We recently stayed here for 4 days and what a beautiful place it is. The studio apartment was so cute, clean and perfect. The little touches were exquisite. It is a beautiful boutique style accommodation with only 7 apartments and therefore felt very personal. We had a sunset meal on the balcony and the view was amazing. It is ideally located just 15 minute walk from Oia so quiet enough from the hustle and bustle of a town. We arrived late but the owner advised us that the Greek restaurant next door would be open. Bus stop right outside meant you could take a bus to Oia if you wished to or even to Fira. More outstanding than the property or the location is the hospitality of the owner, Spiridoula. She was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Her mum made the most delicious omelettes for breakfast. Breakfast was so plentiful, it would last you most of the day. Both of them were so so sweet and made such a difference from staying in a hotel. Spiridoula made arrangements for boat trips, taxis and anything else you needed advice about. She also said if you are stuck anywhere in the island to just call her. Would definitely recommend staying here! PS. Next door, down quite a few steps, is a beautiful hidden restaurant called Meze Meze. Please do visit as the views are amazing and the food is delicious.

We stayed for 4 days and were very happy with the accommodations. We had a suite that included a full bed with a loft above with two single beds. There was also a nice bathroom( with a really great hot shower) and small kitchen. Our unit had two back patios and a front. We were able to see the famous Oia sunset from our back balcony. The hospitality was wonderful. Spiradoula was so friendly and helpful. We were provided a very good breakfast daily. The place was immaculate! We chose this spot for proximity to the walking path and bus stop. Walking to Oia was a quick half mile. There are certainly more fancy places, but we were very happy here and would highly recommend it to others.

I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this little gem in Santorini. It truly is absolutely perfect! An easy 15 minute stroll into the centre of Oia means that you are well enough away from the crazy crowds but close enough to all the action when needed. Private balcony views of the sunset over the horizon make it all the better. The apartments are clean and spacious, with all the modern amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. An exquisite turn down service keeps the space spotless and having the breakfast supplies replenished means that you can be fed, up and dressed as soon as the sun comes up ready to make the most of your days. With the bus stop to Fira literally on the doorstep, exquisite traditional and modern Greek bars and restaurants right next door - I can not imagine what more you could want.

We loved our stay at Kiklamino so much and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a little peaceful oasis away from the heat and crowds of Oia! We thoroughly enjoyed popping back for a siesta during the way and enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony. Our room was essentially one of the split level apartments on the upper floor with unobstructed views of the famous breathtaking sunsets and was spacious yet cosy at the same time - perfect for a couple. The breakfast/lunch/snacks provided is a selection of fresh fruit, croissants, cookies, cake and bread with cheese & ham, which was perfect for our stay. The apartment is lovely and airy, and furnished (as well as immaculately cleaned) to an extremely high standard, the photos don’t even begin to do it justice! We walk everywhere so we loved that the centre of Oia is about a 15minute stroll away, nice to burn some extra calories after a heavy meal! Lastly, the owners of Kiklamino (including the resident Yorkshire terrier!) are so welcoming and really do go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. When can we come back?!

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been a better stay. We were greeted when we arrived and they proceeded to tell us of the accommodations they offered including renting vehicles, a map of the island with where things were, and a bus schedule. They then personally showed us to our rooms. Every day our rooms were cleaned, they washed our dishes, and we were given fresh towels. The breakfast was also great as every day they restocked fresh fruit, bread, ham and cheese, chocolate filled croissants, OJ, coffee and more. The location was about a 10-15 walk into the restaurants/shops of Oia. It was the perfect distance to get away from all the tourists but to also be close enough to use all the city has to offer. It is also very conveniently located to a fantastic restaurant next door (Finikia) and you have a great view outside the back off all the rooms to see Oia’s famous sunset. Our one complaint of the whole place is that our bed was fairly stiff. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is a hidden gem right outside of Oia. It’s in a neighborhood called Finikia, which by the way is gorgeous, quaint, quiet and has some very cool restaurants very close by. It’s a 15 minute walk to Oia and you can’t get lost because it’s just 1 straight road. There is a a bus stop just right outside the door in case you don’t want to walk. The views on the balcony are to die for. Much nicer than the pics. The hotel is clean, excellent a/c, frig., good WiFi and a nice breakfast is provided in your room, including coffee, cookies, cake, fruit, yogurt, honey, crackers, and juice. They also sell candy, water and wine for a nominal fee and offer to do laundry, also for a nominal amount of money. Bathrooms are large and very modern with good quality towels. The family that owns this place are wonderful and so friendly. The also have a Yorkie named Fevos and he is the sweetest. Highly recommended and would love to come back. Trust me, this place is a gem!

Our time spent at Kiklamino was great! The staff is so personable and accommodating. They were beyond kind and helpful at any time throughout the day. Location is great! Especially if you’re on a budget and wanting to be close to Oia. About a 15 minute walk to the city center, there’s 2 restaraunts very close nearby as well as a market. We had a marvelous view of the sunset minus the crazy crowds. The place was spotless clean. AC was in full function. Only downside was their “breakfast included” were packaged croissants and breads w/ jams in the room. Although they did provide fresh fruit which was nice, but was expecting more of a sit down/fresh breakfast. Only reason I knocked one star off was for the beds. Personally, I prefer my mattress and pillow on the softer plushier side. Their pillows and mattresses were rock hard so if you’re anything like me and need a comfy nights sleep, that’s something major to consider.

Stylish apartment with 3 different balconies. Great uninterrupted views of sunset over caldera. Lovely goodies to eat including bread, cake, biscuits, yogurt, orange juice, croissants. Bus stops outside if coming from ferry! Get local bus to bus stop 1 in Oia. Apartment walking distance from Oia. Host organised transfers for us from ferry and to airport (4am start) €35 each way. Walking distance from Oia. Highly recommend ask for top floor unit.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here for a few days, the host was incredibly helpful and printed out a bus schedule for us and gave us plenty of info about Santorini, they welcomed us with a drink too. The hotel room was clean and had everything you would need, it was very practical. The food that was in the kitchenette was very thoughtful and yummy, and at the end of our stay the host gave me a necklace which was very nice. Also, there were some really cute kittens around which I personally loved 😊 highly recommend this hotel!!
