I'm not sure I can add anything new to all the excellent reviews already written, except to corroborate most of what has been said. From beginning to end, it was magical. As promised, there was someone at the airport to meet us and take us to the mini van to bring us to Oia, Once in Oia, the always friendly...

I can't say enough positive things about 1864 The Sea Captain's House. We never had to lift a finger from the time we got off the plane in Santorini until our return flight. Takis was a wonderful host and breakfast service on the balcony by Demetria was always outstanding. The location is wonderful with beautiful views of the caldera. I...

The Sea Captain's House was a beautiful building centrally located within Oia. The view is breathtaking, the decor is stunning with antique furniture pieces and a nice big bed perfect for couples. The morning breakfast service by Demetria was always wonderful and Takis was extremely helpful in providing tons of local advice on how to plan our itinerary and which...

This is a great little hotel, with one of the best views in Oia. The building is more than 300 years old, they have kept the style. The room is very spacious with high domed ceilings. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio overlooking the caldera and Oia. This is very centrally located just off the main road in Oia, you...

We stayed three nights in the Sailing Suite after doing research on potential places to stay. I am 100% satisfied with that choice. The caldera view is excellent, so that is great for having the top-notch breakfast served on terrace as well as for sitting comfortably outside both before and after the sunset observing the churches, houses, etc cascading down...

We stayed here in July 2016, as a couple for one day in Sailing Suite. Takis and his wife Dymitri are the best host i have ever seen, They both personally attended us from the point we reached to Oia till our departure. He gave great recommendations about surrounding places in Oia, restaurants with sunset views. They helped us in...

Beautiful high vaulted ceilings, antique furniture. Not the usual. Perfect air conditioning on hot days. Draw card is the views from the terrace. Superb service for a B&B. Breakfast on the terrace, hard to imagine a better outlook. It is at one epicentre of Santorini views so lots of people on the path wandering under the villa. Not a big...

Takis and his wife Dimitra are great managers of the hotel. Airport transfer, luggage storage and check-in went very smoothly. Upon check-in, Takis gave great recommendations about restaurants, beaches and sights in Santorini and we managed to see the most of them during the 5 days there. They helped us with organizing the rental car and the boat tour as...
