Me & my mum stayed here for 1 night during our 7-day visit to Santorini. This hotel is in an incredible location, 5 minutes walk into the centre of Oia. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was an amazing size, very clean & had two balconies. Upon checking in, we got to choose our breakfast for the following morning & also what time we’d like it delivered to our room - amazing surprise & at no extra cost! We’re planning on visiting Santorini again & would definitely stay at Fileria Suites again. Thank you for our incredible experience!

We arrived at the hotel and got a warm reception. They took our breakfast order for the following morning and completed the check in process. Our room had a sitting area at the front door and balcony. Bed was comfortable and room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is very service oriented with friendly and accommodating staff. They delivered a yummy breakfast to our room, on time. If you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars per night for a room over looking the ocean, but close enough to shopping and restaurants, this is the place. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

We stay with a friend and the experience was superb! Its location in Oia was amazing! Elsa at the front desk was super friendly and eager to help us with everything that we needed: from getting a taxi for us and reserving a yacht tour to even helping my friend surprise me with a birthday cake. Breakfast was delicious and the room was neat. Loved the two balconies in our room. One of the best experiences at a hotel so far. Would totally recommend it!

Fileria Suites is such a cute affordable hotel if you are making plans to stay specifically in Oía in Santorini. I was surprised at how close the hotel is to the famous caldera view and easily accessible to so many shops, restaurants and other local stores. The staff at the hotel were super helpful with everything even the smallest requests like taxi services as well as Elsa’s warm welcome and briefing at check in. There is also a really delicious spread of breakfast brought to your room (at your chosen time) which I LOVED!!! This hotel is perfect yet private as there are only max 10 spacious rooms with their own doors so it almost feels like a mini Villa. Perfect for couples who want some privacy and want to stay in Oía to catch the spectacular views but don’t want to pay an extortionate price on a hotel in the main caldera.…

My husband and I stayed at Fileria Suites during our honeymoon. Since we were on a long trip, staying at multiple hotels, we tried to save money where we could and we decided we didn't need to stay right on the caldera because we would still see it from almost everywhere else. This was a perfectly situated hotel, only a street behind the caldera and close to everything. It did kind of stink that there wasn't a pool but for anyone else considering this hotel, I would suggest visiting Liyoyerma Pool Bar. You can rent lounge chairs for €5 as long as your order drinks, which aren't too expensive. Anyways, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable but the bathroom did have a slight sewage smell which seems to be an unfortunate truth of anywhere on the island. The best part of the hotel was the made to order breakfast. Each day, you can choose from two items (eggs, yogurt, etc) in addition to pastries, cake, orange juice, and your choice of coffee and they bring it to your room at an agreed upon time. It was the best breakfast we had all vacation long. One thing we weren't aware of was that Santorini loses power pretty often and it did one of the nights we were there. There were candles in the room that we were allowed to use which was both nice and terrifying at the same time. I'm not sure how comfortable I feel with other people lighting candles in their rooms but then again, I guess it's no different than people being able to light them in apartments. This hotel is incredibly well situated. It is steps away from all the beautiful sites and the hustle and bustle of Oia but since it is not in the Caldera, the price is much better. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us organize excursion and car rental (they have their own parking lot, free of charge). The breakfasts were delicious and quite frankly, huge! I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great time!

The Fileria suites was a great experience! The hotel staff was very helpful even before I arrived. They helped arrange a hassle free transport from the airport. The room was amazing, clean, and came with a nice sized restroom. I highly recommend the hotel for your stay.

The ventilation ducts in the hotel are so noisy that you won't be able to sleep when the exhaust fans are turned on in other rooms, the managers failed to solve this problem. -_- In addition, my room is facing the road, and vehicles often pass by in the early morning. It forces me to wake up especially early... A very bad experience!!!!!! which seriously affected my travel the next day. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I arrived to find a defective overhead shower and was woken up several times a night by the traffic noise. I decided to finish my stay in santorini elsewhere and wasn’t even able to get my last night refunded. Overall pretty disappointing.
