave suite had a lovely big terrace with a seating area and a hot tub with the same amazing views. The pool area is small but perfectly adequate for the number of guests and was never crowded. Very relaxing. Nice bar staff there as well. Gets a bit shady later in the day. Breakfast on your terrace every morning was a great touch. Would highly recommend

We had an incredible 4 night stay at Filotera suites in the Lino room. We booked our trip pretty last minute so most hotels in Oia were already booked. We lucked out getting the last room available here. Our suite was tucked away on the corner with complete privacy. The other suites next to us seemed to have a slightly better view for morning breakfast but less privacy. Service, hospitality, food, amenities- everything was 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious stay in Oia!

I booked this hotel for a surprise honeymoon post covid as it was on the amber list. The room we stayed in was the executive cave suite with outdoor hot tub and what a room it was. As it was a surprise, I had planned lots of restaurants, room extras like balloons, hiring of quads and boat tours. This was all done through the hotel! I emailed constantly to ensure everything was booked and the hotel were brilliant in organising it all. As it was a honeymoon they decorated the room with balloons and rose petals for an extra charge but it was worth it! The hot tub was perfect and when we wanted it warmer, the staff were on hand to increase the temperature. The room itself is located just under the reception but it was perfect. You have your own little area and steps down to the room. The hotel is located in the busy part of Oia but at the quieter end which is nice. It’s a hotel where everyone gets that “Instagram” photo. The breakfast was fantastic and it is served on your balcony which overlooks the Caldera and the view is sublime! The breakfast itself is amazing and you have lots to choose from. The pool is great and is always quiet so it feels like your very own private pool. We ended up having a private candle lit dinner on the last night at the hotel and was so nice. The breakfast was so good that our expectations were high and it did not disappoint! Lovey 3 course meal to end the honeymoon. I would certainly be returning to this hotel due to the location, the breakfast and the staff! Every staff member at the hotel were so polite, kind and would always ask if we needed anything. The service was probably the best service we have ever had in a hotel and you certainly won’t be disappointed with the hotel!

One of the best ever :-). We have been to Santorini before and managed to stay in some the best hotels in Oia. However, Filotera was the most fun, enjoyable, luxury and we had a blast there. The rooms are beautifully appointed and you might find everything that you desire. The breakfast its served every morning on your balcony and its delicious. The highlight for us was the service from everyone at the hotel. I will start with Maria and the way that she helped me to organise a birthday surprise for my wife. Big Thank you. Then Michail, AMAZING person and EXCELLENT cocktails and fun by the pool. And finally George for the amazing and delicious food(the moussaka was out of this world). We thoroughly enjoyed it. Those three people made the vacation for us one of the best and I want to say big Bravo and HUGE Thank you! Hopefully we will see each other again very soon! Again Thank you, Lubo and Dani :-)
