We splurged when we decided to stay at Mystique and it was definitely worth it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and were welcomed warmly. Our room was a wonderful suite with a private terrace overlooking the ocean. Every employee was warm and friendly. Breakfast was great and they fine dining restaurant, LURE was awesome. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. If you have time to visit their spa, do it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mystique. The hotel is “magical”, with wonderful views everywhere. The staff from reception to the restaurants are friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the manager Spyros who helped resolve a broken luggage issue. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is INCREDIBLE and the spa is fantastic! I frequently get massages and this was the best massage of my life hands down. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Katharine and Alexis. They are extremely talented and it was so relaxing that we are going back for a second candle lit massage 2 days later before we leave! 20/10 and highly recommend!

This resort was great. The views from our room were breathtaking. The room itself was gorgeous and unusual-you are in a room carved out of the side of a cliff-like a cave with a curved ceiling. The private pool & hot tub were fabulous. The staff was always incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Very small recommendation -housekeeping wasn’t on top of things -they’d forget to restock things like shampoo and leave dirty glasses around-but as soon as we would call -they’d fix it immediately. This hotel & its breathtaking views was a once in a lifetime experience. Be prepared -as it is on a cliff -you cannot wear heels.

Have you ever been afraid to book a hotel because it may not live up to expectations? As an admin of a large (14,500+ members) Facebook group for Marriott Titanium / Ambassador members, I read my members' reviews on a lot of exquisite properties. I’ve had a few letdowns in the past. Mystique was not one of those. It definitely lives up to the hype. We stayed in a Wet Allure suite, which had a hot tub on the patio. It may have been one of the most unique rooms I've ever stayed in. The hotel is carved into the cliffs rising above the Aegean; the room's curves and light-colored walls are in keeping with the local architecture. The view, of course, was breathtaking. This hotel is absolutely immaculate. It is luxurious and well-maintained, and service is top-notch (even though the hotel reopened for the season only a few weeks ago). There is daily housekeeping, bottled water is plentiful (restocked morning and evening), and there is evening turn-down service. The staff is nothing short of incredible. Everyone with whom we came into contact was friendly, helpful and good-natured. Special kudos go to Christina, the Guest Experience Supervisor, who proved valuable even prior to arrival. She set up transportation from the airport, and ensured that our room would be exactly what I expected. When we got to meet her at check-in, she was so friendly, personable and energetic, that we couldn't help but immediately like and appreciate her. Those attributes carried through our stay. During the stay, the front office actively used WhatsApp for communication. We texted them to send transportation to pick us up from dinners, and the fees ($20 from Amoudi Bay) were charged to our room account. I loved this service and found it to be very convenient. I would be remiss if I did not mention the breakfast, which was complimentary to Marriott elite members (Platinum and above, I believe). This is such an incredible amenity. The menu is fairly extensive, and everything we sampled was perfectly prepared and presented. And you sure can't beat the setting / view! The only downside to Mystique is the cobblestone steps, which can be challenging. They are of uneven length and height, and there are a lot of them. Be prepared. But, again, they are in keeping with the local architecture, and they're quite beautiful. Just wear sneakers! Thanks, Mystique staff, for an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay here for 8 days. We had a stay in a spiritual suite with its own hot tub outside which we used a lot and a small gym room in the suite which we really should have tried to use more. The views from the room were lovely. All the rooms have great views but the terraces of the rooms all look quite different in terms of privacy. Ours was semi private near the spa which meant a few people walking past. If privacy is really important then may be worth checking with hotel beforehand. The hotel location was great as just a short stroll into the Main Street of oia so it’s a little quieter . The service was friendly but really efficient. When we arrived at the hotel we were met at the top of the steps by staff to carry our bags down and similarly they carried them back up to the car when we left, it is no mean feat as there are a lot of steps to the reception and our cases were heavy. We used the concierge WhatsApp to make a few restaurant reservations which was quickly done and the restaurants all gave us great tables. A taxi back from Ammoudi Bay was also organised over what’s app and arrived really quickly. Breakfasts were super but perhaps the all day dining menu could have had a few more simple classics on for our taste. We did the wine tasting at the hotel, would recommend. Dinner at Lure was beautifully presented and it has a fantastic setting, but we were early in the season and it was a little cold and windy, worth a visit when warmer. We had a wonderful stay and would just like to say thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff who made it a great holiday.

My husband and I just returned from a dream trip to Greece which we had planned in 2020 but due to covid shutting down the world we had to cancel. We decided this was the year to go and what an amazing trip we had! We visited Athens, Santorini and Crete and Santorini was everything we had dreamed and more! It truly is paradise. We were so glad we stayed at Mystique! It is such a special property and the staff are exceptional and helped to create the most magical, memorable stay! Even before we arrived, the staff was so helpful to arrange our airport pickup and help with ideas for our stay. It was so nice to get off the plane and have a car waiting for us and have the staff carry our bags to our room. Those guys deserve much praise for carrying luggage to the rooms and all the steps they make to deliver room service and such. (Santorini does have a lot of steps and lots of walking which we averaged walking about 5 miles every day and many of these were steps up and down through town which makes this place so special how it is built on the side of a hill). The property is only steps away from the main walkway into Oia which we loved as it was so quiet at night and private. We felt so welcomed when we arrived with a drink and cool towels. We were delighted to be upgraded to a Suite with a hot tub on our private patio which we enjoyed each night under the Magical night sky. The room was so beautiful in a cave and so spacious and modern. The property is small but has full amenities to enjoy with pool, dining, spa and gym. We loved the infinity edge pool and every afternoon enjoyed relaxing by it and looking out at the beautiful sea with wonderful pool cocktails. We loved the breakfast restaurant and the incredible views there too and the friendly staff...all of them were so wonderful...I can't remember all their names but they all deserve to be recognized. There is one employee I want to especially recognize and give thanks for all she did to make our stay most special. Christina Floropoulou who was such an angel and I had told her my husband and I were celebrating a special anniversary and wanted to have professional pictures and renew our vows. She arranged a photographer for the next morning and even arranged flowers for the photos and it was such a special time taking pictures to remember this incredible place and we renewed our vows just us 2 that night under a beautiful moon. We ended up extending another night because we didn't want to leave and she was so helpful with that and to keep us in our same room. She arranged dining as well as a private wine tasting tour. We flew out super early and she arranged our driver for the airport and even breakfast boxes to go which was so kind. Christina is a real treasure to Mystique and they are Fortunate to have such wonderful staff like her and all the others that make the best guest experience. Thank you so much for giving us such a forever gift of memories at Mystique and Santorini. I hope we can return again one day! I highly recommend the wine tours and also we loved eating at Pelekanos restaurant in Oia, they have a rooftop restaurant with amazing sunset views and the manager is so welcoming and gives best service. Also we loved the wine bar in Oia that is right on the main walkway and has patio view views over the sea and a great place for wine and light bites of cheese and meat plate. We loved taking an afternoon break there after shopping and walking. There is also a great open restaurant there called canaves veranda apertive bar where you can sit and watch the sunset and have drinks which we did our last night. They have an outdoor restaurant too for dining and I had the best lobster pasta there . Such a perfect ending to a perfect stay. Dreaming of the day we can return to Magical Santorini and Mystique!

Our stay at Mystique was amazing! The view was incredible and proximity to sites and shops in Oia made our experience unforgettable. Whether your dining in your room, in the breakfast area, or in Lure restaurant, the service staff were attentive, polite, and worked hard to ensure all our needs were met. We highly recommend the candle massage at Elios Spa for a very relaxing experience. The concierge desk’s suggestions are spot-on. Thank you Mystique staff!

My husband and I booked this hotel in Spring 2020 through the Marriott website for a stay October 7-11 2020 to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The reservation was pre-paid with cancellation allowed 30 days ahead. We cancelled August 11 2020 due to Covid. We have still not received this refund. A case was opened with Marriott but still we go round and round with Marriott requesting the refund on our behalf and the hotel replying with more nonsense. Today they emailed to say a form is required to authorize my refund but no form was attached. And round we go. Meanwhile our deposit of 3474 Euros continues to earn them interest. I have spent hours trying to get this deposit back snd fault both the hotel management and Marriott since their only action has been to contact the hotel, speak with the manager, Peter, and tell me the hotel is “working on it.” Unacceptable.
