I first visited this park in the summer while my sister was camping. We luked it so much and heard great things that we booked a Halloween weekend. This was the worst camping trip i have ever had. The activities r supervised by young kids who don't seem to care. My son and niece were jumped/ flipped on on the jump pad. It clearly says no flips or sommersaults. After the 3rd time of my kids getting hit i said something and my sister said something to the attendant. He told the kids to stop, waited about 3 minutes and was back in the hut talking with his coworkers. The bathroom sinks and showers were ice cold. The golf carts are being driven by parents with alcohol in their hands. We were almost hit multiple times while trick or treating!! A local cop said this was only legal on a golf course and to turn in this campground. Not only can you not walk but my kids could not ride their bikes/scooter because the golf carts are everywhere. We also bought wood and it was totally soaked. Also, if you are going to have quiet hours for the campers that should also go for the dogs. For the price of this park and also paying to save my sight that i chose i was very disappointed in the whole weekend. I will never go back to a jellystone nor will i recommend jellystone.

My family and I stayed in one of the cabins near the jumping pad. You have to bring just about everything but having camped here before I made lists! First off if your picky... bleach wipes...I use them whenever and wherever I am staying so we gave the cabin a once over and rewashed all dishes pots and silverware. After that we were fine, after all it is camping. The resort is nice with plenty to do for children. The swimming areas are clean, mini golf is available for free and the hey hey hayride is fun for kids. They have nice play grounds as well. The characters come out frequently. We love the themed weeks and the foam party was such fun. Dancing to the White chocolate band was even better. We are returning again for sure.

Heard so much of this place so perhaps the disappointment is greater. First time to this park with a 21' travel trailer. Was assigned A4 for a 6 night stay. First off, the site is really bad for my trailer. It's extremely not a level site. 2 blocks high and I'm still not within the 'level' site window. Aside from that, the waste drain is pretty much as high as my trailer's. It's a corner end site so my campfire space gets headlight hits from both West and North roads. The site's size is such that the trailer can't go too far away from the utility post because there is a drop-off that if ignored, one can seriously hurt themselves by easily stepping off your steps and over this edge. The posted speed sign is 5.5 yet the golf carts fly by majority at 2x faster. And mostly it's the staff that goes whizzing by. I'm sure the other sites are much better, but first impressions count, and being a first timer to this park, being assigned such a site does not motivate me to return. The other survey questions are centered on this place as being a hotel. I will answer with this camping instead. To be fair, included with the site rental are a water park, pool, small beach, canoe/kayak, mini-golf and hay rides with Yogi. Most other games/events require $$. My parents had also rented a deluxe cabin and I'll be checking on their accomodations as well. There is Wi-Fi, and if you want streaming Wi-Fi, that will cost extra $$.

We rented 2 premium lakefront cabins . As we were settling in for our 2 night stay we noticed that the A/C, hot water, and front door lock did not work. The hot water did not work at the 2nd cabin too. On top of that both cabins were filthy. Even though we reported these issues before maintenance left for the day we did not have these problems resolved until later the next day. When speaking to the supervisor about compensation for these issues she was very disrespectful insisting that nothing was wrong. She not once apologized for these inconveniences and told us we needed to leave if we wanted a refund.

This last stay was in the off season and it was cold but the kids still had fun! We typically stay driving the summer and love it. There is always something for the kids to do between the amenities and the organized activities.
