Oasis Belorizonte seems to divide opinion, with guests praising its prime beachside location and the general cleanliness of the hotel, including the well-kept pools and common spaces. However, some travelers have called out issues with room hygiene, maintenance, and noise, as well as discrepancies in booking details. While the hotel staff are often commended for their friendliness, concerns are raised about the efficiency and organization of the service. The lively atmosphere, marked by persistent music, has its detractors, and some guests feel that the hotel falls short in providing value for money, pointing to outdated amenities and the need for improvements.

Quality price ratio a bit to desire

Very good: The cleanliness, the sympathy of the staff and the location

Average: The comfort, the beds, the pillows, the food (quality and variety of)

Bad : state of conservation of some equipment , namely the sun loungers of the pools and beach ( deformed and deformed ) and beach towels ( worn and worn)

Bad: Soundproofing of the “new renovated bungalows” (which despite being advertised as bungalows are structures of r/c and 1 floor with very good appearance but without soundproofing (if you stay in the r/c you will hear your neighbor from upstairs walking in the room and the conversations of the upstairs and side. These bungalows although they are more expensive than the “old” stay in the worst location of the Resort ( more away from the beach and the common areas ) and next to the main avenue ( if you are unlucky to stay in someone who is facing this avenue in addition to the annoying noise of their neighbors from the side and from above ( if it is the case of staying in the r / c) you will also have the unpleasant noise of cars and bikes passing through the avenue !

Bad also the check in of the guests - we arrive around 1h00 ( arrival time of the Flights ) super tired and we are welcomed at the side of the hotel , ( do not let us enter through the main door of the reception !) where we have to leave our bags and quickly go to a queue while they give us a form to fill out and an all inclusive bracelet ! And then we wait to pay the tourist fee and they tell us what our room and a map with the indications we will have to use to find out the way to the room ( yes because there was no one to help with the luggage !)
Suggest for the hotel:
Get guests by the main door (we are not goods to enter by the side full of holes to load our bags); while we wait for the check in offer us a glass of water ... (or another any drink without alcohol) will see that you will have guests better disposed and “no stress”; have staff available to help with the bags (especially if they get stuck in the new bungalows in the more remote area of the Resort .

A simple hotel if you are not looking for luxury. Neat and tidy but worn. The bed lacked a mattress. We had all inclusive, which was probably worth the price even if the food was perhaps not always super good. Edible food was served at 7-9.30 p.m. No wifi in the rooms and overall the wifi was quite laggy during times when several people were logged on. The hotel was what we expected considering the price. If you want something fancier, you have to pay more.

Recommends not eating milk products, as the food was sometimes left out for quite a long time and was not kept cold enough.

The hotel is located in a great location, near the beach which does not have too big waves, i.e. you could swim all day. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach and they were good enough. A bit sad that the rules at the hotel's pools were not followed, as you were not allowed to book sun beds in advance, but nevertheless they were reserved in the morning and were usually all occupied in the morning.

Perfect place to go. Not too far away (from Finland), affordable trip and sun guarantee.

Very nice hotel, nice cuisine.
Very pleasant and friendly staff
Too bad Self quite noisy.
Room furniture would need to be refreshed as well as the beach chairs and parasols would be good to change them because many of them are broken.
Otherwise very nice hotel
Lack of time slots for bars
Especially the one at the beach closes at 5:00 p.m.
It's way too early.
Despite this it is because this bar in the evening is A restaurant by reservation with 2 services one service at 6:30 p.m. and the other at 8:00 p.m. where we eat An excellent grilled fish.
Otherwise, very well located, very close to the center of Santa Maria on foot.

We returned a week ago from a stay at this hotel.
I confess I was concerned about this family stay given the negative reviews read about the hotel prior to our trip.
However, my apprehension was not justified, on the contrary, it was a good experience in all respects!
We arrived late at the hotel because it was a charter flight and therefore it was necessary to leave the various people who traveled in the respective hotels and in this stayed a few dozen people.
There was a need to perform the normal check-in formalities (fill out documentation, pay tour fees, ...).
A buffet meal was provided to whoever wanted, we did not want to give the time and tired.
At that time it is not easy to find the bungalows alone because the Resort is still large. Although everything is marked and they give us a map of it. I advise you to ask for help at the reception, especially those who have children, which was our case.
The bungalows are spacious, have air conditioning and we never missed the basics (towels, bath gel, paper, soap, ...). On arrival we had a bottle of fresh water in the minibar.
The meals were always good and varied. Never missed food or drinks. It was always all restored very quickly. The themed dinners we experienced were also very good. We did not try the grilled fish but a couple of friends tried and ⁇ it very much.
All the hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful.
All surrounding space is well taken care of.
The hotel has security at all accesses and the beach bar.
Although I did not feel that there was a need because I found all the people we contacted outside the Resort always very kind and docile.
We did only two tours (we didn't see the need for more), one was the half-day visit to the island that goes to the most visited places: the city of Espargos, Buracona, shark bay, the salines (with the right to float in them); and another was at night to see the turtle desova on the beach, a funny experience.
The location of the hotel is excellent, it has one of the best beach areas.
On the last day you can order, at an additional charge, the late check out and stay with the room until 18:00 or 21:00, depending on availability. I especially advise those who have children/young people and the return flight is in the evening (it was our case) because although they provide a complimentary room for baths and changing clothes (about 30 minutes by bungalow), the normal check-out is at 11 am and until the time to go to the airport is a long time without a place to rest a little.
We notice some wear on the sun loungers, beach towels, some details of the bungalows but sincerely nothing that had affected our stay.
It was a very good experience!

I honestly don't know where to start...
I am dedicated to tourism and when making the reservation I asked to please give us a good room, not only did they not do it but I think ours was the worst in the entire hotel, dirty, old, without closets (I had to shower every day with flip flops)
I know there were renovated and slightly better rooms because we met a couple and they showed us around and it had nothing to do with ours.

Cleaning is scarce, not to mention that the room was cleaned every day at 5 or so.
The staff is quite unfriendly (there are exceptions) but they are not used to mass tourism.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one of which was closed for 2 days to be cleaned (when we arrived it was nuclear green and you couldn't see the bottom)

The pool bar closes at 5 p.m., it has another bar in another of the pools, but it also closes early.
The entertainment is non-existent, there is aquagym at 10am and 3pm and that is all the entertainment they have.
At night, there is no entertainment, just a bar to have a drink and watch TV (the bar closes at 11pm)
It has three themed restaurants, the one on the beach and the Italian one are very delicious and everything is very clean, the buffet although the food is repetitive and there are tremendous queues to get a table or to get something to iron (it only has one iron) the food It's delicious (it's the only good thing about the hotel)
I have to say that the beach is amazing, clean, warm water and crystal clear water, it has a lot of free hammocks.
Of course it is a hotel that I will not recommend, I think there are much better options for dinner.
Cockroaches the size of a bison every night in the rooms.
This is just my opinion, there will be better or worse ones but it is certainly a hotel that needs a lot of progress and repairs if it wants to become a 4* hotel.

When I read the reviews, I was a little apprehensive. In the end, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Travel agency: Fischer - I can only recommend, we had on the trip
delegate Tadeáš, and I can say that I haven't smiled in such a long time. Thanks again for a great day.

Accommodation: bungalow, simply and functionally furnished. Cleaning every day, comfortable beds, hot water all day, nothing to complain about.

Food: excellent, daily choice of 12 main courses, side dishes vegetables, pasta, rice, legumes, fruit, sweet desserts, also about 15 kinds, whoever writes that he doesn't choose, must be very angry. I chose everything. Different meals every day, which made me very happy. During your stay there are 3 ala carte restaurants, one fish speciality, Italian and then tasting, all 5 stars. Unlimited water at the bar, be careful you always get the whole bottle, they don't spill the water.

The beach: beautiful, plenty of sunbeds, only with umbrellas it was sometimes more difficult, but there was always some space left, so it worked. Towels can be changed every day at the window next to the main restaurant. The beach is fine sand, unfortunately there was a depth, waves, so it's not much for small children.

Animation programs: they try to entertain you all day, one of the animators even knows a little Czech, so it was a pleasure. You will learn local dances etc...
Town: about 10 minutes from the hotel you are in the center of the town, lots of shops and restaurants. They take Euros everywhere.

The staff is incredibly nice, they all live by the motto "NO STRESS"

Bad hotel. It started with the condition of the rooms, we arrived and the room was almost flooded because the tap was open. The shower pressure is almost non-existent and the water is always cold, we were told that this happens because there are many guests taking a shower at the same time but that was not the case, I tried to take a shower at 2 in the afternoon and the water was still cold. The food at the hotel was terrible, always the same things and the quality was always the same, it was based on meat stews, always with a tough consistency, so we had to eat chips and pasta every day. We were often served drinks at the bar in plastic cups, something unacceptable in a "4-star" hotel. Still at the hotel we were constantly bothered by cats that roam freely around the property, even in restaurants something that is quite disgusting. Finally, resting on the beach was almost impossible, the music was always very loud and impossible to ignore.
I do not recommend this hotel

I was at the same hotel a year ago and will probably go there again. A very pleasant hotel with a good location. We stayed in the bungalow, simple but functional. Good storage, good AC and comfortable beds. The internet often worked poorly. The food is varied and good. Very good gym. Friendly staff. The hotel has three stars and corresponds to this. Those who complain should book hotels with more stars. The hotel would have been rated five if they addressed the problem with booking sunbeds. People put out towels between 7-8 and sometimes don't get there until the afternoon. It is often difficult to find a free sunbed even though there are sometimes few people there. It is not allowed but the hotel never removes the towels.

Fantastic holidays. We arrived at 12:00, check-in was Ace at 15:00. We had lunch at the buffet restaurant and then went to the bungalow, in our case the deluxe that I think more modern. For us the bungalow was more than enough. Excellent air conditioning, and without any problem with the water in the shower, which is not boiling, it is warm, but with the heat that is even bathing with cold water that knows well!!
Spectacular cleaning, every day change bed linen and towels.
The food is very good and varied. from fruits, salads, meat, fish soup desserts, nothing was missing. Their beer is flawless! The other drinks I confess were nothing special.
It is not a new Resort, but it is a Resort with everything we need for a fantastic holiday, with an amazing beach at the doorstep! I was like a 10-year-old child, always felt the safety, comfort and availability of everyone to help whatever was needed.
You are an incredible people, always well disposed, despite the adversities they go through.
The motto is stress. And so it was.
Thank you!

After staying at this hotel for 7 nights, my positive points include the kindness of the staff, the excellent location, the dynamics of the bungalows set in nature, the diversity of the food, although they could have more ice cream options as well as natural juices ( to use bottled water) in restaurants. However, some bungalows require urgent intervention because they are deteriorating. This rehabilitation was essential to be able to charge the prices they charge. In terms of entertainment, we loved the afternoon entertainment at the pool, fantastic and very interactive people! They could extend the evening shows, as they end very early and there is little interaction with the public, making it very monotonous and sometimes boring. Overall we loved the experience!
