I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The exemplary customer service started a few weeks before arrival, when I realized I had made a mistake with my dates. The booking site was going to charge me a significant fee to make the needed changes but after an email to Stavros, he graciously changed them on my behalf free of charge.
I am so thrilled he was able to help us sort our dates because the hotel is lovely. The hotel is right in the heart of Oia but has well appointed rooms and a cozy courtyard that provide stunning views but also helps insulate one from the noise of the streets. For this price point, you won’t find better accommodations or hosts as hospitable as Stavros and Paros.

Stayed for couple nights when visiting Oia. Right in the main heart of Oia, the location is perfect. Plus it has a good pool!
Rooms ok, small kitchenette and fridge.
But what sets this apart from others is the friendly vibe this place has. Stavros and the lovely Panos are so friendly. As soon as we arrived Panos grabbed my case with and greeted me with a big smile. He also recommended and arranged the most amazing morning sailing around the island with Yiannis at Barca’s sailing
for a super discounted rate for us. That was the highlight of our stay in Santorini so thank you Panos for that.
Would definitely return here if in Oia.

Absolutely loved it here! Gorgeous apartments and stunning location in central Oia. Under a 2 minute walk to the main promenade. Panos and Stavros were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, giving us tips on places to visit on the island and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was spotless and very large with sea views and a nice kitchenette. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Arrived after a very long trip to a lovely warm welcome. Escorted to the room and provided with a bottle of water. The room was very clean the facilities basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. Our room was right next to a main alley, and I was worried about possible noise at night but never once had a problem.
The staff were very supportive and gave great guidance on places to go, places to eat and supported others in the group with car rentals etc making sure that they were not over charged.
I didn't use the pool but it looked immaculate and the water was crystal clear.
If I was returning to Santorini I would certainly look at staying there again.

This hotel is just in the perfect place. 50 mts from the bus station and 100 mts to the main square. This is very important if you consider how to get your luggage to your hotel in Oia.
Its a nice quiet place, even thought there is a very busy bar just on the entrance steps. We where in #8 and 9. One had a nice back terrace, very private and beautiful sunsets, but with very steep stairs for the bedroom.
We never tried the breakfast but there's a god breakfast just next to the bus station.
Another plus is the convenience store just steps away so you can buy your groceries and make your own, or have a snack in your place.
The common areas and the pool are impecable, the apartments needs a little remodeling, although there are well maintain.
For us it was the perfect choice, very close to the action but not in the action, due to if the cruises arrive literally is difficult to walk in Oia.
Totally recommended, its not luxurious but nice, bright and very comfortable. Nice to have your own happy hour before hitting the town.
The only negative was the humid smell from the closets.

This is the second time we have stayed at Oia Sunset & can’t recommend highly enough. The apartments are spacious & spotlessly clean. They are right in the centre of Oia within walking distance of ammoudi bay & all of the restaurants. Stavros couldn’t be more helpful if you need help or recommendations of things to do. There is also a nice pool area with bar. We had apartment 14 & the terraces were beautiful with a great view of the sunset. We will be back again.

We loved our stay here! Our apt was roomy and cozy and had 3 balconies! Amazing sunset views. Staff was exceptional in service. They spent time telling us about the island and its offerings.They gave recommendations, set up a taxi to the airport and the manger even walked me to the closest market to show me hummus options 😃 Beautiful pool!

The hotel itself was great, but we got lucky and were placed in Room #15. If you can get that room, reserve it! Not only do you have a perfect sunset view, you have a perfect sunrise view. Hands down the best room in the hotel.
The staff were great with recommendations, car rental and generally just good people. For the most part, the staff sits at a table either near the pool or inside the bar and "hangs out", but they were very willing to give suggestions and make recommendations. A great place.

very happy to recommend Oia's Sunset. Great location, fantastic staff (most helpful people), spacious room.
I had a health issue and the reception staff went out of their way to get help for me. Rooms were clean and spacious with good kitchen.

All we can say is wow!
From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. Stavros and Panos were fantastic hosts, with incredible customer service! We visited Oia on one of our many stops on our Honeymoon. They really made it the highlight of our trip. The recommendations were great and very insightful.
We were sad to leave, but when we come back we will definitely be staying there again!

I don’t think any apartments have a direct sunset view however you are literally just steps away from the caldera. Book now before it sells out. I promise you will not regret it. Fabulous base to stay in Oia. Friendly staff and very reasonable for the location. If I were to return to Oia I would definitely return to Oia Sunset Apartments. Have a great stay!
Yes. In fact the whole apartment have air conditioning.
Hi! There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but we can do laundry in the hotel. There are quite often buses every 30 minutes, and the cost is around 2,40 per ride. Driving is easy and recommended.
