Oia is the best place for staying in Santorini and Fotinos Houses has the perfect location. Beautiful house with splendid view, really quiet and near to restaurants, stores, etc. The hosts were really reallyyy nice, they were very careful with every detail and with our stay, to ensure that it was perfect.

Very nice family owned property. Clean and simple cave apartment. Main room has a mini kitchenette, a table and a bed, walk through to next room and it has a bed and a door to the back of the cave for the bathroom/shower. It would be tight for more than a family of 3. Hosts were genial, and the location... More

Adorable cave house. Stayed in the honeymoon house and as we were two friends they provided an extra camp bed. Clean, simple with beautiful views. Couldn't have asked for more and at a great price. Views of the sunset from the deck.

This place is just plain gorgeous. We have been all around the world and always say there are just too many places to see that we couldn't go somewhere twice, but we would go back tomorrow. Probably the most gorgeous place we have ever been. Mr. Fotino and his wife were so helpful every step of the way. He even... More

Very nice little flat! It was a bit tricky to find the place but you get rewarded in seeing an amazing sunset (and you don't even have to queue for it). I loved the bathroom. It had all blue tiles which made it very special. There is pretty much no access to a beach - there is one about 20... More

I would just ditto much that has been said in the other reviews: the place is a little gem --well not that little. Though the lower cave house is advertised as sleeping two, you could easily fit four in it. For a cave, it is not claustrophobic at all. The view is to die for, and once you figure out... More

This was a trip of a lifetime. Our hosts could not have been any kinder or polite. I was on crutches due to injury so getting around was exciting to say the least. ALL THOSE STAIRS!!!. The home was very clean practical and very much in the tradition of the region. The view would be one of the best on... More

We chose this villa because of it's location-Oia with it's amazing sunsets. And that is so true, the sunsets were absolutely stunning which made the experience being in a traditional cave house even more fantastic. The villa is exceptionally clean, large with a kitchenette and very nicely decorated. We were picked up at the port, thankfully, and brought directly to... More

Stayed at Fontinos' family / cave house & it was a fantastic experience. Firstly it is located in the best part of Oia, which makes it one of the most stunning locations you could stay at in Santorini. Almost every postcard you've seen or will see of the famous Oia sunset with the windmill in it, most likely features Fotinos... More
