We spent a weekend with my husband at the Deluxe Suite with the Jacuzzi and we really enjoyed our stay. The reception team arranged our transfer and was very friendly and helpful during our arrival, our apartment had two bathrooms and an amazing terrace with Caldera view. The location was right in the heart of Oia town, walking distance to the Castle and all the unique sunset points. Ideal for couples that would like to enjoy the views of Caldera and at the same time spend some relaxing time on the jacuzzi. Philip & Sofia

In the beginning, it was very nice. Read at the end, that you are constantly watched by CCTV on your terrace! The woman at the reception was very friendly. The view is so wonderful. You have to walk down some steps from the main road to your apartment. But not too many. Reception is at Armeni Village some hundred meter away. A guy took my baggage and I had to fallow. He didn’t care if I can fallow and because of the many people I had problems to fallow. The smell in the cave-like house is unpleasant and probably the sink leaks. The fridge is VERY annoying because of the noise. It is VERY loud. There is no door for the kitchen or sleeping room. Well, you can unplug it. You can hear the neighbors sometimes. The terrace is shared! That was not clearly recognizable at the time of booking. Your neighbors must walk in front of you to the next room. A half-high wall divides the terrace and in front of the second room is a pool. We thought, the hot tub must be for the other apartment. BUT, on our table inside the apartment is a sign “You are kindly requested not to apply any kind of body cream, oil or sunscreen on your body before entering the hot tub”. See the picture! OK, so it is for all guests. Wrong. We spent 10 minutes in the hot tub. The guy who carried my baggage showed up and VERY unfriendly he shouted “what are you doing there”. Despite the stupid question he was aggressive and wanted to make trouble. The hot tub would be exclusively for the other guests. He rubbed his finger “you did not pay for it”. I took the sign from the room and asked him why the sign invites guests to use it. He just shouted at us and ignored the sign. Other guests should not share our fate and I asked him to take the sign. He refused to take the sign. We felt bad about the situation and the rest of our holiday we talked about it. He simply ruined our stay. It would have been no problem to say hello, sorry, the pool is for the second room. But no, he instantly shouted at us. How did he know, that we used the pool? Well, you are constantly watched by CCTV on your terrace. How many times people didn’t know that someone is watching? And everyone could make copies of the footage. The cameras could have a “neutral location” or at least, the guest have to know it. The view is 5-star, the room not and what happened to us is inexcusable. Employees of the Chroma Suites / Armeni Village take that stupid sign off the room and stop watching the guests! And think about how some employees treat the guests. We are guests, not filled wallets.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel provided a transfer from the airport and we were helped through the whole check in process, even though we arrived early our room was available and we were able to go to it straight away. Great facilities and lovely views from the outdoor area and hot tub. It is in a great location in the centre of Oia and easy to get to everywhere. The check in desk were very helpful with suggestions.

I researched the best location for our honeymoon for weeks in Santorini. There are so many different hotels and apartments you can stay at, and prices can differ very much! We couldn’t be happier that we chose to stay in the suite with the hot tub and deck with the most amazing view! The rooms are spacious and clean, having two bathrooms was great too. Our room was serviced daily, and when needing something we could call reception on a cell phone they provided us with. Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t that great, so we had a few issues with the overhead shower heads not always working properly. But the outside area is the reason why you want to stay here! The pool is the perfect size for you to cool down in the heat. You can easily fit 4 people in it. The deck with the sun lounges was absolutely amazing! You get the most incredible view of Oia! You also have way more privacy than most other places, as the building behind you hides your deck and other popular photo spots are further away, so you don’t feel like you’re being watched at all times! It is so nice being able to watch the caldera and the sky change colours during the sunset. Oia can be very busy, so it was amazing being able to have privacy, fantastic views and everything you need to have a little holiday. Most restaurants and shops are only a 5 min walk away. We absolutely loved our stay here and recommend anyone to stay here that is looking for more privacy (as much as you can get with a view like this), fantastic photos locations and a big place to relax in while catering for yourself. Thanks for an unforgettable honeymoon!

I’m currently staying here, in a deluxe jacuzzi suite. Sadly it’s not living up to my expectations. It’s very spacious, which is great, however wherever you go in the suite, all I can hear is noise from upstairs, banging and crashing and heavy footsteps. Not what I’ve come away for! The view is good from the top sun terrace. Lots of people can see you but that doesn’t bother me. The view from one half of the terrace is awful, a half built building which doesn’t look like it’s going to be finished any time soon. The glass that you look though at the edge of the jacuzzi doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for months. I asked them to clean it tomorrow so that I can at least see through it. As there is a jacuzzi and 2 sun beds I would have expected extra towel but there were only 2 in the whole suite (which can sleep up to 5) so I had to call for 2 extra towels. The quality of the towels leaves a lot to be desired, as do the bathrobes. I found some slippers thrown in a cupboard, one new pair in a packet and one used pair. There are 2 bathrooms but only toiletries in 1. A few of the throw overs are stained and to cap it all, we can only find German tv channels. I know this is only a 3* accommodation, and I wouldn’t have let some of these things bother me if they were isolated, but there’s too many niggyling things to let me give it a better rating.
