This is a charming chateau set in pretty grounds. Our room was huge and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast were very good and all staff we encountered were most obliging. We stayed here overnight as part of our self organised 10 day cycling tour of Burgundy and it was perfect for this purpose. My only warning is, as to... More

Lovely experience staying in this chateau as we had a round room in one of the towers. Décor throughout chateau in keeping with building - olde worlde. Very comfy and clean. Friendly staff. Lovely gardens with lily pond. Wonderful food and choice of dining rooms but we ate in the garden as it was a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend.

The Hotel by itself is a romantic building in a wonderful park. The kitchen is good. Unfortunately the staff spoiled our good impression. No smile, no warm welcome, no assistance with our luggage: what a pity for a good location!

We stayed here by chance on the way to stay with friends. The château is a beautiful hotel with charming gardens. The restaurant is superb with perfect Burgundian food and excellent wines. The service is faultless.

A delightful top end chateau hotel, located amongst the vineyards. Travelling with two pre-teenagers, we are able to book a room with an additional room for them in a tower. Very excited children also enjoyed the delicious food (..and water for them!)

The Chateau is a long way from any built up areas and is accessed driving on narrow minor roads through delightful Burgundy vineyards. The Chateau is delightfully authentic. Reception staff were helpful in showing us to our room which are all named. Our room name forgotten looks out over the front courtyard which is also the car park. Car parking... More

Everything was fine. Beautiful garden and very good dinner, but kind of expencive. The worst was the isolation in our room, we could hear everything. Still worth a recomendation. Also the location is perfect for walks and excursions to beautiful spots in Burgundy.

We stopped there on the way to home. It was my dream to taste a Bresse chicken, served in a local restaurant. Chateau d Ige offered us that chance. Needless to say the dinner was delicious . The staff of the chateau is very professional. We enjoyed the time there.

The chateau is located an easy one hour drive south of Beaune in the tiny town of Ige. make no mistake, this is the only attraction in the area. The chateau is a beautiful quaint structure with attractive gardens that attract a lot of locals in the nice weather. The rooms are spacious, nice decorated in period furniture and are... More
