This was our first time ever at a Jellystone Resort and we were very excited to bring our children. While the amenities at the park were great, the accommodations were deplorable. We stayed in rental unit B5, and the minute we walked in the door, we could not believe how filthy it was. There was mouse poop on the floor...

We live within 45 mins of here, so it is a nice mini vacation. Tons of activities for kids. Splash park is cool, but closes after labor day so we missed it this time and it was too cold the last time we were there. However the lake was still open so the kids had a last on a hot...

We have 5 children under the age of 9yrs old and I would highly recommend this campground. The only disappointing part of our trip was that the water park, beach, peddle cars, and laser tag all close at 6pm. We postponed our dinner hour so that we could enjoy everything till 6pm. It would have been nicer if they stayed...

I had heard so many good things about Jellystone that I was surprised by how much we hated our stay. The facilities themselves were nice enough, the minigolf course in particular was very well maintained, and the splash park looked great, but I couldn't get past the riff raff that we had to share the park with. The father in...

This is by far the best campground if you have children of any age. The several comfort stations were very clean and offered many locations. The activities planned included all ages of children. The campground had wonderful accommodations, easy sites for pull thrus, tent camping and trailer camping. The hook ups are solid and strong. The customer service was wonderful...

This was our second year staying at Jellystone western New York (java). We always chose the premium site as it has a poured concrete pad and offers a little larger camping site. We have stayed in "y" section but in my opinion "z" is a little nicer just because it is the last row and faces the bush. The amenities...

Awful. Left after ten minutes. Better stop at Home Depot to buy lots of lumber. Impossible to level. Out of control and loud music everywhere. To bad they had a wonderful activities for the weekend. Unless you have an old run down TT. Do not go to this place.

We went to Jellystone with our kids and grandkids for the second year in a row. We were much better this time taking full advantage of all the activities and amenities included. The kids loved the splash park, the mini golf and the heated pool as well as the different playgrounds. We were in the Deluxe Villas and they were...

I have never written a review before of any place we have visited, however, feel compelled to write this one after our most recent camping trip. We have been a long time visiting family of this particular Jellystone Park (10 years) and perhaps because we know how great this park WAS, we found this to be the most disappointing of...

I could have slept on a pile of rocks and it would have been more comfortable. We picked a cabin over a tent site because of my bad back. Wow. The bed was basically springs wrapped in tarps. It was brutal. The staff is disinterested and unfriendly. The pedal carts are broken. The paddle boats were broken. The arcades were...
