If we could give this hotel 10 stars, we would. What an amazing experience. We have travelled many places throughout the world and stayed in 5 star properties and the hospitality at Andronis is not to be beat. The warmth, attention and heart of the staff at Andronis is second to none. The rooms are amazing as well with every detail attended to. Thank you Andres and Penny for such an amazing stay!

We booked this hotel expecting something pretty special but it far far exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything about this place is pure magic - the views are spectacular, the food is superb, the location is perfect, and the staff are just wonderful. The manager of the hotel, Andreas, is so kind and made us feel totally spoiled at every moment, including upgrading our room for the last two nights, and securing a private wine tour with Andronis' head sommelier - Sotiris - who is so knowledgable and gave us an unforgettable experience. Every single member of staff was so lovely and accommodating - the best hotel service we've ever had. Without a doubt, if we came back we would stay here again.

After having our initial trip in 2020 postponed due to Covid, we were determined to come to Santorini this year. If you want somewhere to stay here where the views are breathtaking, the staff are delightful, the hotel is immaculate with beautiful rooms and the food excellent, then this is the place. There is nothing to not like and you are footsteps away from everything in Oia. We will definitely return.

We booked to go to this hotel for my Birthday in November and it got cancelled due to COVID Restrictions. We have now been waiting for over 5 weeks for the hotel to provide a refund, the lack of communcation is very poor. Based on this level of customer and lack of contact - it has put us off re-booking to go back here when we visit Greece/athens for the first time. We was going to come back and visit in Jan 2021 but this has made us think twice.!

Dear Mr. McLaughlin & Mrs. Lyons, We feel sorry for your unfortunate experience but we will would like to inform you that you published your review on the profile of one of our sister properties that has nothing to do with your reservation. Andronis Boutique Hotel is always closed during winter and we open our doors again at the end of March. Your reservation was made at Andronis Athens, through an online travel agency, and Andronis has never taken a deposit or had any of your contact details. We have provided Tripadvisor with all the necessary documents so as to prove our point but, to our disappointment, no action was taken. We would recommend contacting the agency which made the reservation for you, as we have released your booking immediately, at the day of Greece's lockdown anouncement. Therefore, I would like to kindly ask you to remove the review from Andronis Boutique Hotel's profile. In case you need any further information or assistance with this matter, please contact me at manager@andronisboutiquehotel.com. It would be our pleasure to welcome you at one of our properties, either in Athens, or in Santorini! Kind regards, Archontis Chrysoulas Hotel Manager / Andronis Boutique Hotel

For our honeymoon my wife and I traveled to Positano, Sorrento, Capri, Mykonos, and Santorini. Thanks to Andronis, nothing came close to Santorini. This was the best place that we traveled, bar none. The hospitality was unmatched, led by George and the great team over there. Everyone was unbelievably nice and willing to help with whatever requests you had. For the last night, the team upgraded us to the nicest suite at another Andronis property in Oia. Truly an unforgettable experience, and we are already planning on coming back.
