The rooms are pretty clean, except this advantage i cant find any other. If you cant afford the suite room with balcony and view on the caldera it s really not worth going there. The breakfast is really poor, with almost no fruits only 3 variaties of cheese and eggs+ Some tomatoes and cucumber. Check out time is very early... More

Felt like a budget hotel; bathroom was old and so was the kitchenette. No amenities, bring your own! Very basic nothing special. Location of hotel was in center of Oi. All restaurants and boutiques near by. Breakfast was decent. It's good place to stay if you're on a budget. People at front desk were nice. Make sure to make arrangements... More

Even though it was advertised online and in my booking that there would be a pool there it was empty on arrival. The weather was really hot and most of the other hotels had already filled up their pool. The staff were quite rude and I felt like I was interrupting them. They need some customer service skills. The general... More

Agoda did a very unethical thing to submit cancelation of my paid rooms to the hotel. I've actually made full payment via my card visa transaction online through agoda one month prior my trip. Unfortunately upon check in they have informed me that my reservation was no longer valid as agoda has authorised to cancel. With that, I will have... More

POSITIVES:location was excellent - near Oia bus terminal and along the main pedestrian street where u can find quaint cafes and scenic view of Oia. Hotel description was different - no stovetop in room or kettle, but the hotel staff - lovely ladies at the reception allowed me to use the kitchen in the evenings to warm up light meals,... More

We went to Oia for a couple of days this September. As we are students, we wanted the best quality/price ratio. So we decided to book Museum Spa and Wellness Hotel and it turned out to be the best decision. The hotel is on the main street, very close to everything: lots of shops, restaurants, the sunset point. The room... More

All I love most is breakfast with Greek food he he. Luckily that I got a suite room room even if I paid for the price of a standard room. So, I am impressed for this since it is the first time for me here, Santorini. I am happy for it. Good location! Too small swimming pool! Good for solo... More

We loved this small hotel on the main street in Oia, Santorini! Our room had a small balcony where we watched the amazing sunset and didn't have to fight crowds in the local tavernas. Room also had a small kitchen and separate seating area in addition to the bedroom. The marble steps leading up to the hotel rooms were bordered... More

I can whole-heartedly say that this is my second worst hotel experience ever (Venice was the worst - yep, did a review of that one too). I wouldn't call Santorini the land of value for money offers and the Museum Spa and Wellness is no exception. We paid a good stack for the honeymoon suite, the famed room 118, and... More

The cleaner of this hotel deserves a medal, how she keeps such a run down institution looking spotless is really quite amazing....it really is falling to bits and note that although they use the best western brand and have it displayed all over the place, they are not part of the franchise.
