Its a huge hotel with a large parking space, massive lobbies with plenty of room to sit around and alot of security. For this reason, govt personnel and foreign dignitaries frequent this hotel alot. You will always find various business meetings taking place in the lobbies. Mansoor is situated away from downtown. So don't expect alot of life outside the Hotel premises. However, the building itself is old and worn down. The rooms look tired and old. Corridors look like a picture from 1980s. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. Plus for some reason, there are more than usual amount of flies in the lobby. That keep bugging you in the day while having food. Staff is very friendly and courteous and they are the best part of Mansoor. The waiters will make friends with you quickly and will remember you when you visit next time. Food can definitely improve though. With new hotels being built in downtown and a much better variety of food options available there as well, i would only advice to stay in Mansoor if you have meetings planned in the Hotel. Else, staying in downtown is a much better and rewarding option. …

I stayed here for a week. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly. The food is tasty. the rooms are very spacious, and cleaned daily. Not all rooms are equiped with AC. The compound is secure and has guards.

perfect little escape, big clean rooms and nice gym facilities. The staff are very helpful and polite and all speak great english. The Food in the restaurant was delicious. I ate there every evening. The grounds are well kept. Good value for money.

First time in Hergeisa and a local friend booked us in Man Soor hotel. It is quite big hotel building and premises. It is old building design on very big picw of land. The room was equiped with AC and solar water heater lately. But the hotel is an attraction to many foreigner visitors and many governmental staff. It has very strict security although the city is obviously safe. The room is spacious with a big balcony, the lobby is big and many car parking. The also offer appartments of different size at fenced facility. There is a mosque attached to thw hotel and big play ground. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room cleanses is good. Price to value ration is very good and breakfast quality and tate are awesome.

The Maan-Soor Hotel was a surprisingly comfortable option chosen for us for a work trip to Hargeisa. The rooms were a decent size and were clean and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but there was always plenty to eat and hot water for tea.

Maansoor hotel is first and nicest hotel in somaliland its 4 star hotel its clean the food is taste and nice, has good hospitality the staff are kind the service is perfect the rooms are beautifully and clean .iwas in room 31 I stayed for4 knight fantastic trip

Spent one night here. The compound is secured, every car is checked. They have same dick dick and other "wild" animals in the compound. I had a (low) wifi connection at my room. the ac worked really good, as it was incredible hot....around 45 degrees. The beach is just around 100m away. Nice to relax, no one annoys you at all. The restaurant was awesome....I ordered 3 dishes....all were good....soup, fish and lamb...that was (for me) really cheap. If you are staying in Berbera - you need ac!! :-)
