We were a large group of 10 people and ate at Coco Beach several time. Since we lived close by we ordered the food in advance so we did not have to wait for too long. We mostly had grilled fish, calamari, burgers, meatballs, salad an chips. The cost is about $10 per meal with drinks. The service was attentive....

Coco Beach is a small set of comfortable and roomy bungalooos that really make you feel like you are at your own home--but on an exquisite beach. The staff was very accommodating and food was delicious. Further, it was super safe. Really all of Zanzibar is safe. Bo, the general manager was helpful. She hooked us up with a local...

We fled to Coco Beach from another hotel nearby which was not to our liking and I was delighted to have a clean room with good storage facilities, even a room safe. The bathroom was good and functioned well. Most to my liking was a sense of peace and privacy as all the rooms were situation in such a way...

Room clean basic, right on the beach, food simplistic, but wonderful seafood, don't miss going out with Captain Chicken, to learn the art of spear fishing. We took a guide to do the tour of Stonetown well worth it. Don't miss the spice trip. Meet wonderful people at Coco beach such a family atmosphere. Total pleasure and relaxation

Would have been nice to have a bit more variety. The people where nice and friendly but service was slow. As we...

This is my favourite place in Zanzibar! It has a great location on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, great accommodation and one of the best restaurants on the island. The food is probably the best food in all of Zanzibar! Plus, the two local waiters make dining a wonderful experience. I think the the two most...

We went there to eat for New Year's eve and had a wonderful dinner and the Belgian manager treated us very kindly. She saved our night. We then went back on 2 January with two friends ( we were 4 in total) and she completely changed attitude! Firstly she hurried us to get our orders to the waiter, and then...
