Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
My husband and I stayed in Oia for 3 nights at the Delfini Villas in the Executive suite (there are only 3 rooms). It is centrally located in Oia. The view from the balcony was amazing and the hot tub, whilst small, was great for a dip in the morning, late afternoon (with some shade), or even at night. More importantly, it offered total privacy.
The room is large and spacious (it could do with a chest of drawers to store clothes), and we had no issue with WiFi during our stay.
The only drawback was the bathroom - as there was no shower curtain, water splashed on the floor - a minor inconvenience (2 bath mats were on hand for this).
The best thing about the hotel, however, was the hostess. Sima was on hand for EVERYTHING (providing great breakfasts, cleaning, offering recommendations, making reservations on our behalf).
There are plenty of hotels in Oia. Delfini Villas, however, is excellent value taking into account the location, cleanliness and service. Highly recommend!

Simply the most magnificent experience from check-in to check-out!
Location: situated perfectly within Oia as it was central, but away from the more crowded areas. The free parking spot just steps away was such a fantastic feature.
Accommodation: clearly, Delfini Villas put a lot of thought into the design here. Our room had a fantastic terrace complete with a delightful jacuzzi. The bathroom was the definition of luxury (soft towels, beautiful shower/jacuzzi bath). Of course, the views were positively breathtaking.
Service: Sima was, without a doubt, the most phenomenal of hosts. Whether it was the insightful activity suggestions, the scrumptious breakfasts that she prepared, or small details (soft robes and a complimentary bottle of wine), Sima really made our visit one we'll never forget.

+ & -... There are some nice features to these accommodations- the cliffside patio with views to cherish forevermore; wonderful breakfast, super-host (seems the lady does it all and with a smile). Coffee and tea are available in the room via a hot water kettle- instant coffee only, but no creamers provided. There is a mini-refrigerator so I purchased supplies from the market. Upon arrival a bottle of white wine was waiting for us- love that. Too bad it wasn't chilled, though- I added ice... that we had to request because there is none within Delfini. The need to know as you make your plans is that there's little space to move around; it's tight. The shower is much too small; can't reach your lower legs to wash. Although the shower has a high-end, fancy controls, much too complicated to figure out how to use. The space is too small to benefit from it anyway. The water pressure from the bathroom sink trickles out. Bathroom needs more hooks for towels and robes. Beautiful robes & slippers provided. Towels soft. Separate outdoor towels provided. Hot tub is for one person only; temperature is merely warm, but comfortable especially because of the view. THE VIEW- wow! See everything- the cliff-side, the sea, the boats and ships... Delfini is all about the views. Bonus is the large upper patio for guests to share. A lovely way to watch the sunset or observe people stroll the clean, white shopping/ restaurant boardwalk. Lots of shops and restaurants. (Shop keepers and servers are less friendly or helpful then on other islands we visited). Delfini is a great location in Oia on Santorini. Delifin is clean. Bed and pillows are cozy. Unique light fixtures. Plenty of outlets. The breeze blows from the small, private patio into the room- a fantastic refresh, but we were scolded when the front door slammed shut. Since they know it's a problem, how about having a rubber stopper or something to prevent the slamming noise. This happens whenever enter/ exit the room; practically unavoidable. Besides the view, the other most positive feature is the dedicated, on-call all-the-time hostess.

I was at Delifni Villas for 4 nights in November 2021. Such a picturesque perfect place. The caldera views are beautiful all day long from sunrise viewing to sunset viewing. The jacuzzi facing the caldera is amazing. Breakfast on the balcony is blissful. The person who takes care of the place, Cima takes care of your every need.. from sightseeing suggestions to booking cabs & rental cars. She has been in her role for 30 years so knows how to take good care of her guests! There are only 3 rooms so you get her undivided attention. Don't think twice and book this place! You will enjoy every minute!

I stayed at the hotel with my boyfriend for 4 nights in October. Our suite which also featured a private outdoor heated jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera! Very clean, outstanding service and designed with attention to detail,Sima was very good . Having visited the island 2 more times in the past, we can say that it is the best hotel on the island and that we will be definitely going back. Totally recommending it

What an amazing stay! My husband and I stayed in the Executive Suite for our Anniversary at the end of July. Our host, Sima, was AMAZING!! She was always so helpful and friendly, offering the best restaurant recommendations (Roka was my favourite) and would call and make a reservation for you. She was so lovely and made a fantastic breakfast! Our room was wonderful; cool, spacious and clean. Sima always provided fresh towels and cleaned when we were out. The balcony was fabulous; you are not overlooked from below, above or by the next room and the plunge pool was perfect for hot days! The host, Sima, made us feel very welcome and was always helpful. The room was lovely and clean, a comfortable bed and had a fantastic view from the balcony. The hot tub was situated on the balcony, so you can enjoy the view across the caldera. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options and was enjoyed on our balcony. The location was excellent for siteseeing Oia and the surrounding area.

Excellent views, incredible value, and the the most charming host on the island! Seña the host made us feel at home, always energizing us with candies and taking care of all our needs. She arranged a sunset tour for us at the last moments, all transportation included. Really she was the highlight of our stay.

Me and my gf visited this adorable hotel for 7 nights. We stayed in the executive suite. Stunning views from the balcony!! You have the whole caldera at your feet while gazing the volcano and the coastline of the whole island. The outdoors jacuzzi is amazing and cozy ! Our hostess was super helpful with everything and a really nice person!! We gonna miss her for real ! Cleanliness 10/10 vies 11/10 room 10/10 . We will visit again soon for sure!! And also breakfast is amazing

I'm so sorry only just seen this alert. Personally I don't think anywhere is safe for a 3year old but especially not the caldera side of santorini. Too many steep steps and low walls.
There are more places to choose from in the Oia area.
