I travel a lot for work and always use IHG hotels. I was very disappointed with this hotels cleanliness and front desk customer service. Was in Niagara Falls with the family and at check in. The front desk staff was very short and plain unlike my usual experience with IHG hotels. Once up to the room experienced anything but stellar... More

We rode on "barbs beauties" and she was a previous niagra park employee and she was extremely knowledgeable about the niagra sights. She is very helpful and very nice but also very professional.... this is the best way to see all the beautiful sights. Price includes entry into bridal falls, goat island, maid of the mist plus much more...

First off it was a nice hotel but over rated because it lacked the hospitality like all the other holiday inns had and it didn't even offer free breakfast or coupon for the highly priced restaurant that had the same food as a regular holiday inn and express the eggs bacon biscuit gravy all for $12.95 is utterly ridiculous. The... More

The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is small. Our room was said to have a river view; however, we could barely see a glimpse of the river. Complimentary breakfast is not included. Our room was pricey at almost $200 per night, but that seemed to be about the average rate on the... More

we cancelled our NY trip to stay at Buffalo again. Only reason to return was the wonderful surroundings, Tony at Concierge and Rachel at Front Desk. These two are a beautiful team. Absolutely outstanding. Hotel itself seems to be a joke. Non existent cleaning, staff seems to be on a picnic eating and drinking in guest elevators. General Manager does... More

Stayed here on for my Birthday weekend. Place was clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were large with air conditioning. free wi-fi, comfortable bed, had a good nights sleep. Close to the action. Tony Romo's is connected to the hotel, Fridge/ freezer combo in room, coffee maker, free news paper. also offers room service. The only thing wrong was only... More

Friendly staff. Rooms very worn out looking but seemed clean. The hall carpet filthy. Fridge in room but no microwave. Would not stay there again. Only two small elevators that were very slow. The Red Coach Inn nearby, looked really inviting and we had coffee there in the morning on the way to the Falls. Really nice! Stay there instead... More

Convenient and walkable to the Falls. We arrived around 10 pm and by 11pm there were a group of tourists talking in the hallway across from our room and they were really loud! Otherwise, great customer service. Basic room decor and breakfast so don't expect more.

this hotel feels high-end. Our room was great and big. Great beds for a great nights sleep. For the most part the employees (front desk) were very nice. Only one girl on second shift was rude and cold. Everything else was of the highest quality. There is a $10 parking fee, which on of the lower parking fees you'll pay... More
