So i read about this hotel in someone's itinerary and wanted to also experience the cave house with sea view hence picked this hotel. First the positive experience 1. the owner is a very cordial and polite lady and she was very courteous and also helped us book our Yatch trips for a visit to the cyclades. 2. The hotel... More

We decided to spend the rest of our stay close to Oia in the north of Santorini. To be exact the place is called Finikia. When we arrived we were greeted by Sofia who is quite friendly. However, we found the transfer from Kamari to Oia rather expensive. We paid €45! More expensive than a taxi as when we left... More

Sophia has done an amazing job decorating this beautiful cave house. A ten minute walk into Oia..the hotel is really located in Fanikia but worth the walk. Only a pool could have enhanced the place. ..gorgeous. do not book through air bnb and save a few hundred. Stephano was the booking agent who lives in turkey..failed to set transportation from... A stunning room in a thoughtful and tasteful development, deep in the heart of a traditional old settlement. Top class room, well designed with a lovely breakfast. A little piece of heaven to escape from the town of Oia. There is always something new to catch your eye and the layout of the rooms with all the levels is breath-taking.... More

I booked to stay here for 3 nights at the end of my stay in Santorini in June. We had stayed in Akrotiri previously in a fantastic hotel (modern) and wanted to experience something different, so we booked Heliophos. I had seen a few negative reviews on here about getting to the hotel etc, and in all honesty if you... More

I had a lovely stay here. It's a beautiful location and the room I stayed in was a nicely renovated cave house. A breakfast hamper with freshly baked Greek biscuits was provided daily which was a nice touch. Only downside was it was quite a way from Oia, I didn't realise it was so far. The hotel is actually quite... More

The hotel is beautiful, with nicely restored cave houses in a quiet village just outside of Oia. The hotel has a beautiful common area overlooking the village and the sea where you can enjoy breakfast, read a book, or just relax. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Good Wi-Fi connection. Very quiet in the village, short walk (15 min) to Oia... More

We had a wonderful week here at the start of August. The accommodation was really comfortable and Sophia was a wonderful host. Its apx 10-15 minute walk into oia. Buses are regular so we visited Fira and Perissa. There is a winery at the bottom of the hill of where the apartments look out on which is pleasant. During the... More

I had booked couple of rooms in this hotel for my upcoming trip in August. I had booked quite sometime in advance so got a good deal. But last week they cancelled my booking on their own giving the reason that pre-authorisation was not successful. They did not even give me time to provide details of a second card. As... More
