We cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We stayed in a room with our own private hot tub (note that hot tubs can be cooler in Greece than they are back in the States). Our views were fantastic - it was incredible to wake up in our room and step out to see the beautiful caldera each morning. But as others have stated, the service was what made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had anywhere!! The staff literally took care of everything for us, including taxis transfers everywhere (billed straight to our room). Their recommendations for restaurants in the area were right on point and we had an amazing spa service at Mare Sanus at their sister hotel up the street. We booked a catamaran tour through the hotel and it was clear we ended up on one of the most beautiful boats out there. Everything was literally top notch! We would LOVE to stay here again in the future!…
The most luxurious and hospitable place I have ever stayed. Staff was wonderful. Everyone extremely courteous and friendly. Beautiful décor and amazing view. The food was delicious from the great breakfast buffet to room service and Lauda restaurant was phenomenal! Chloe was amazing! Couldn't have asked for anything better! I will be back!
Amazing hotel with the most beautiful views I have ever seen! However, it was the outstanding service that really set this hotel apart. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels and the service here was the best we have ever experienced. And the breakfast! An incredible buffet of delicious food plus delicate dishes prepared off of a menu and all served on the most beautiful terrace. The location could not have been better….just steps from the best pedestrian shopping and restaurants in Santorini. The rooms were fabulous as well! I cannot wait to return to this hotel!
To summarise, you are treated like royalty for your entire stay. Nothing is too much trouble, staff are extremely concientious and friendly. On arrival to Adronis Boutique hotel there are little extras that you just don't expect. The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is stunning and the location is just perfect. We visited for our delayed honeymoon in April and it was so worth the wait. Unfortunately my baggage was late (BA's fault!) but the staff were so brilliant - they gave us essentials and even managed to source things like hair straighteners and curlers for me. Every single member of staff is so attentive and friendly, those who maintain and clean, those who serve in the restuarant, those who work in the reception, and the managers. The place is immaculate and no attention to detail spared. We also visited the Lauda resturant where we had at least 5 members of staff waiting on us (we did go in April so it wouldn't have been peak season, you may not get this experience in June - August) but the food - oh wow, it was the best food and resturant experience I have had. I cannot praise the Adronis Boutique and staff enough. On the last day of our honeymoon (I was 6 months pregnant at the time) I fell ill and needed to go to hospital. The staff arranged this for me, one of their drivers took me and collected me (no charge) I was told that I was having contractions and was only allowed out of hospital if I could relocate to a room that did not have steps (there are lots of steps in Santorini and the boutique). The staff met us and relocated us to one of their Luxury suites and ensured that I was comfortable until I was ready and well enough to fly the next day. I simply cannot thank them enough, it was a shame to end the holiday that way but we were safe and this was the most important thing. We will return to Santorini I'm sure and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone.…
I start by saying that I've spent years working in hospitality, including luxury hotels. My expectations were high but I was blown away by the experience at this hotel. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was incredible. We reached out ahead of our stay to arrange airport pickup, book the Feretti (boat), reservations at Lauda and couples services at the spa. Upon arrival, the staff was waiting for us to grab our bags and deliver an excellent check-in experience. Chloe sat down with us and walked us through our entire week, made suggestions on things to do, and provided us with a fantastic first experience. This set the tone for a really strong week. We booked the room "Paris", which I highly suggest. Not only was our view amazing, the room had a jacuzzi and pool (with a day bed). Probably one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in - and we used it A LOT. It is hard to put into words the experience that we had at this hotel but it was one of the best hospitality experiences ever. Not only was the resort amazing, but the services offered were also wonderful. In reality, you can have both of those and not deliver a great experience because nothing beats a group of people who really care. The Andronis Boutique team made us feel so welcomed before our stay to even. We built relationships with the front desk, F&B, and even the transportation teams. Everyone was so kind and genuinely cared about offering a top-notch experience. If you are going to Oia, this hotel needs to be your #1 choice. Thank you to the entire hotel and team for an unforgettable experience - we will be back!…
The Andronis Boutique Hotel is truly beyond words. The location, views, staff and accommodations are unparalleled to any other destination I’ve traveled to. Definitely worth the money. It’s an experience of a lifetime!
My wife and I stayed at the Andronis Boutique hotel during part of our 2 week honeymoon in Greece. Staying at the Andronis felt like the ultimate luxury experience and you feel totally pampered. The service by the staff is best in class and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Upon arrival, the staff greet you at your car and take your bags while escorting you to the hotel. They then help you create a plan for your stay so that every minute is perfect. It was so nice to feel like everything was taken care of for us. Not only did the staff book reservations at restaurants but they ensured we had the best table at every restaurant. It felt like we were VIPs when we would arrive and be seated at the front, best table every time. They also suggested a private catamaran charter that was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast every morning was the best breakfast I could imagine and was one of the best parts of every day. The only complaint I had was that on our first night, we could hear music and noise from the restaurant's kitchen which was located next door to our room. However, I brought this up to the staff and they were able to move us to a different room, which was much quieter, for the remainder of our stay. I would advise avoiding the bottom room on the pool level for this reason.…
The property has one of the best views of the caldera, but it comes at a price – 99 steps from the entrance to the lower level accommodations where we stayed. But the “stair challenge” is worth it. The breakfast is excellent, and the dinner venue is, again, spectacular. The best aspect of the hotel is the staff – everyone was focused on customer satisfaction, making useful suggestions about dining locations, sightseeing, shopping, etc. We’re still amazed about the young men who hauled multiple, heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Santorini is an idyllic location and Andronis Boutique hotel enhances the experience.
Superb service and beautiful views. Shout out to Chloe who was always smiling and beyond helpful. Excellent service at the pool and restaurant. The morning buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had! Lunch was delicious also by the pool with attentive staff. Advice: Very difficult stairs to navigate up and down the property. Be prepared. It’s a great workout We were in a petite suite and the bedroom was up a very narrow stairwell in the suite. The ability to navigate down to the bathroom in the middle the night was problematic and they were able to switch our room. Unfortunately we heard from others at the property that there were no other options available for their similar concerns since the hotel was booked. Overall excellent.
From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were taken care of. We arrived to the hotel and were given great insight into the island of Santorini by Eleni. Andreas was extremely comforting and welcoming during our entire stay and the staff were exceptionally nice and professional. The gentlemen at Breakfast and the pool were always willing to go out of their way to ensure we were as happy as possible and taken care of. The breakfast buffet was very impressive and the a la carte options were just as phenomenal. The only negative thing I would say about the hotel is that their Petite suite should be avoided. The room is on 2 floors (relaxing area and bathroom on bottom and bedroom on top). The bed takes up the entirety of the upstairs so there is no real room to get changed. The stairs are also extremely steep so if you are an older couple staying here, I would highly suggest you do not choose this type of room. We will definitely be back to Andronis Boutique but most definitely in a different type of room. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!…
