The room was super stylish, I can see every detail was considered and perfectly presented by the owner Kiki. The room is of a cave house design with stunning views. The suite is located in an area where privacy could be ensured, yet within a short distance to major restaurants and shops in Oia. Kiki is also very kind and passionate, and proactively communicated with me during my entire stay.

The two room boutique hotel faces the caldera (towards the volcano). You get your own hot tub (temperature is adjusted to suit your preference), and the cave house is very comfortable and immaculately clean. It’s also a few yards away from the main walking road, so within a few steps you leave the million sunset followers behind you and find yourself on a quiet, private, and comfortable terrace all to yourself. The owner is also amazing: she will get you whatever you might need, from a wine tour to restaurant reservations. Her restaurant recommendations were great too! In tourist-packed Oia this really is the best luxury lodging option. Although I’d stay in the honeymoon suite for an even more enjoyable private pool experience.

We loved this honeymoon suite. As you are at the bottom of the stairs and the last room, it is private in that no one walks through your patio to head up the stairs so that is a plus. Kiki is a great host/owner! She has great suggestions for activities and restaurants and helps get anything and everything scheduled for you that you want to do which means no wasted time on your part trying to schedule an activity. We had at the last minute planned an activity and she was able to get us in it within just a short period of time. We don't have an international calling plan on our phone so we needed to communicate via email with any questions and she responded to our emails very quickly. The hot tub is romantic and completely private. You get a continental breakfast not in your room but at a hotel that is only a 5 minute walk and the waiters at that restaurant are so very nice and welcoming and recognize you after the first morning. The suite has a cappuccino maker so I LOVED making a cup each morning and sitting outside on the patio with my feet up and just taking in the view of the caldera which was absolutely beautiful! Kiki is very attentive to details and cleans the room immaculately every day and blessed us with gifts of wine and chocolate twice! She also gave us a wonderful keepsake, a book all about Santorini with a special message from her inside...a very thoughtful gift. Never have I felt such personalized attention from a hotel/suite and I travel a lot. You will not be disappointed I promise!

Kiki is by far the most amazing host I've ever encountered in all my travels. She was very accommodating, her recommendations were great, and the map she created for her guests which showcased Santorini's must-see sights and landmarks was quite helpful. The room is very homey and the view is spectacular! We booked the honeymoon suite with caldera view. I love coming back to our cave after a tiring but fun day of driving and walking around. The amenities and other extras were well-thought-out. We will definitely book here again when we return to Santorini.

We spent 3 days in Santorini, in the place that I can call Heaven on Earth. Our honeymoon suite will stay forever in my heart, we loved the view, the suite itself, location, view, the amenities (espresso machine for the best morning coffee with the view I still dream of).. Our special thanks to Kiki, who made our stay unforgettable, she prepared everything so well, from her warm welcome till our goodbye (we did not want to leave..). We can truly recommend Helianthus suites for your stay in Oia, I hope we can return back soon. Thank you Kiki!
