Detailed Reviews
We recently stayed here for 4 days and what a beautiful place it is. The studio apartment was so cute, clean and perfect. The little touches were exquisite. It is a beautiful boutique style accommodation with only 7 apartments and therefore felt very personal. We had a sunset meal on the balcony and the view was amazing.
It is ideally located just 15 minute walk from Oia so quiet enough from the hustle and bustle of a town. We arrived late but the owner advised us that the Greek restaurant next door would be open. Bus stop right outside meant you could take a bus to Oia if you wished to or even to Fira.
More outstanding than the property or the location is the hospitality of the owner, Spiridoula. She was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Her mum made the most delicious omelettes for breakfast. Breakfast was so plentiful, it would last you most of the day. Both of them were so so sweet and made such a difference from staying in a hotel. Spiridoula made arrangements for boat trips, taxis and anything else you needed advice about. She also said if you are stuck anywhere in the island to just call her.
Would definitely recommend staying here!
PS. Next door, down quite a few steps, is a beautiful hidden restaurant called Meze Meze. Please do visit as the views are amazing and the food is delicious.

Stylish apartment with 3 different balconies. Great uninterrupted views of sunset over caldera. Lovely goodies to eat including bread, cake, biscuits, yogurt, orange juice, croissants. Bus stops outside if coming from ferry! Get local bus to bus stop 1 in Oia. Apartment walking distance from Oia. Host organised transfers for us from ferry and to airport (4am start) €35 each way. Walking distance from Oia. Highly recommend ask for top floor unit.

The hotel is quite small and is a good location - bus stop is right outside the hotel and is about a 20 minute walk into Oia which I think is why it's significantly cheaper than the other Oia hotels.
The room and bed was quite small and my 6ft 3 boyfriend was not overly comfortable in the bed because it had a wooden bit at the end of it, however it came with a good sized balcony with lovely views of Oia.
There was free wifi which was quite fast and the room was cleaned for us every day. Whilst there was some road noise it wasn't loud enough to bother us too much or keep us awake.
The lady that ran the hotel was beyond helpful. We arrived quite late and she arranged food for us and also some refreshments. She also topped up our fridge with fruit, snacks and refreshments each day which were free of charge. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and she even made us ice cream sundaes on our last day whilst we were waiting for our bus to the port.

We stayed for 4 days and were very happy with the accommodations. We had a suite that included a full bed with a loft above with two single beds. There was also a nice bathroom( with a really great hot shower) and small kitchen. Our unit had two back patios and a front. We were able to see the famous Oia sunset from our back balcony. The hospitality was wonderful. Spiradoula was so friendly and helpful. We were provided a very good breakfast daily. The place was immaculate!
We chose this spot for proximity to the walking path and bus stop. Walking to Oia was a quick half mile. There are certainly more fancy places, but we were very happy here and would highly recommend it to others.

+1
The location is just opposite of the bus stop in Finikia. It is 10-15mins walk to the main street in Oia. We love walking so this was not a problem. Breakfast and some snacks were provided which was greatly appreciated. I love the cozy feel of the room plus it's really neat and cute. The room comes with a kitchenette as well. The toilet is quite small but with complete amenities. The family who runs the apartment are very nice and kind. They tried their best to accommodate our requests. They welcomed us like their family too and was given a small gift upon check out. Thank you Pyridula and family!

The owner was amazingly friendly and willing to go an extra mile for you. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet overlooking the Aegean Sea . The location ,although a bit out didn't bothered us as we both enjoyed the 10-15 min walk to the centre of Oia. Plenty of supermarkets near by and the bus station to Fira just few meters away. Considering the price we paid for Oia, we'd stay here again

My wife and I stayed here last week and absolutely loved the place! It's in a great location on the outskirts of Oia. The hostess was charming and very helpful, the room was spotless, the food provided in the room for breakfast the next morning was abundant, and the price was very reasonable! If we ever return to Oia, we're coming back to Kiklamino!

This family owned hotel is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Santorini. The property is located on the outskirts of Oia, about a 15 minute walk to town or a short drive. We enjoyed and preferred staying outside the bustle of the town center as it provided easy access to Oia when we wanted to visit there, but also allowed us to get away from the traffic of the town.
The service provided by Spiridoula and her family was super! The breakfast supplies were great and the daily housekeeping was awesome too. I would definitely recommend staying here if being outside of the town is acceptable.

Breakfast is included! I can't remember how much we paid excatly but we went in high season and it wasn't expensive! The rooms are wonderful and the breakfast great. There is a bus stop right outside but it's much better to hire a car on the island.
Transport was offered to us approx €30-35
